Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=9 degrees and could hear the defrost element sizzling telling me the unit is in defrost mode. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for ice maker error codes in test 56 and found E5-ice maker thermistor bad. I gained access to the ice maker, and when I disconnected the fill tube from the valve, icicles came out of the fill tube. Once I had the ice box housing removed, I found the fill tube heater was blackened and tested it and found it was open. I removed and replaced the ice maker, fill tube heater and hv control, and reassembled the unit. Tested the ice maker in diagnostics test 57, and it harvested as designed. I checked for error codes in test 56 and found none. I then tested the fill tube in test 45 and the ice maker filled with water. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking and is making abnormal noises during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit makes a lot of noises when it's agitating specifically. She advised that the unit does not make abnormal.Noises during the spin portion of the cycle, but that water is slowly dripping into the tub when the unit is not in use. I did confirm the slow drip from the valve and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found no stored error codes and ran the unit through an auto test. I found all portions of the machine working properly but found a scraping noise coming from the agitator when agitating. I removed the agitator and found a few coins and a staple stuck underneath the agitator, causing the abnormal noise. I removed the debris and replaced the inlet valve. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. The customers advised that she was still unhappy with this machine as it is extremely loud. I didn't inform her that this is normal operation with this unit and gave her reasonable expectations to have with this model when it ca,e to sounds. "Arrived on site for not operating. Upon arrival, test unit. Power cycled unit and test unit by trying to run a normal cycle. The motor does not rotate and the lid does not lock. Test capacitor and has mf of 51.4. Replaced capacitor W11395618. Ran automatic test cycle and test completed correctly with lid locked, water filled, water drained and both agitation and spin operating. Ran a normal wash cycle and lid will not lock. Ran diagnostics again and still no error codes. Replaced control W11513246. Test unit again running a normal cycle with laundry. Lid now locks and wash cycle begins. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inpsect refrigerator making a loud noise. Upon further inspection, I gained access to the evaporator and found some evidence of water spilling from the ice maker fill tube. I also found that the refrigerator was leaning forward quite a bit. I installed a piece of tube extension to the fill tube and raised the front of the refrigerator. I tested the ice maker fill and it is operating as designed. No water leaks were observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not powering on. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit, and the control panel failed to respond. I checked voltage at the terminal inal block and found 246V. I attempted to test again, and this time, I was able to get the unit to turn on, but the display would not show. I gained access to the main control and panel harness and found the control diagnostics LED flashing showing it's good. I ohmed the panel harness, and it is good. I disassembled the unit and found a large amount of lint inside (before photo). Also found the belt badly frayed and the tension roller badly worn (photos). I inspected the element and found the middle metal plate badly cracked and blackened. Using my shop vac, I cleaned the unit (after photo), then removed and replaced the dryer repair kit (4 rollers, tension pulley roller, and belt). I replaced the element, then reassembled the unit and installed a new control panel. Retested the unit, and it is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer taking multiple cycles to dry. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that if he dried blankets or s,all loads tue dryer would need multiple cycles to dry. I checked the dryer airflow and verified and the dryer passed and showed to have good airflow flow. I checked the heating, and the heating is operating as designed. Moisture sensors are operating as designed. I informed the customer that the dryer uses moisture sensors to dry the clothes on all cycles except the timed dry and, depending on the load size and type, can affect dry times. The dryer is operating as designed."
