"Arrived on site for washer making a noise. I spoke with the customer and they showed me a video of the unit making the noise. I found fault codes for over sudding and unbalanced load, and motor fault. I inspected the motor and found the bolts for the motor had come lose. I tightened the bolts down and leveled the unit. I preformed a calibration on the unit and ran it through a high spin. There was no shaking and the unit didn’t make the noise anymore. I ran the unit through a test cycle and the unit operated as designed. I spoke with customer about proper loading of the machine and proper soap usage. No water leaks detected. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven convection fan not turning off. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees. The convection fan came on as did the cooling fan. Convection fan stayed on for the duration of preheat. I directed the customer to page 7 of the Owners Manual that read that the convection fan may come on in non-convection Bake mode. Unit is heating properly and is operating as designed. I advised the cooling fan noise is normal and will turn itself off once the unit reaches a certain temperature.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator freezer door issues. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit was installed on May 1, 2020 and the installer removed doors to get it inside and when they out the doors back on, they didn’t install the freezer door correctly. When I went to open the freezer door, I had to pull on it with a lot of force. I found a large amount of ice built up on the rails, in 4 on the drawers and on the evap cover. Once I was able to get the door open all the way and remove the drawers, I used my steamer to remove the ice. I reassembled the door and drawers and tested and the unit is operating as designed. The customer pointed out a small dent in the right RC door that was caused during installation. Since the unit falls within the cosmetic warranty, I am ordering the right RC door and office will need to schedule return service. I leveled the unit as well. Set washer into a diagnostic cycle and took a video of the washer spinning with this amount of clothes and it is very noisy, send video to KB/AHS. took a picture of clothing. Removed top panel and rear panel and found springs are intact, shocks are intact, nothing is damaged or missing. Removed clothing from washer and ran spin cycle again and noise has stopped. I inspected the float switch and found it operating as designed. I inspected the filter and found it clogged with calcium build up. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit is a stacked unit with the washer. I tested the unit and when the burner came on the unit warmed up, it began to make a loud screeching noise. I disassembled the unit and found the rollers (4) and the tension pulley all had a large amount of lint debris on them. I found the tension pulley roller was seized due to the large amount of lint debris and was the source of the loud screeching noise as it would not roll. for the dryer repair kit (4-rollers, tension pulley roller & drive belt)I removed and replaced the (4) rollers, tension pulley roller, and drive belt and cleaned the lint from the unit. Reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service & no lint observed at the end of service. Job completed.
