"Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection customer showed me the damage to the cabinets, took pick of the damage from the leak. I did not see any evidence of where the water came from. Put the unit in diagnostics mode and as water started to enter the unit I saw water streaming down the left back leg. I stopped the unit and pulled out the unit. I found the drain hose that connects to the water inlet port had come undone. On further inspection I found the clip that keeps the drain hose from popping out when drain pump is activated under the dishwasher. I installed the drain and the clip back on to the unit and tested it again. Talking with the customer the unit flooded the house on the 3 use of the dishwasher. It looks as the issue happen during installation.No more leaks detected during the testing phase. No parts were installed."

It had the E2 error message on test 56,I called for water and it filled the ice tray. On further inspection found the condenser 50% clogged, I cleaned the condenser and the temperature in the icemaker housing dropped to 16? the fc dropped to 1? the rc went to 36?. On further inspection the damper is making a really bad noise in the RC every time you open the door. Arrived on site for a wall oven that is flashing an F9E0 (Mis wired oven) error code. The customer advised that the unit showed that error message about four months ago and it sat on the screen for two weeks before going away. Advised that it worked again for maybe a week and then flashed that error code again. I ran the unit into diagnostics and confirmed that error code but also found an F1 E1 (relay board failure) error code. I checked all wiring and found all wiring was connected. I replaced the appliance manager and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11448962

"WRS321SDHB01 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered sealed system parts. I installed the compressor W10507884, pre-cooler W11678305, service port W11506635 and dye drier WPW10143759 after evacuating the system. I found oxidized system oil residue on the condenser to heat loop factory connection and corrected via re-brazing, then vacuumed. Achieving 250 microns and then seeing only a bump to 320 after 15 minutes of vacuum and an additional 15 minutes of dwell time, I attributed the rise to the likelihood of significant moisture that had entered the system due to the prior pre-cooler (water submerged portion) failure. Charging with the MFG calculated 5.3 oz, the unit started cooling as designed and had excellent thermography heat signatures throughout the high side of the system. No water connections to unit."

Arrived onsite for ice maker producing to-much ice. On inspection found that the arm on the ice maker was bent. Installed a new ice maker n the unit and called for water. The refrigerator filled the ice tray up. The IM is working as designed from the factory. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and it failed to respond. I checked voltage at the junction box and found 65V. I removed the outer door panel and inspected the main control and tested at the control and again found only 65V. I found the L1 to ground was 124V and L1 to neutral was 65V. Checked the breaker and found it to be a standard breaker and was on. Customer advised the light above the sink is on the same circuit and it was on telling me the unit should be getting 124V. I pulled the unit out and tested the outlet and found it good. Checked the lower outlet and it too was good. Ohmed out the power cord and found the neutral side was melted but the cord was testing good. I checked the outlet and found the left side of the plug was blackened and appeared to be slightly melted (photo). I re-wired the unit/cord and plugged it into the lower plug and the unit powered on. I tested the unit and it responded. I put the unit back in its space and reassembled the unit and tested in diagnostics. Unit showed no error codes and is operating as designed. I recommended the customer replace the outlet for safety reasons and when not in use or not home, I recommended they turn the unit off at the breaker, for safety reasons, until they can get the outlet replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not starting a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customer complaint and found at the motor would not turn. Around the unit into diagnostics and found an F6 E3 (ACU cannot hear MCU) and F7 E7 (unable to reach target rpm) error codes. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7739147877. He advised that they have been running into this issue more frequently, and that most of the models just need a lower harness replaced. He advised to just replace the lower harness and to call back if any other issues persist. He did advise not to replace the control as he that does not think that the control is really at fault However, I am ordering the wire harness and stator and also will return with the remaining parts sent with me today. I rescheduled the customer to 6/3.; ordrng 1 W11568984 (Lower harness) and 1 W11195971 (Stator)"

"MVW5430MW1 Arrived on site for unit not starting. Upon arrival, customer was able to unlock unit and tub was filled with water. Emptied water with shop vac. Proceeded to enter diagnostics and found F9E1 code. Continued to perform overall diagnostics mode however lid will not lock. Replaced W11670519 latch. Re tested and still issue persists. Continued to inspect wiring harness and found lower harness to the pump is ripped (picture attached). Ordering lower harness W11643701. Next day available is May 27th. Customer agreed to reschedule for that day. No water leaks detected at this time. ; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower harness)"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the right RC door gasket being torn, I removed and replaced the gasket and using my heat gun, I heated and shaped the gasket. Checked for air leaks and found none. I recommended the customer leave the right door closed for a few hours to allow the gasket to mold to the chassis and door. The customer advised the freezer (FC) was making a loud rattling noise. I disassembled the Fc section and gained access to the evaporator and found the suction line and cap tub resting on the evap cover and the defrost thermistor was in the incorrect place on the evaporator. I adjusted the tubing and repositioned the thermostat and reassembled the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10830162"

Arrived onsite for front left burner having only inner element being on while in dual high mode. Found the infinite switch not passing voltage to H1B. I replaced the infinite switch and tested unit. Unit is operating as designed. Call complete. INSTALLED W10917724 switch inf.

Arrived on site for normal wash cycle not functioning. Inspected and found consul not responding for certain buttons including the normal selection. Replace faulty console. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete. Used part number W11622500.
