Upon further inspection I found that the main harness assembly as well as the terminal block we’re both fried and burn the pieces at the bottom behind range. Customer stated that they often use the cook top before and during the times they use the oven. The ovens cooling fan is located close to the underside of the cook top. When the cooling fan kicks on it pulls air from right under the cook top the residual gas from using the cooktop is feeding into that fan creating that smell of gas from the electric oven. "Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the evaporator and found no frost pattern. I used my Uv light and found dye from refrigerant on the evaporator. I gained access to the compressor and found it running. I hooked gauges up to the unit and was getting low side 15 inch vacuum and high side 130 psi. I powered the unit off and the pressures equalized at 30 psi. When I plugged the unit back in I monitored the gauges and low side hit 15 inches and high side hit 150 psi. The compressor pulled 8.5 amps at initial start up than went to .8 down to .3 amps. I found no evidence of a leak by the compressor or condenser. I called tech line and spoke to Kathy I got sr #7728325053. I explained the situation, techline said the evaporator needs to be replaced and there is possibly another restriction in the cap tube again, indicating there are contamination in the system. It appears that the rollers are warped or possibly has a flat surface on it. Removed and replaced the rollers and retested and the noise continued. Found the drum to be warped or poorly molded and bouncing on the rollers. I am ordering the drum and another repair kit, just in case and office to schedule return service due to OOS part. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer iced up and refrigerator section not cooling. Upon further inspection, is3d they had unplugged the unit to allow it to defrost, but since they’ve plugged it back in, the unit continues to not cool. Customer advised that when they opened the unit freezer door, there was ice built up at the FC opening/door and on the back evap cover. Also found condensation at the top of the RC section. I removed the evap cover ad found no frost pattern, but the unit appeared to have just gone into defrost mode. I found condensation on the top of the RC section on the right side. I removed the back cover and tested amp draw to the compressor and got 1.02amps. Compressor was very hot as were both lines to the compressor. After approximately 20 mins, I checked the evaporator and still found no frost pattern (photos). Unit needs a sealed system repair. I am ordering the compressor, evaporator, access valve, dryer, CNOTE-2HR

I removed and replaced the IM and tested and it operated as designed. I tested the fill tube in test #97 and it failed. Tested the valve and it showed no voltage. Removed and replaced the valve and tested in test #96 and then #97 and the ice maker filled with water. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived in site for oven combo smelling like burnt wiring. After speaking to the customer I found out the microwave has stopped heating. I inspected the unit and work area. I found no signs of burning or smoke damage by the wiring and controls I could see. I found the unit wired in, in a way that I can only pull the unit half way out. See so quick pic. With the microwave not heating I will need to replace the magnetron and the inverter board, but I cannot access those, with the unit only pulled half way out. Arrived onsite for microwave with F1E4 error code. Upon inspection I found that the error code will flash when you try to use the microwave and will not do anything past that error. The error is for the MW relay. I replaced the control that houses that relay and still got the same error code. I inspected the door switches and found the lower switch had a burnt connector. I tested the switch and it is bad. I replaced the switch and the unit is now working and heating as designed. Job complete.
