"Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop with none of the elements heating to full power, upon inspecting the unit I found all connections to be good, I found 124 when the switch is on but when testing l1 to the chassis I found no voltage unlike l2 to the chassis getting 120, I instructed the customer that they are missing a leg and need to contact an electrician, I also found that the oven was improperly mounted in the cabinet beneath the cooktop and instructed the customer to reach out to the builder to get that fixed. Arrived on site for dryer needing previously diagnosed drum? Upon arrival I confirmed diagnosis but I also found during disassembly that the back right roller support was complete worn down and not allowing drum to sit properly when spun. Looked like the water wasnt making it into the ice mold and spilling outside the ice mold. With the water not entering the mold properly water was splashing onto the entire ice maker housing. "Arrived on site for NOT OPERATING OPTIMALLY. FRIDGE KEEPS SHUTTING OFF. Customer stated one week after my previous visit when I replaced the control the fridge lost power again. Has t done it since. Customer stated the fridge will turn off and when she goes to breaker box the breaker isnt flipped, but in order to power fridge back up she has to flip the breaker off then on. Once this is done the fridge starts running again. Placed in diagnostics and ran test 4, 57, 58, and 45. Fridge kept power through all tests and is running as designed. Ran ice harvest and water fill test. Working good. Inspected LED board and Deli harness. All checked good. Inspected deli control and it looked good. Inspected mullion by flipping back and fourth. Recommended customer purchase a Joule surge protector to protect the boards from further damage if the fridge continues to lose power once a month. The customer advised that the unit has two icemakers and that the freezer icemaker was the culprit of the issue. Found the freezer icemaker stuck in the middle of a harvest. Checked voltage going to the motor and found 120 V. Replaced icemaker and found the unit did the same thing. Checked the door switch by checking voltage to the motor when the door switch was open and closed. Found 16 V to the icemaker when the door switch was open and 122 V when the door switch was closed. Spoke to CS and was advised to attempt to jump the water valve. Found the water valve coming on. Was then advised the only issue would have to be with the motor. "Arrived on site for complaints of noise coming from hood vent. Ran unit several times, could not duplicate issue. Unit running properly."

"On-site for ice machine not making ice. Customer informed me that this unit is a replacement due to the original having visible damage. Customer stated replacement unit is not making ice, the door is loose, and installers (Fergusons Austin, Tx) sent a different model that was black instead of a stainless model as before. Also, that the installers switched the stainless door from the old model to the new one and added shims to it. The door is loose, has shims installed where the outer shell meets inner lining of door, and the door isnt seating properly causing a noticeable gap where the door and unit meet. Also, found unit not powering on due to failure of external drain pump. If unit is plugged into the wall directly, instead of into the drain pump, the unit powers on and is operational. Arrived on site for dishwasher that?s leaking. Inspected unit and work area. Found the dishwasher full of water even though the unit was turned off. Checked underneath the sink and found the drain line going uphill into the garbage disposal. Drained out the unit and tested the unit in a normal wash cycle. Found the unit leaking immediately as the spray arms started. Open the door and found the bottom right hand corner of the door gasket not engaged in the door seal. Ran gauge the gasket and tested the unit. The unit start leaking immediately.Test the unit with a customer present and showed that the leak had been resolved. I removed and replaced both burner heads, but still only smelled the strong odor of gas when I turned both right burners on. There was a massive buildup of grease and debris inside the old burner heads and also underneath the knobs to turn on the burners ordering all possible parts to complete the repair. Arrived onsite and found irregular flame size. Customer requested use of spare orifices to customize flame height. Corrected issues and customized to customer specifications.

Arrived on site for a dryer and that?s not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and checked voltage to the unit. Found the wires at the terminal block not fully secured. Secure terminal block wiring and test of the unit. Found the unit would not eat. Disassembled unit and checked all heating elements. Found the heater open causing the issue. Replace the heater in test of the unit. The unit begin working and heating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer that is not spinning or agitating. Inspected unit and work area. Where in the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E2 (lid lock fault). Tested the latch assembly and found the latch would not lock. Ordering latch assembly .; ordrng 1 W11307244 (latch)
