When microwave blower turns on when the start button is pressed you can hear the damper opening and making contact with the metal vent box in the cabinet above the microwave. This is the metal box that vents air out of the microwave to the exterior of the home. Customer was relieved to know there wasnt anything wrong with the microwave itself. No repair needed. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to remove and replace the condenser coil, but once I removed the back cover, I found where the refrigerant leaked out from the unit. I found that the lokring on the line just behind the condenser fan had leaked. I removed the lokring and made a sleeve from copper tubing and made a joint for the lines to join. Removed and replaced the UV dye drier and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good. I installed 4.5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures and my welds. Unit held pressure good and no leaks found on the new welds. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Condenser coil not needed at this time."

The bottom section of the gasket is drooping down. The fridge is getting a good seal, but over time the drooping and gaps will only get worse. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with water not dispensing properly. Upon arrival the customer stated they had additional issues. They found that the unit was also not cooling properly in the RC and FC. I checked temps and found the FC at 18?F and the RC at 58?F. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and tested all airflow components. The FC fan never turned on, and you could hear the air baffle struggling to move back and forth. I then gained access to the evap and found a good frost pattern. While gaining access I found the evap fan intermittently turning on for a second and then back off over and over again. I checked voltage to the fan motor and found fluctuating voltage going to it. I tested a short defrost and found it working as designed. This indicates a bad control. I tested the water dispenser and found it spitting out water. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the plastic water line kinked. I adjusted this and then tested the water again. The water was dispensing as designed. I found a bad control on the unit. I advised the customer that until we replace the control we cannot truly test the baffle and fan motor. The customer accepted. Arrived on site for washer not turning on. Upon arrival I confirmed unit was receiving stable 120v connection. Tried entering diagnostics but unit failed to entere on multiple attempts. After inspection of ACU I found diagnostics low on ACU was randomly turning on then failing and turning off. Ohmed drain pump and found it within spec at 20 ohms. I replaced ACU and reassembled and tested unit. Found washer could run through all cycles as designed with no further issues or leaks during repairs. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a dryer that?s tripping the breaker every time the unit is turned on. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and check voltage. Found the correct voltage coming from the wall. The customer advised that the unit started messing up when he tied the neutral line to the line one side by accident and that ever since he corrected the wire connectors, the unit still has not been working. Checked continuity through the power cord and found the neutral and ground showed continuity together on both sides. Found the issue with the neutral line wire being screwed down onto the ground screw and connector. Remove the neutral line from the ground and placed it back on the neutral say connector. Plug the unit in and now the unit is working as designed.

Found proper voltage at the terminal block and checked all heating components. Found the element had no continuity. Replaced the element and tested the unit. The unit begin working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise when running. Upon inspection found debris hitting when condenser fan was running. Removed debris. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. No noise at this time.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with visibly broken parts. Upon arrival the customer stated a bin on the door had some cosmetic damage, and one of the pull out drawers kept falling out. Upon further inspection I found one of the rails on the shelf were not steady. One of the rivets on the shelf connecting the rail was loose and was allowing the rail to dip. This was allowing the bin to fall off and be unusable.
