Arrived on site for washer vibrating to loud during spin. Upon arrival found no error codes in diagnostics. Then ran a spin test and found unit was completely off balance due to units location in a tiny shed outside with an uneven concrete floor. I did go ahead and replace support rods due to how long customer had been using washer with current issue. Customer did stated unit had worked at least two ful days after being previously repaired with no issues. Called whirlpool techline and spoke with Bryan sr# 7730900012 informed him of flooring issues and what repairs were made upon last two trips. Techline advise we instruct customer again on possibilities of unit having same issues until it is put into a proper floor space where it wont be thrown off balance and ruin any of the repairs made. Unit is now fully functioning as designed call complete

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that won?t mak more than a half bin of ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the doors are unlevel, there?s a drawer that won?t open and close properly, and that their icemaker is really slow to make ice. Ran the unit through an icemaker test and found the unit working as designed. Took temperature of the freezer section and found the unit sitting at 0?F. I fixed their drawer and refrigerator leveling issues but advise the customer that with the flex style icemaker, it?s a really slow icemaker and will only make ice once every two hours. The customer advised that they do use a lot of ice all day and are needing to use ice trays to keep up with their usage. I did advise that edit. The issue is that they are using more ice than the unit makes ina 24 hour period and that there is nothing I would be able to do to speed up the icemaker to allow it to make more ice or swap them for a different icemaker due to the electrical connections on the icemaker. The customer advised that the unit is not adding more water than it usually does under the autosensing when he put it in deep water wash. The customer ran a load under normal setting with a deep water wash and the unit did not feel higher than the autosensing level. I did advise the customer that the deep water wash does not work on the normal cycle and that he hast to select a different cycle in order for that deep water wash to kick in. "Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed ss repair with compressor, drier, and access coupler. Upon arrival I disassembled and removed compressor as well as drier. Once I was able to install new equipment I pulled a vacuum for 30 minutes to verify if unit could hold a vacuum and found unit sitting at -30psi on low side as intended. I then recharged system with 4.5 oz of refrigerant. After reassembling an testing unit I found the pressures at 60-L/0-H side. Restored power and after 15 minute runtime I found unit sitting at 0-L/148-H psi. Also found freezer starting to drop temps during runtime. Informed customer unit would need a full 24 hrs to properly stabilize temps in both compartments. Unit functioning as designed call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher rack wheels broken. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the unit is not drying and the lower rack wheels are broken. I found the left side wheels wonky and causing the rack to j7mp off the track on the door when rolling the rack out of the unit. Removed and replaced the wheels and test3d. Rack is operating as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed. While testing, using my multimeter, I tested amp draw to the components and found the element showing 7-9amps during wash & drying cycles as designed. I found the unit with rinse aid in the dispenser. I set the dispenser dial to 3 to allow for more rinse aid to dispense.

Arrived onsite for dryer making loud noise while spinning. Upon inspection I found the drum would lop and roll incorrectly causing a loud thud every time it spun around. I disassembled the unit and inspected the bulk head. I could not see any issues. I believe the belt had twisted up causing the drum to become mis aligned. I reassembled the unit and tested. The unit is now working as designed no abnormal noises present. I also noticed some lint packed in the blower housing so I cleared it out. Job complete.

While doing this, I found the indicator tone not working when pressing different buttons on the UI. Found no error codes. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with frost building in freezer, that customer thinks may have rail failure. Found all the rails are tight, but the door didnt seal at one point and allowed a good amount of ice to enter the unit, and freeze the drain. Removed evap cover panel and steamed area out. Verified drain is working as designed. Rails are good, and I verified the door gasket is fully sealing. Only potential issue I came across was a slight bulge in the rear cover and styrofoam. Checked freezer compartment and found ice built up and frozen on the back panel and covering the vent holes. The unit was stuffed full and was causing the not to fully seal, and freezing moisture on back panel. Steamed out the unit and verified proper airflow. Advised customer that they need to remove excess items from the pizza box pocket, as its keeping the door from sealing. Verified door gasket is sealing good and there are no issues present with it.
