Due to the RC evap thermistor failure, the RC evap drip pan being warped (SP #W11092686G), hv control not reading thermistors, and drain tube being badly warped, I removed and replaced the drain tube and sealed it with silicone, the hv control, RC evap fan motor/harness and foil taped/ziptied the thermistor to the suction line, and followed the service pointer in securing the RC evaporator to the housing and back wall. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. Recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items inside. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous diagnosis, I removed and replaced the microwave main control and tested and the unit continued to fail. Tested voltage at the control and found none. Pulled the unit from the cabinets and found the magnetron thermostat was bad. Tested the switches and they were good. Tested the fan thermostat and found it bad and tested the fan and it was good. I tested the magnetron, capacitor and diode and found all three were bad. Tested the transformer and it was within range. I advised the customer of my findings and that it appears that the fan thermostat triggered all the failures. Found element at 9.6ohms and rest of hardware at 0.1ohms. After further testing and using vent kit I found a clog within venting of home. Customer also pointed out some discoloration inside dryer. I then called techline and spoke with Rich sr#7731717430. Rich explained that discoloration is normal in dryer on the heat vent cover and can be worsened due to type of clothing (such as medical scrubs) being dried in unit. I instructed customer on all my findings and found at this time u it to be functioning. Techline has no further recommendations. Call complete"

Customer advised that the unit does heat and does work but that the unit seems to take a little longer than it used to to cool down if they adjust the temperature mid way through a cook cycle. They didn?t know if anything could be done to adjust it to where it cooled down quicker but wanted us to look at it. Ran testing on all burners and adjusted the temperature down and found that the unit started cooling down within 5 to 10 seconds. Arrived onsite for washer that stopped mid cycle and flashed a error code. Upon inspection of the diagnostics fault codes I found F9E1 stored in the unit. The customer stated they had to vacuum out the water in the unit. I tilted the unit back and found the harness housing on the drain pump had fallen down and caused the harness to disconnect from the pump. I re secured the harness and secured the housing to the pump. I tested the unit and it went through auto diagnostics as designed. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for range not baking or heating in the oven. Upon inspection I found the glow bake ignitor only pulling 2.5 amps when at at least 3.2 would be needed to engage the gas valve to ignite. I found the harness from the valve to the controls was frayed. I advised the customer that the unit would more than likely ignite and bake once the ignitor is replaced but I cant say how long the harness will hold up. I replaced the ignitor and tested bake at 350. The new ignitor now pulls about 3.3 amps then ignites the burner as designed. No gas leaks detected.
