"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that has water building / possible leak. On arrival customer showed me that the mullion and the door gaskets had a ton of condensation on them and were dripping into the freezer door gasket. Found service pointer W11316865A, which references sweating mullion. I found the energy saver was turned on, which disables the mullion heater. I turned energy saver off, and verified that UI and control software were at the correct versions, 7.0 and 10.0. I turned on the mullion heater in test 85,but the heater never came on. Ordering new mullion to resolve. Verified 12.5 DC volts at the plug.; ordrng 1 W11084813 (Mullion)"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is showing a ?check vent? error code. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Checked the unit with a vent test kit and the unit showed good venting. I ran the unit for 20 minutes without causing an error. The customer advised it will work for two weeks at a time and has twice shown this in the last month. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7730910924. He had me check cycling temperatures with the vent hose off and on and found the unit cycling properly. He advised at that point, the only reason this could happen is if the vent leading out of the home is not ventilating properly. .; ordrng 1 W11526004 (CONTROL)"

Arrived onsite for vent hood that is leaving grease on the cabinets and seems to be not filtering out all the grease. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. I did find some gaps between the cabinet and unit that is letting air out as the unit is operating. I attempted to push the sheet metal to close the gaps but some still remain. The vent box was coming off the wall so I pulled it out a little and verified airflow up through the vent. I resecured the vent. "Arrived onsite for washer not draining all the way or leaving wet clothes at the end of the cycle. I ran diagnostics and found 26,48,66,27,8 stored in the unit fault section. I checked each error and the corresponding comments and all checks passed. I found the drain hose too far down into the stand pipe so I corrected. I found the suspension is failing and when you push down on the basket it will bounce up and down and knock around. I am ordering the Suspension(WH03X31498) x 4. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to replace the hv control and valve due to the water dispenser dripping. Before replacing parts, I inspected/tested the water dispenser and found the facade is getting stuck in the switch area and not shutting off. I removed and replaced the valve and adjusted the facade and added some manufacturer approved grease to allow it to slide in and out easier. Retested and dispenser is operating as designed. No further water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water producing ice. Inspected unit and work area. Tested water dispenser operation with filter bypassed and found no water through dispenser. Inspected floor and found scratches from refrigerator being rolled out. Pointed scratches out to customer before removing unit. Tested main inlet valve to dual valve and found failed filter housing. Customer requested to replace filter. Removed failed filter housing and installed new. Cycled ice maker and flushed water through dispenser. Cycled ice maker again, due to air in line. All tested good, no water leaks detected. Informed customer on updated ice maker, unit still has the original ice maker. If stops making ice will need updated IM with wire harness."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that won?t make selections. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that his main complaint is that the user interface is sometimes non-responsive. He advised that sometimes it?ll work fine but other times he won?t be able to change the selection of the wash cycle or change any settings of that wash cycle. He advised the only thing he?d be able to do is to power it off and power back on. He did state that if he unplugs the unit for 30 minutes, it sometimes begins to work. The customer advised that he did pull the air codes off the unit when he was talking to customer service but ended up clearing the area codes present. Check the unit first order codes and could not find any. When ahead and replaced user interface console to fix the non-response in the User interface. Tested the unit in an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator ice maker leaking. Upon inspection found fill cup frozen over causing ice maker to over flow and leak on filling. Removed ice and tested. Ice maker did not leak on fill test. Customer is beginning to have past reoccurring. The valve, fill tube and ice maker have all been replaced in the past. Checked water pressure and was high. On test should have gotten 10 oz of water in 8 seconds, instead got 20oz of water. Manually adjusted valve. If this does not correct the issue customer my need Water pressure regulator and valve.
