Arrived on site for Vibration During Spin Cycle- shakes a lot and makes a lot of noise. off balance. Checked suspension and suspension checked good. Inspected all four legs and they were all level. "I arrived on site to diagnose a wine cooler with intermittent light issues, upon arrival I found that the toe plate was warped preventing the switch from recessing properly causing the door to improperly close. Arrived onsite for refrigerator losing cool in both sections. Upon inspection I found the FC I caused in a block of ice indicating a defrost issue. I ran diagnostics and test 6 showed the bimetal open when it should be closed. I checked the control and found 120Vac to the heater. I steamed out all the ice and vacuumed out any water. I removed the bimetal and tested it in a glass of ice water. I could not get it to close. I replaced the bi metal and reassembled all panels I powered on the unit after I packed up my equipment I could feel the FC starting to cool. I advised the customer to monitor the unit to ensure it starts to make ice and gets down to correct temps. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s making a noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes the sound when unit is in spin. Tested the spin function and did not find any abnormal sounds. Ran the unit through a drain and spin with other clothes in it and found the noise coming from the drain pump. Removed the drain pump and found a hanger nail inside the drain pump causing the sound. Tested the unit again and the unit began working as designed. Found all checked good. He then advised that the issue would either have to be with the amount of detergent being used or the loading issue with the client.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the door freezing shut. Upon arrival the customer stated the FC door had been getting significant frost build up on it, and now they could not open it. I tried to open the door but found it completely frozen shut and could not open it at all. Upon further inspection I found the gasket on the bottom sagging and completely off. I used my mirror to inspect the bottom of the door and found the plastic holding the gasket on he bottom of the door was separating from the door itself. Due to this it cannot hold the gasket and the door will need to be replaced.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with the power off. Turned power on and check amp draw to t( compressor and found 2.03amps. Inspected the RC evap and found no frost pattern. Also found the evap fan motor harness with thermistor is bad and the drip pan is warped. There was water in the bottom of the RC section. I advised him that the unit needs a sealed system repair, along with the RC evaporator motor harness, evap drip pan kit, damper and hv control would need to be replaced to complete the repair and the unit would need to,be cleaned out before repairs could be completed, as well as, behind the unit. Re-wired the unit and retested and unit still not heating. Disassembled the unit and found the element had broken and grounded itself. Arrived on site for a wall oven throwing an F8E0 error code. Upon arrival the customer stated they preheated the unit and it threw the error around 200?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F8E0 for slow cooling fan. I then manually activated the fan and could here it make a loud rattle. I gained access to the cooling fan and found a molex laying on the blades. The harness had come out of its holder and was allowing the molex to drop onto the fan. I corrected this and then tested the unit. I found the fan no longer making the noise in diagnostics. I then preheat the unit and found it now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is showing a ?check vent? error code. Inspected the unit and work area. I ran checks on the sensors and found them working properly. I ran a vent tester kit on the unit and found the unit ventilating properly with good airflow. I called Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7730910924. We checked the vent hose and for the vent hose not kinked but going out from the dryer to the right circling back left to go into the wall and then up. The customer states that the vet then goes up and then somewhat down and out ranging about 25 feet event in the wall. Steve advised that based on the prior notes and the way that this dryer vents, the issue might be with the number of turns the air has to make to go out. He advised to have the customer straightener vent hose as much as possible to avoid further elbows and to have the customer check the venting to make sure that in the ceiling it only goes at a 90? angle as opposed to a sharper turn. He advised there was no issue with the unit at this time and to make note for the repair. Relay that information over to the customer and also advised the customer to run a load without the vent hose on to verify that it is not with the dryer and with the venting. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit running for long time. Replaced board. Test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for no heat dryer . Found back of unit smashed in causing heater element to get pushed into housing and grounding out . Reshaped back panel and replaced element . All checked normal . Unit is heating . No lint build up at time of service. Job complete .

"Arrived on site for loud dryer . Found when spinning makin a loud rumble . Roller support,blower wheel all look good . Ordering vibration kit and more pads , motor and blower wheel. "Arrived on site for a washing machine leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated it would leak and they would have to use 5 to 6 towels to clean it up. This happened the last two times the customer used it. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E3 for overload and F0E5 for off balance. I ran every load individually and the test cycle. I could not replicate the leak. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gear case oil. I could not see any trace of a leak however. I ran a normal cycle with a load full of clothes and could not replicate the leak. I inspected the outer tub and did not see any cracks or damage. This indicates the leak may be coming from the bad gear case. I attempted to remove the stator, but found it bound onto the gear case. I am ordering rotor, stator, and screws to complete the repair.
