"Arrived on site for refrigerator that still not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Checked pressures on the unit and found the unit had lost all of its refrigerant. Put nitrogen into the system and checked for air leaks at the can presser and condenser. Could not find a leak on either of those. Did find the unit leaking nitrogen still very slowly. Gained access to the fresh food and freezer evaporator?s and used bubbles to try to find the leak. Still could not find the leak. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7730805740.

"(CS) Arrived on site for dryer not coming on. Upon arrival we found unit receiving 240v from outlet. Upon further inspection I found the heater ohming at 10 ohms even and not grounded. Both the high limiter and cutoff were functioning, door switch was working. Found the thermal fuse had blown. I was able to replace thermal fuse then use a pressure test kit and found unit had great air flow when vent hose wasnt connected but once hose was reinstalled found pressure were no longer within good ranges indicating a clog within wall of home. At this time unit will also need a dvc in order to complete repairs and insure thermal fuse doesnt break again. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit for reservoir over flowing and no ice production. Unit was working upon arrival. Checked voltage to recirculating pump and voltage was good at 13.8vac. Connected recirculating pump and pump now not engaging. Checked voltage agin and was now receiving .8vac. Verified transformer was receiving proper voltage and sending proper voltage. Replaced control, recirculating pump and drain pump. Verified voltage was correct again, tested unit, unit started to work good then stopped. Voltage was now changing erratically. Continuity through harness is good. Recommend replacing transformer and control. Returning with pumps to ensure completion on return visit. Also requesting 2hrs on return visit. "Arrived on site to replace UI and control per techline. Found ice was not clumped toghether upon arrival. Replaced parts, and ran service test 14 got a reading of 11 degrees. Ran service test 16 and got a reading of 31 degrees. Called techline with findings. Was advised temps are in range and to monitor. Upon putting unit back together wife asked if dispenser will work now. Never knew dispenser was an issue. Wife states this whole time the dispenser is what is the issue. Customer assumed since ice was at times clumping and potentially causing the dispenser issues, the clumping was reported as the issue. Found removable motor shaft was rounded on the ends causing ice bin auger to round out. Tested unit and found with the slightest bit of resistance the teeth and the motor shaft were skipping. "Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burners not working. Upon further inspection, I found the gas supply turned off to the unit. I checked the shutoff valve and it was turned on. Checked the burner ignitors and found the back left ignitor arcing to the side and not straight up like the other burners. Contacted the Realtor and advised of the gas not being turned on and they mentioned it was on recently when the home was cleaned. I advised of my findings and they advised that it was the back left burner that wasnt working. I removed and replaced the burner head and tested the ignitor and it is operating as designed. Arrived onsite for range/oven with suspected gas leak. Upon inspection I found the ignitor drawing about 4 amps and ignited the gas burner as designed. I used the provided gas leak detector on the burners and valve stem but the detector did not detect any leaks. I found the flames at correct size and color. The customer had concerns with the ovens CO2 levels. I explained that the oven will put off co2 during heating and especially preheat because the burner stays on longer during cycles. But the co2 test would need to be done above the range near the console at the flues and not near the oven door or inside the oven. It is also recommended to run the hood fan while using the oven to ensure any excess co2 Is vented out. I also recommended getting a co2 detector and mounting it 20 to 30 feet over a doorway if there are still concerns. The oven is working as designed at this time and no gas leaks were detected during time of service.

Upon inspection I found the unit is producing and dispensing ice ads designed but the customer has concerns because ice will intermittently fall out of the chute and onto the floor when not in use. Customer explained that when dispensing stops she removes filter and water dispensing is restored. This seems to be a water pressure issue. Pressure is being released when filter is removed and allowing water to flow again. Manually adjusted source valve to monitor for improvement. "Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher that wasnt draining. Customer was able to siphon out the water and since get it to drain, but would not drain prior. They had an unresponsive control panel that was not allowing it to drain either. I was able to get the unit to fill and drain, but the drain seems fairly weak. I checked codes and found F3E3 OWI failed calibration, F1E1 Control stuck K2 relay, F8E2 cold water temp, F9E1 slow drain. Based in the error codes and the fact he control didnt respond, I recommended we replace the control, OWI and the drain pump. Drain line has been cleared and blasted twice and is not obstructed.

I attempted to partially disassemble the unit to get to the latch, but found unit has to come out of the wall in order to get the trim off. The unit has plastic cracking and breaking.
