"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=58 degrees, RC=64 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and it responded; however, I could hear the rc Evap fan motor on and when I checked the unit in tests 1 & 2 it failed to respond. I removed the fc Evap cover and found the Evap dry and the fan would not come on. I pulled the unit from the wall and removed the back cover and found the compressor and condenser fan not functioning. Also, all of the units lights were out. I cycled the power to the unit and it began to operate as designed. All lights came on, compressor and all fans began to operate and the unit went into diagnostics and responded. I contacted Techline and spoke to David and advised of my findings. David recommended to replace the HV control board and provided file # 7726301394. I advised David that I was replacing the FC Evap fan motor harness as well. I removed and replaced the

Arrived onsite for the refrigerator not cooling. I found no leaks in the system. I found the low side in a -25 psi vacuum and the high side at 100 psi. I removed power from the refrigerator and found the pressures remaining the same and the system not equalizing indicating some sort of a restriction. I ran service test 4 and could not hear the 3 way valve energizing. After further inspection I found the coil had come unclipped from the valve body. I attached the coil to the valve body and tested the unit. I found the pressures a little low and added refrigerant. The unit is cooling properly and is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for the washer that is leaking from underneath. Mr stated the last time they used the machine it stayed at 2 minutes forever so they turned it off and all of the clothes were wet. I checked stored error codes and found an F0E5. I explained to the customer that this is a unbalanced load error and this was probably why the washer remained at 2 minutes on the previous wash. I ran service test 12 and the unit completed the cycle and worked as designed. I ran valve test 1, 2, & 3 and found no water leaks present. I checked the hoses and bellow and all checked good. Added some permagum to the compressor and compressor components to try and muffle the sound. The compressor noise is a normal noise. Advised that the compressor noise is normal and that there is nothing we can do to get rid of the noise. Just that the refrigerator is asking for more cooling and the compressor is running at its high speed to cool the refrigerator down. Complete

I replaced the compressor, drier, and installed a service tap on the low side of the compressor. I updated the software with a jig. I vacuumed the system and it held a -30 psi vacuum. Voltage was reading good at both the switch and the elements. Advised customer that the burners do cycle and with these new stoves they are regulated at a lower temperature. When they closed the door, the unit shut down and turned the drain pump on. I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and when I closed the door, the unit failed. I contacted Techline and spoke to Joel and advised of my findings. Joel advised to place the unit in diagnostics ad while doing so the unit did not respond.
