The customer stated the original issue was the breaker kept tripping for the washer, they had another company out and the other company left it In loc mode. They since got it unlocked and had the breaker changed out. I ran a diagnostics cycle on the unit and found it working as designed. I did a UI test on the unit and found several of the buttons not turning off when pushes. I am replacing the UI console. I spoke to the customer about the arch breaker and that there was a problem with the first generation of them, and since they have had the breaker replaced already, they won’t have anymore breaker trips out of the unit. No water leaks detected. Job complete."

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC604FSS00 "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Plugging it in and took pressures. Unit was in a -20 psi vacuum on the low side and I said was only at 120 psi. They seem to be indicative of either a refrigerant leak or not enough charge put into the system. When ahead and vacuumed out the unit and unit held a vacuum. Charged unit up and tested all weld joints. There seem to be no leak coming from any other welds. Unit got 240 psi on the high side and zero psi on the low side. Advise customer to let the unit cool for at least 24 to 48 hours and if further issues persist, will need other sealed system parts for repair."

Customer advised that the unit wasn’t working so I unplugged it for days ago and have left it without any product in it. Unit was at room temperature in both compartments. Plug the unit in and tested amperage on the compressor. Amperage started out 1.1 A dropped to .952 A and worked its way back up to 1.038 A. Unit did have water in the drain pan underneath the unit. Spoke to SW and I advise the customer that if they had a defrost issue, we would not be able to check it. Advise the customer that with the unit defrosted and the compressor pulling good Ambridge, the unit should start to cool properly. Tested resistance through the freezer thermistor have to control and found the thermistor reading that the unit was at -2°F in the freezer section. DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED5100HW1 Arrived on site for dryer that was giving an F1E1 error code. This code indicated that the ACU was indicating a power detection failure between the heater relay and the main ACU. I am mediately checked voltage coming out of the three prong power outlet to ensure that it was receiving 240 V but when I stuck my meter in the outlet and tested the voltage I found that the entire outlet was only receiving between 120 and 168 V I then went and found the breaker and reset the power and attempted to retest the outlet and found that it was still giving the same results I instructed the customer that she will need to go ahead and get a electrician to come and double check whether or not the outlet itself is the issue or the breaker other than needing an electrician and the unit is functioning as designed call complete

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5105HW0 Arrived on site for a washer that was giving an F0E4 error code indicating that it was getting too hot during the rinse cycle due to too much hot water being in the tub after running a diagnostic test I did find that there was an F0E4 error code and when I first ran a test I noticed that there’s nothing but cold water coming in from both the hot and cold lines so I continue to let the water flush out of the lines to see if things would get too hot or too cold. I quickly found out after about 45 seconds to a minute the cold side water valve was releasing hot water into the unit and this was due to the fact that the cut off connections for the hot and cold water were improperly reversed and installed and the hot water cut off actually controlled the cold water supply and the cold water cut off control the hot water supply instructed the customer that they are going to need a plumber to be able to come out and properly installed the hot and cold shut off’s in t

COOKTOP JENN-AIR JGCP436HL00 "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner flames. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and all but the right rear are functioning properly. The right rear flame is coming out like a torch on high setting, but is normal on medium and lower. I attempted to switch the burner head with the front middle and now both the right rear and front middle burners are like a torch on high setting. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of my findings and previous attempted repairs. Also advised of the propane techs readings of 10” pressure which is the lowest reading for propane. Bruce recommended ordering the orifice holder, orifices, flame spreader(burner head), burner caps and valve. Attached to previous SR#7728596962. I am ordering all mentioned parts. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX986SIHZ00 "Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the compressor and dryer. I put the unit into home position. When I pierced the dryer I found a full charge still in the system. I evacuated the system and installed a new compressor, UV dryer and access port. I pulled a 30 inch vacuum on the system and monitored for leaks. No leaks present. I charged the system with 5.5 oz of r134a. I found the pressures between low and high side equalizing appropriately. I ran the unit through step 4 and found the pressure good on both evaporators. Unit is operating as designed. Please allow up to 48 hours for freezer to get to temp and allow the ice maker to make ice. Job complete."

REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRSF505ESS01 Arrived onsite for refrigerator frosting in the RC. I found the fan scroll and RC evaporator were Incase don a block of ice. I began the steaming defrost process and as I tried to remove the fan scroll I broke the top part. Once the evaporator was completely defrosted I noticed a piece of blue tape obstructing the drain hole in the drain pan. I removed the the tape and the water began to flow down the drain properly. I replaced the fan scroll with new and reassembled the unit. I tested the RC evap fan and the test passed. I also tested the RC thermistor and it passed as well. Job complete.

Upon further inspection, customer provided photos of the IM leaking water down the front of the fascia onto the ice bin door and flowing onto the ice chute plate and collecting under the ice bin and then flowing to the shelf below the ice bin area. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the complaint, my findings and previous repairs. Andrew had me test the water flow at the single valve at the back of the unit while in test #45 (ice maker fill). My results were 10oz of water and Andrew advised that the water pressure is too high and should’ve only gotten 2oz.
