"Arrived on site for a washing machine that didn?t finish the cycle and now won?t turn on. Inspected unit and work area. Attempted to plug-in washing machine and found the breaker tripping immediately as it was plugged in. Attempted several other plugs and had the same result.

on site for washing machine that was leaving water in the fabric softener portion of the one time use dispenser at the top left of the machine. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that the water was being left in the fabric softener portion of the dispenser at this point I then called whirlpool techline and also verified that there was a service pointer regarding the dispenser itself but per tech line The service pointer found does not apply to the situation necessarily after describing the symptoms and what parts already replaced, Andy sr#7730469035 From whirlpool techline advise at this time the unit is functioning as designed and that the water scene in the dispenser is normal after using the machine and recommended not replacing any parts. I then spoke with CS regarding my findings and what whirlpool recommended and I determined that it was best to go ahead and replace the dispenser anyways because the amount of water being left in the fabric softener was less than a centimeter away from siphoning out had it filled just a little bit more. And reassembled and tested the unit in a fill agitation and drain cycle verified that there was no water being left in the dispenser at that point I was able to confirm and show the customer that the dispenser was empty after the test customers please repairs call complete"

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival found freezer temp at 1 degree and rising and ffc at 41 and rising. Inspected compressor and condenser fan and found both of them running. Amp draw to compressor was .43. Both Evaporator fans were running. Inspected both coils and found little frost on on both coils. Ice bin bucket was at 23 degrees and empty. Informed SW & CS about findings. Was able to narrow down That the unit has a sealed system issue. "Arrived on site for dryer not operating correctly. Upon arrival I was able to disassemble the bottom panel the dryer and verified that the thermal fuses as well as heating element and cut off limiters were all working as designed and there is no issues with the heating hardware in the unit I also found the motor operational but upon further inspection I found the arm of the motor that the blower wheel attaches to is actually coming loose from the motor even though the blower wheel is attached to the arm which will require a rebuild of the motor and blower wheel assembly.W11234001 motor, WPW10349492 blower wheel; ordrng 1 W11234001 (Motor) and 1 WPW10349492 (Blower wheel) and 1 Cnote (Please see attention note from tg)"

Arrived on site for icemaker not making ice inside of refrigerator. Upon arrival I found that the icemaker was running a full harvest but I cannot confirm any drilling noise during diagnosis. When testing the water in the valve to see if he was receiving the proper 120 V to all the solenoids I found that the dispenser and icemaker portion of the valve are working but the water intake from the wall into the first solenoid was only receiving 70 out of 120 V.. I was able to trace the voltage issue back into the diodes within the harness the harness and diodes are starting to get weak inside the cavity the fridge leading to the water valve. I also found once I was able to get a small amount of water pressure up to the filter housing assembly that the filter housing is not sealing with the filter and causing it to pop out anytime it is activatedCall complete

Condenser sits high in condensate pan. No signs of leaks at this time. Noticed evap was now starting to develop nice frost pattern. Advised customer to monitor. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that tripped a breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit only tripped a breaker once but happened sometime in the middle of the cycle. The customer advised that they did have their breaker recently replaced from an AFI breaker to an AFI/GFCI combo breaker. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found An F0 E3 (overload), F7 E0 (loss of power), and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and measured the amp draw off the power cord. The unit ran as designed without pulling over 1.7 A. I placed the unit in a manual high-speed spin and drain. The unit did not pull over 1.89 A. Had the customer placed a load inside the unit and ran it through a normal wash cycle. The unit did not pull over 2.2 A during agitation. Placed the unit in a drain and spin in the unit did not pull over 2.3 A. I called Techline and spoke to Ed SR# 7730452981. He advised that based on my findings, the issue would not be with the unit itself but either a fluke (due to it happening one time) or with the breaker, which was already replaced. He advised to make no repairs. Call complete."

Arrived on site two install wire nuts on the thermostat. Removed oven thermostat and spliced wires to wire not the wires together. Placed unit in our 375?F bake cycle. Unit got up to temp and did not flash the code. The customer did advise that 90% of the time the unit will not flash that error code but only once in a while will it be an issue. Advise customer to keep an eye on it and to call back and if they have further issues.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator with ice maker wires freezing over. Upon inspection I found a ball of ice around the IM wires and they were hanging down on the bin. I found the ice maker tray had gotten stuck at some point it was misshapen and damaged, I inspected the hinge wires but found no breaks or shorts. I accessed the main control and verified voltage coming out to the ice maker. I recommended replacing the ice maker and going from there. The customer agreed so I replaced the IM and tested function. I found the inlet slightly spraying out and dripping down into the bin. I confirmed it was not frozen. It seemed like a water pressure issue so I went to the wall valve and turned down the pressure slightly. I tested the unit again and there is no longer water spraying out of the ice tray.No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not heating. Upon inspection of the diagnostics cycles I found the unit was filling washing and draining but there was no heat when called for after drain. There was also no amp draw from the heater When engaged. I could also see the heater looks visibly shorted or burnt. Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice and only humming. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit under warranty. I found the unit humming. I tried to put it into diagnostics and found the UI not responsive. I gained access to the back of the unit and found it has a pump assembly. I unplugged the pump assembly and plugged the unit directly into the wall cutting out the pump. The unit came on. I out the unit into diagnostics and ran a function check. It operated as designed. Arrived onsite for wall oven that is losing temp or not staying at temp. Upon inspection I found the sensor connector had a wire backing out and not connecting with the control. I fixed the connector and began testing bake and broil functions. I found the broil element and relay working as designed. I tested the bake relay but found K2 showing no voltage then going up to 20 Vac I found K14 relay showing 240Vac indicating the K2 relay is failing and the control needs to be replaced. "Arrived on site for Knocking or Thumping Noise - Top Load Washer. Found basket was not centered and leaning towards the back of washer. Found tub ring wedged and stuck in the back metal panel. Removed tub ring and was able to remove from stuck position where it was wedged. Reinstalled tub ring and basket spins as designed. Placed in diagnostics and ran an automatic cycle. Washer completed all cycles without issue. Washer running as designed, but tub ring is damaged from being wedged underneath the metal panel and will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator interior lights not working. Upon further inspection, I found several lights out in the RC & FC sections. LED modules were recently replaced in this unit. I am ordering 10 LED modules, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST/TRAINING and office to schedule return service. Upon return service, the 10 modules and LED control will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site for Similar to before Ice melted in the Ice maker and then it stopped making ice. When this started it began to make noises. And eventually started shutting itself down periodically with a number 3 showing on the screen after confirming the PO POWER-UNEXPECTED SHUT DOWN, ICE MAKER-NOT MAKING ICE/MAKING ICE SLOWLY Error Code :3. Took temps in freezer and fridge. Temps were good. Plenty of ice in the ice maker. Placed in a forced defrost and never heard the element sizzling any water after five minutes. Removed main control and installed new main control. Fridge cooling as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for filter cover being broken. I inspected the unit and work area.I found the filter cover miss molded and not holding closed. I replaced the cover and tested it. It is now staying closed and opening as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher door opening during cycle. Upon further inspection, I found the door strike bent downward and the unit mounting bracket not secured on the left. Also found the unit not level. Resecured the unit in the left mounting bracket, leveled the unit and adjusted the door strike and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
