Found element at 9.6ohms and rest of hardware at 0.1ohms. After further testing and using vent kit I found a clog within venting of home. Customer also pointed out some discoloration inside dryer. I then called techline and spoke with Rich sr#7731717430. Rich explained that discoloration is normal in dryer on the heat vent cover and can be worsened due to type of clothing (such as medical scrubs) being dried in unit. I instructed customer on all my findings and found at this time u it to be functioning. Techline has no further recommendations. Call complete"

Customer advised that the unit does heat and does work but that the unit seems to take a little longer than it used to to cool down if they adjust the temperature mid way through a cook cycle. They didn?t know if anything could be done to adjust it to where it cooled down quicker but wanted us to look at it. Ran testing on all burners and adjusted the temperature down and found that the unit started cooling down within 5 to 10 seconds. Arrived onsite for washer that stopped mid cycle and flashed a error code. Upon inspection of the diagnostics fault codes I found F9E1 stored in the unit. The customer stated they had to vacuum out the water in the unit. I tilted the unit back and found the harness housing on the drain pump had fallen down and caused the harness to disconnect from the pump. I re secured the harness and secured the housing to the pump. I tested the unit and it went through auto diagnostics as designed. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for range not baking or heating in the oven. Upon inspection I found the glow bake ignitor only pulling 2.5 amps when at at least 3.2 would be needed to engage the gas valve to ignite. I found the harness from the valve to the controls was frayed. I advised the customer that the unit would more than likely ignite and bake once the ignitor is replaced but I cant say how long the harness will hold up. I replaced the ignitor and tested bake at 350. The new ignitor now pulls about 3.3 amps then ignites the burner as designed. No gas leaks detected.

Upon arrival I found the FC=14 RC=37 I was inspecting the evap cover for ice build up and found none but I did notice the wall on the left side of the FC door was very hot. I found the lower fan operating but the upper fan would hum, but would not turn. I pulled the evap cover and found the upper fan getting caught on the harness. "Arrived on site for a washing machine with the lid not locking. Upon arrival the customer showed me that when you try to start a cycle, the UI just continue to shows close lid. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found error codes F0E9 for an of balance pause and F0E5 for an off balance load. I cleared the error codes. I advised the customer on proper loading via the user care guide. I then tried to start a test cycle, but nothing happened. I tried to manually activate the lid lock, but could not. I then checked voltage at the wall and control. Both were good. I then activated the lid lock in diagnostics and checked the voltage to the lid lock. I found the correct 120VAC going to it. This indicates a failed lid lock needing to be replaced. I replaced the lid lock and then tested the unit. The lid was now manually locking in diagnostics. I ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran through as designed. I found the unit now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not defrosting the RC evap, and and also not making ice or dispensing water. Installed new control and new rear valve. I noticed on arrival that unit was silent and plugged in. Customer had informed me that they didnt defrost it, but it had lost cooling in both compartments. I found the compressor was not hot and no fans running. I replaced the main control and when powered on the compressor started running, along with fans. I tried the dispenser, but it was still not dispensing any water. I verified inlet line was giving good pressure. I can hear the valves popping, but no dispensing. I found the filter was not properly installed. I corrected alignment and retested. Still no water dispensing. Ordering new filter head and double valve to resolve water issues. Customer advised to contact us if unit has not gained significant cooling within 24 hours. Office to schedule when parts arrive. ; ordrng 1 W11535162 (Dual Valve) and 1 W11451366 (Filter Head)"

Informed customer about spray arm attached to rack and water tubing needs to seal to spray arm and if did not lock water pressure would push on rack causing door to pop open. Performed diagnostics mode and monitored test cycle. Measured amp draw to unit and found when heat pump was on it was drawing 6.8 amps. Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Andrew.
