Installed new blower wheel. Dryer is no longer making any noise. Had customer confirm the noise is gone. Dryer heating as designed. Arrived on site for ice build up on the rc evaporator. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the lights not working on the unit. I inspected the pa try UI and found it not responsive. I gained access to the wiring harness and found it in good condition. I gained access to the pantry UI and found the control completely corroded. I tested the wiring harness and found it in good condition. I spoke to the customer about needing a new pantry UI WPW10677119 to complete the repair. He stated he would like to try and find it and replace it on his own. I left the pantry UI unplugged and the lights came back on. I advised the customer will need to defrost the unit for 24 to 48 hours.

"Arrived on site refrigerator ice pan stuck and not sliding out. Verified failure. Inspected for ice maker over flow and ice cubes good size and no signs of overflow. Used steamer to get rails to slide out and did not take much to get to slide as normal. Found all bearing in place on rail. Added grease to bearings and rails All tested good, no water leaks detected

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not working. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the unit works intermittently. I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating properly. I tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and watched the ignitor illuminate but never ignited the burner. Arrived on site for refrigerator causing water to leak from dispenser. Upon arrival I found and confirmed leak at dispenser and also found signs of water slowly leaking into icemaker. After tracking issues source I found water inlet valve wasnt closing all the way and allowing water to slowly leak into both previously mentioned areas on unit. I replaced inlet valve and reassembled and tested unit. Found unit is no longer allowing extra water into either dispenser or icemaker and is fully functioning as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burner not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the front right burner is not heating properly as they tried to boil water in 2 different pots and it took more than 30 mins before they gave up on it. I tested the burner with a pot of water and it began to boil as designed. I pulled the unit out and removed the back panel to inspect the switch and found it shorted but still making contact. I removed and replaced the switch and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling well in the RC. Upon inspection I found the unit powered off. I tested the heaters resistance and it showed in range. I checked voltage at the ADC and it checked good. I turned on the unit and found a frost pattern forming on the evaporator. I inspected the drain tube and found the duck bill drain cap clogged. I i cleared the duck bill the cap to allow water to flow through. I advised the customer that with the unit being located in the garage it can cause issues with cooling especially in the summer months. Everything checks good electrically and mechanically. I advised the customer to monitor the unit over the next few days to ensure it restores to proper temps. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with water from freezer dropping into RC. Upon inspection I found the FC floor with a sheet of ice formed over the drain. I cleared out all the ice to verify flow down the drain. I verified flow down the drain and could not find any mechanical failure. I explained that leaving the door open or if stuff in the freezer keeps the door from shutting it can cause ice to form over the drain. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for microwave not heating as well as it use to. Inspected unit and work area. Performed temperature test and measured amp draw. Placed 8 ounces of 71? water in microwave and heated for 1 minute. Found amp draw 14 amps and temperature of water was 141?. Found all specs with range. Found customer keeping food cover in unit that has magnets on it that is covered with plastic. Would not recommend to use food cover with magnets. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for dryer making whooshing noise. Upon inspection I found the unit would make a low pulsating humming noise while rotating but would hum about every 3 rotations of the drum. I dis assembled the unit and inspected all support idler wheels and blower. All checked good. The customer had concerns of the unit not cycling properly. I found the outlet thermistor out of range so I replaced. I could not pinpoint the noise so I called techline. They recommended replacing the motor and installing a noise reduction kit. I am ordering the W11378591 sound reduction kit and tech lines SR#7731097963 Drew. After further inspection I found drain line under sink was never properly raised. Also found a lot of food on and around dishes, indicating they are being properly rinsed off prior to being put in the dishwasher. Found spray arm slightly clogged with water debri. Was able to remove clogs. Rerouted drain line.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator losing cool. Upon arrival the customer stated things in the RC started getting soft and ruining faster. Also that some condensation build up was appearing in the FC. They were still having low ice production too. I checked the temps and found the FC at 13?F and the RC at 50?F. I gained access to the FC evap and found a good frost pattern. I found several inches of ice build up on the RC evap cover, and frozen water on the bottom of the RC. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found thermistors passed, all fans and airflow components working properly, put the defrost in basic mode, and found the defrost working as designed. I then gained access to the control and ohmd out the thermistors. I found the RC thermistor at 9.8k (reading roughly 30?F, which is about accurate due to ice), the FC thermistor at 4.9k (reading roughly 50?F, which is roughly correct after door being open and defrost activated), and the RC evap thermistor at 25k ohms (reading roughly -5?F, which is more than likely accurate due to the amount of ice build up). I gained access to the drain tube due to the sheet of ice on the bottom of the RC. I found it slightly clogged and cleared it. This indicates a possible UI and control issue. I am ordering the UI and will return with all other parts. Return tech to install UI and Control. They will also need to gain access to the RC evap to check if the thermistor has correct placement, for this could also cause the issue. I advised the customer they will need to keep the cooling off at least 48 hours before service to thaw out ice. I had them sign the defrosting refrigerator waiver. Unhooked stackable and connected the washer I was there to repair. Removed dust cover, splutch kit, and belt. Installed new dust cover, splutch kit, and belt. Removed suspension rods and installed new suspension rods. Placed in diagnostics and ran calibration. Placed in diagnostics and ran a full auto diagnostics cycle and washer is running as designed. Found element cycle off for 39 seconds and on. Found around fifth or six cycle ignitor with glow but no flame. Disassembled unit and bypassed door switch. Measured amp draw to igniter and found 4.7 amps at its highest. Powered unit off and test coils and found 3 prong opened. Will need to replace coils to repair. "Arrived on site for a washing machine making a loud noise. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will make a very loud noise during the final spin, and when the shifter activates. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a service cycle and it ran through as designed with no noise. The customer then informed me it was an intermittent issue. I individually activated each component and ran the high spin/agitate for a while and could never replicate the noise. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found everything looking as designed. I called techline and spoke to Kathy and received SR# 7731092827. Kathy recommend to replace the belt and they have been seeing issues with this. I replaced the belt and the unit was still working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for no sound. Unit freezing not operating correctly. Found lost communication error. Replaced board test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite and replaced water valve for leaking from the dispenser issue. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised maintenance to replace filter in event of repeat failure.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit not cooling properly and per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the hv drier and FC evaporator. Using my black light, I found that the evaporator had leaked refrigerant. Vacuumed the system for approximately 20 minutes and pressures held. Installed 7.50oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures and watched the frost pattern on the FC evaporator. Evaporator had a good frost pattern. During this time, I removed and replaced the filter housing and checked for leaks. No leaks found. Unit continued to hold pressure in sealed system. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator no cool in both sections. Upon inspection I found the unit has been running for 24 hours but is room temp in both sections. I found both RC and FC fans running as well as the condenser fan. I found 2.4 amp draw at the compressor and the compressor is extremely hot to the touch and does not sound right while running. I am ordering the compressor, 3 way valve, drier and both evaporators for repair Office to R/S due to part availability. ; ordrng 1 W10865322 (RC evaporator) and 1 W11035643 (FC evap) and 1 W11025999 (Compressor) and 1 W11109499 (Drier) and 1 W10865727 (3 way valve) and 1 W10913906 (Coupler) and 1 OILLESSGUAGES (Oil less GUAGES)"

Arrived on site and found water dispenser pressure is very weak. Removed water filter and dispenser is working properly. Cycled icemaker and motor is running properly and valve turned on but it did not fill with water. Found Icemaker fill tube is frozen used steamer to clear it and icemaker will now fill properly.. Recommend it to homeowner that water filter be replaced Job complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival the breaker to the oven was already off. I installed the new fuse and then preheated the unit. The unit was now heating and working as designed.
