"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=25 degrees & RC=44 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the ice maker in test #56 and it showed E5. Due to the high temps in the FC, I disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover to find a large block of ice at the top right corner of the evaporator, which is being caused by either a leak or restriction in the system. Also, I could hear the damper control motor as it opened and closed and will need to be replaced. I forced defrost on the system ad it operated as designed.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Also found ice around the chute plate and removed plate found chute gasket crimped. Placed permagum around gasket and placed plate back into place. Removed and replaced the ice maker due to double filling and water spilling into ice bin causing the ice to badly clump. Tested ice maker and it operated as designed. "Arrived in site for dishwasher no washing dishes. I entered diagnostics and found fault codes F6e4 float switch open, f7e1 no heat, f6e1 low/no water. I inspected the float switch and found no debris under the float. I inspected the switch it’s self and found it operating properly. I inspected the wiring and connectors to the valve and found 120v when the water valve is being called for, I found the connector not seated properly at first. I ran the unit through the diagnostics and found it filling with water, separating as it should, and the heater came on when called for. The unit is operating as designed no after leaks detected. I tested the thermistors in the FC and RC I also tested the defrost heater in the RC and FC and all tested good. I then tested the thermistor in the ice maker and it showed a open thermistor when it should be closed. will need to order a new ice maker for repair. (W11115534) ice maker. Upon further inspection I found that the main harness assembly as well as the terminal block we’re both fried and burn the pieces at the bottom behind range. The bake element broil element both have full continuity and the thermostat is ohming at 1.1 as it should. We will need to return with main control, main harness, and terminal block for repairs. After running diagnostics on the fridge I found that the thermistor in the freezer was short it out and not regulated properly when its going to defrost. I replace the thermistor and tested unit thoroughly and refrigerator is working as designed informed customer to give it 24 hours to fully stabilized the temperatures and needs to get to.
