I tried to remove the unit from the cabinets, but it was too heavy to remove solo. Customer advised me installers needed 2 People to install it as well. From what I could see, the unit seems to have an excessive amount of grease and oil buildup, and it likely has gotten into and shorted the HV system, but also the interlocks seem to not be making full contact to even start. Arrived onsite for washer not operating. Upon arrival I found F0E2 F8E1 F9E1 F5E2 F8E3 stored in the unit. I cleared the codes and let diagnostics run through. On the valve section I was checking water flow and found the cold side at the wall was actually hot water and vice versa so the line colors are correct but the water temp is not and they are not hooked to the right valve. I corrected the lines accordingly on the unit. I called techline to report the situation and ask about the other codes. They gave me SR#7731600398 we determined the drain pump filter is clogged and causing a long drain error. I accessed and cleared an obstruction from the drain. I tested again and The unit is working as designed at this time with no leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for Dishwasher leaking water, FROM UNDERNEATH, MAYBE THE SEALS--STILL COMPLETES A CYCLE --SOAKS TOWELS. Removed kick plate and found sound barrier had gotten water on it due to brown stains. Not wet as of right now. Ran diagnostics and no error codes came on. Completed all cycles and heated as designed. Small leak at bottom left corner of door detected during diagnostics cycle. Removed filter and found large chunks of food inside the filter and outside the filter and gathered around filter itself. Removed chunks of food. Cleaned filter. Removed bottom spray arm and found ports clogged with food. Customer made efforts to clean ports while I was there, but items that are stuck inside will clog ports again once dishwasher is ran. With these ports clogged the spray arm will not rotate due to weak pressure from ports being blocked then the spray arm sits in one position instead of turning and sprays directly at the door causing leaks. Ordering a new lower spray arm W10837249 to return and complete the repair. Returning with gasket and sump and motor JIC. If lower spray arm is not turning once replaced the sump and motor may need to be replaced. Arrived on site for unit that?s not draining properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the issue that he saw was with the wiring being cut. He advised that he put electrical tape over the wire connectors for the time being to allow his unit to work properly but he just wanted to have the wires reconnected and fixed properly. Confirmed the customers complaint and used wire connectors to properly secure the wires together. Tested the unit several times and now the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had another technician come out and advise that it was an issue with the hot water coming to the unit. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Test of the unit in manual cold and hot water valve I called and found the hot water not being drawn into the unit. Checked the water valve at the wall and found that it had been turned off. As soon as I turned it on, found water leaking from the water valve on the handle. I did advise the customer that their issue is with the unit not being able to fill with hot water and them using a cool washer cycle that will pull in hot water. The customer wanted us to test it in a normal cycle with his clothes. Tested the unit on a normal wash cycle with tap cold water. The unit began to run as designed. I did advise the customer that he could potentially try to use it on top call but could not verify whether it would still try to pull in hot water at various points. I called whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Kathy SR# 7731588467. She advised that the plumbing needed to be fixed prior to any further repairs made to the unit. She advised the hot water valve can always be energized depending on the wash temperature setting and incoming water temperature. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for unit humming. Upon arrival the unit was unplugged and locked. Upon plugging the unit in the drain pump began to hum loudly. I entered diagnostics and began to cycle through error codes finding f9e1 drain pump, F1e2 motor drive over voltage, F8e6 water hazard, F3e3 inlet water temperature. When I finished checking error codes I tried to activate the lid lock and the unit would not unlock. While attempting to unlock the unit the f9e1 error code returned and the unit was then stuck trying to cancel a cycle. Upon attempting to check voltage at the outlet with my multimeter the outlet blew out. I advised the customer to seek an electrician before continuing with the repair. The unit will need a new drain pump and I will also order a new control to be install on return visit just in case. Found drain pump had two pennies and a dime lodged inside that cracked the drain pump housing causing the leak they experienced. Removed drain pump and installed new drain pump. Ran through diagnostics several times to ensure there were no leaks. No leaks detected. Ran through a heavy wash with hot water to clear out any additional debris between basket and pump. Didnt see any objects in basket other than hair.

"Arrived on site to diagnose range with keypad error, upon arrival the customer informed me that the unit is displaying f2e0. I gained access to service diagnostics and found no fault codes past f2e0 for keypad disconnect from main control issue, per following the tech sheet the unit requires a new console which houses the keypad. I am ordering the console, and two sets of bezels in the case of any adhesive issues on for return service, will need parts authorization before return. Arrived on site and inspected washer still not competing cycles. Discovered the drain pump was defective causing the malfunction. Removed and replaced it and ran a quick wash consumer load and unit tested as designed. Job complete

"Arrived on site for arrange that is not working properly and is creating fireballs on the door burners. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they think the issue was that the unit was never switched over from natural gas to LP and wanted to figure out if there was any other issue with the unit since the builder had parts missing on the cooktop from the jump. Confirmed the customers complaint and found all burner flames extremely high. He advised to follow the conversion chart. Spoke to PR and was advised that a plumber would have to be the one to change it and convert this unit to propane gas. Gave the customer all pertinent information for the plumber to swap over from natural gas to LP on the orifices and the gas regulator. credit card. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making gurgling noise. Upon arrival the customer informed the that the installers layed the unit on its back before installing. I found the FC=-1 RC= 37 I ran diagnostics and all functions passed. I ran test 3 and 4 but could not recreate any abnormal noises. I explained my findings to the customer. I leveled the unit. The customer had concerns with the ice maker turning off on its own after installation. I turned the IM on and it harvested a batch. I also heard the IM fill. I asked the customer to monitor this to make sure it doesnt turn its self off. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking. Test unit and found unit leaking from float. Found loose nut on float. Secured float ran unit and no leaks present job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not operating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they were able to get the unit connected to WiFi and when they run a cycle, the unit will operate for approximately 3 minutes and stop and drain. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1.cleared the code and continued with testing. While testing, the unit would not advance while pressing the start/cancel button. I finally got the unit to stop and removed the outer door panel. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I disconnected the control panel and closed the unit door. The drain pump failed to come on. I waited the allotted time and rechecked and still the drain pump failed to come on. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit still does not respond correctly. I am ordering the control panel and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11337647 (Control panel assembly) and 1 W11308807 (Main control)"
