"Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven combo oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. After approximately 5 mins, the unit did not get above 89 degrees. I pulled the unit from the wall and tested voltage at the control. At first I was getting weird voltage readings. I checked the main harness at the junction box and the unit is wired correctly. I tested the bake element voltage and only got 110 volts from the P3 to J12 which I should have gotten 220V. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended that they have an electrician look at the breaker. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for range that would not turn on. Upon arrival I found that the range was gas and do that there was no way for me to hook a gas line connection up to the range while in Rent-A-Center to be able to thoroughly test the unit out 100% but I was able to at least connect power to an outlet and ensure that the oven was getting120 v to main control. After running diagnostics I could not find any shorts or error codes but I did find that the bake igniter within the oven itself was missing and the wires left behind were burned. I installed a new oven igniter and then tested to see if the main control was sending full power to the Avenue nighter at first for around 10 seconds the main control was sending 120 V to the bake igniter but then after that the main control stopped responding sending power and I could no longer get the main control to work after that we will we need to return with a new main control board. ; ordrng 1 W11126814 (cntrl-elec)"

The reservoir filled with water but the reservoir drain pump is not working. I watched it during its first cycle and the compressor and condenser fan came and it harvested a slab of ice. I suspect the unit is melting the ice from the reservoir overfilling. I replaced the reservoir drain pump. Call complete.

Upon inspection and a conversation with the customer I found the diffuser also failing and staying open causing food to freeze on the diffuser side of the RC section. I shifted my focus to the bottom of the freezer door hinge where the water line and electrical connections run through the door. I found 2 or 3 of the wires had broken causing the failed ice maker. will need a new freezer door and diffuser to complete repair. Will need (W11236851) diffuser (WPW10457601) cover (LW11037733) freezer door. Will also need AUTHO for repair.. ; ordrng 1 LW11037733 (dor-fip) and 1 W11236851 (diffuser) and 1 WPW10457601 (support)

Arrived onsite for a range with the RF burner only working on high and the oven light not working. Ms stated the oven lamp burns out within minutes of replacing it. I found the RF infinite switch not cycling and staying on from the medium heat setting to the high setting. I replaced the switch and tested the burner. The burner works as designed. I found the oven cavity lamp socket burned up causing the customers bulbs to fail. I replaced the light socket assembly. The light is working as designed. Call complete.
