"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit RC section is freezing the food products. Tested temps in the RC=26 degrees & FC=8 degrees. "Arrived onsite for unit not dispensing water of making ice. Looked at the unit and found that the fill tube was clogged with ice. Removed ice. When trying to get the water to dispense, no water came out. Wait for some time and tested the water once again and water was dispensing with no issues. More likely the water reservoir was frozen and wouldn?t dispense. Tested the dispenser water and water was coming out with no issues. Let customer know that if the doors are not being sealed properly it could be causing the partially frozen issue. Also if we need to get behind the unit. We will need a 2 man or the customer will need to get it removed before we arrive. The unit is wedged very tightly in the spot it?s currently in. No leaks at this time. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave noises. Upon further inspection, the customer devised that the unit is making a noise coming from the vent and they believe something fell inside the vent. I tested the unit with a cup of water he the unit is heating properly. I removed the unit from the wall and removed the vent cover and found some debris inside the blower assembly. Emoted the blower and removed the debris and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Placed unit back on the wall and retested again and it continues to operate as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for Not sizing ice properly. Found ice stuck in chute and smaller that it should be due to sitting in chute. All ice in bin was the proper size. There were a few cubes that looked smaller than normal but this could be from sitting in the bin for a long period of time. Based on what the customer is experiencing Ive removed the ice maker and installed a new ice maker to ensure the ice maker is calling for enough water to come into the ice mold. Explained to customer to keep an eye on the tray beneath the water and ice dispenser for random water accumulating. This is a sign that ice is stuck in the chute and melting creating water on the tray as it melts inside the chute. Job completed.

Arrived on site for fridge not making ice. I inspected the unit and work are. I did a temp test in the freezer and found it at 0 degrees. I preformed a harvest cycle and found the unit harvesting. I preformed a fill test and found the valves opening but not filling. I gained access to the fill tube heater and found it unplugged. I plugged it back in cleared the ice from the fill tube and retested the water fill. The unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found on any sensing cycle it will turn off after a few minutes even with a load of wet clothing. Disassembled dryer and found when measured at moisture sensor connector moisture sensor shells good connectivity when jumped.
