Arrived on site for fridge having no power. We gained access to the wall outlet and found good voltage to the wall. We gained access to the on/off switch. I found the power cord damaged and the switch melted. I found the switch I was sent with defective. I repaired the wiring to the unit and jumped the power cord to the unit. We powered it on and found the unit coming on and working as designed. I am ordering the a new switch. We will have to place new connectors and heat shrink on the power cord to attach to the switch.

Called SW and was advised to order the UI, Main control and 4 shims and to return with all previously ordered parts to complete the repair. "Arrived on site and inspected dishwasher not filling. Confirmed the complaint and removed and replaced both the inlet valve and float switch and unit still didnt fill with water. Checked the incoming water from the customers pipe and found lots of air pockets in the water line. Also checked water at the valve and water was flowing through the water line, but unit still didnt fill. Unit wash motor came on with no water. Attempted service diagnostics mode and unit turned off after I heard the inlet valve hum, but still didnt fill. Ordering the main control, UI and another valve for return services. Arrived on site for refrigerator making a loud noise. Upon arrival I found temps in both apartments around 38 in the freezer and over 55 in the fresh food section. Upon further inspection I found that unit appeared to have an initial defrost issue but once I expose the evaporator I found that the ice formation indicated a weak compressor not pumping refrigerant through and icing up around the fan after clearing ice and watching frost pattern rebuild I found compressor not pumping refrigerant through system efficiently. After approval I replaced needed parts then recharged system found no signs of leaks and refrigerator allowing proper flow of refrigerant. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to cool. Call complete

Arrived on site and inspected unit intermittently making ice and leaving frozen water underneath the ice container. Found the ice maker fill slide was freezing over causing the unit to spray all over the ice maker area. Photographed the unit and the full ice tray. Unit possibly has a defective heater in the freezer door causing the malfunction.

"Arrived on site for freezer making odd noise. Upon arrival customer stated unit sometimes made a loud rattling noise, while also mimicking a transformer hum. Found no errors in diagnostics, ran tests for compressor/fans/cooling, defrost, etc. found no defrost or ice build up on evap preventing airflow. Evap fan ran smooth. I did find compressor mounts not holding compressor tightly enough and compressor would occasionally rattle. After tightening down mounts compressor no longer rattled in place. Found average temp fluctuations within range and air flow was in range using test kit. Reconnected vent hose and ran tests again and found temps getting hotter then needed very quickly and airflow was restricted when using test kit. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is dispensing water and ice, but sometimes the ice maker doesnt work and sometimes it dispenses crushed ice when selecting cubed. I tested the ice and water dispensers and both are operating as designed. Customer advised that they have found the ice maker turned off. I found that the ice in the bin gets too high and hits the bottom the new designed ice maker and is hitting the power switch and turning it off. I recommended that the customer periodically empty their ice bin to bring the ice level down so that it doesnt hit the bottom the ice maker. I explained how the ice dispenser works and why they will get crushed ice on the cubed selection. Customer said that they found the ice chute full of ice even when they werent using the ice dispenser. I retested and could not get the ice dispenser to duplicate the issue. I removed and replaced the UI and cycled power and retested the ice and water dispensers and both are operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for Food Freezing in Refrigeration Section - Side by Side Refrigerator. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Found shelves had veggie bags and other items protruding past the rear section of shelves blocking air flow from circulating properly and trapping cold air in the top shelf area causing items to freeze where the dampener gills blow out cold air. Showed customer how to ensure the shelves didnt have items protruding past shelves and checked port at the bottom of fridge to inspect for any items blocking it. Bottom port looked good.
