DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDTA50SAHZ0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher that would not like water into the unit or advance for the cycles. Upon further inspection of the unit I found after entering diagnostics that there was an F4e3 error code indicating a malfunction with the dishwashers motor sump assembly. I was able to find that the water valve was receiving the 120 V to it and is being activated the majority of the time they ran the test but occasionally it will stop receiving power with me control. Even though the motor was also receiving the proper voltage I found that the motor would not activate allowing the washer agitate. We will need to order a new main control as well as a motor sump assembly for the unit. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit creates moisture/condensation on the countertop above the unit and at the opening of the door under the countertop. I found that the unit has the insulation wrap installed and also found that the door gasket is not sealing correctly at both top corners allowing moisture to escape and collect in the corners of the tub and the underside of the countertop. I advised the customer that the moisture/condensation build up on the countertop is due to the cooler air in the kitchen and the warm heat being put off from the dishwasher. I removed the dryer and found all the refrigerant trapped in the evaporators, I also found the steel line was restricted. I cut the steel line to get rid of the restriction. I put a sweep charge into the system and monitored for any leaks. No leaks found. I evacuated the system and put a charge of 5.5 oz of r134a into the system. I monitored the pressures as they equalized. I ran step four and ensured the refrigerant was no longer being trapped in the evaporators. The unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED5620HW1 on site for dryer that was running and turning off all the exact same time for example the drum and motor and heating element would still be operating even though the user interface and main control seem to power down. After further inspection of the unit and running a diagnostic I found that there is a miscommunication and miss wiring Error code F6e1 between the main control and the user interface. I found that it was due to the Power cord being installed incorrectly. The four prong power cord had a red wire connected to black on the terminal another black to red and the ground and white neutral wires were not all in the same place as they should be. I rewire the dryer with red to red black to black white white and ground to machine as it should be and retest of the unit and ensure that there were no new error codespopping up and that the old ones were not coming back as well. After running multiple tests I could not find any new issues with the unit and eve
