"Arrived on site for a no cool refrigerator. Upon arrival the unit was unplugged. I plugged in the unit and gained access to the back. I found the compressor running and the start device working as designed. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components as designed. I gained access to the evap and let the unit run for a while. I found a bad frost pattern being created on the unit. Upon further inspection I found the low side tube coming from the chassis looked a little pinched. This could be causing poor suction and creating the bad frost pattern. I called techline and spoke to Steve and received SR# 7731669891. Steve recommended if the unit continues to have issues, that the customer let the unit run 24 hours at minimum before service. This is in order to check temps and frost pattern. He advised adding service taps to check pressures and for restrictions if the pattern is bad. As of now the unit is running as designed however and advised to not install parts. Call complete."

I could hear the blower making a knocking noise as it spun. Removed microwave from wall mount and gained access to the blower fan. "Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found evap had frost build up on cap tube entering evap. Frost pattern was only on top three coils on evap. Showed customer why unit is not cooling. Compressor working as designed and pulling .9amps. Evap motor and condenser motor working properly. Checked pressures and low side was pulling into vacuum at 20psi and high side was at 100psi. Used UV light and applied bubble solution to all exposed sealed system components. No signs of any dye and no leaks detected. Charged system till pressures were stabilized to 140psi with nitrogen. Monitored system for 45mins and lost 10psi. While system was charged with nitrogen, bubble solution was added to entire exposed components repeatedly and no signs of any leaks. Called tech line and agreed leak must be internal. Vacuumed system to clear of any impurities, charged system to specs and waited for evap to develop complete ideal frost pattern. Showed customer what ideal frost pattern looks like. Also advised though frost pattern has developed it will continue to gradually lose refrigerant.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found where water had damaged the cabinet to the right of the unit. Customer said they set the timer for the unit to run while they slept and decided to start it before hand and the unit leaked water from around the right side of the door area and provided a video of the water dripping from the bottom right corner the door. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no leaks. I retested and this time with the out door panel off so I could watch the reservoir at the bottom the door and the unit continued to operate as designed. I found the door gasket not fully installed at the bottom right corner and adjusted it so that it would seal better. Advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Recommended that the customer get photos/videos of the outside and inside of the unit if the unit leaks again. Also recommended that they not operate the unit while they are asleep or away from the home. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Fridge is plugged in with a surge protector with an extension cord. Gave customer a picture of a one plug surge protector with the proper Joule rating to avoid future issues. "Arrived on site for AIG REF sounds like the fan or blower motor are struggling from under or behind the unit REF LEDs are not working properly, possibly not plugged back in after previous repairs. Found frost build up over evap cover. Temps were good inside freezer and fridge. Used steamer to remove frost over cover and coils. Found frost build up was concentrated over the top area of coils so we have a defrost issue. Found left side heater pad that holds heater in place had fallen off. Resecured pad and heater is installed as designed. Placed fridge in test 7 and changed to basic mode defrost to ensure it defrosts every eight hours. Reassembled freezer compartment. Fans running, thermistor in range, and freezer door is getting a good seal. Removed driver module LED and installed new driver module LED. All lights came on as designed. Checked fridge LED connector and they are all working as designed again. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned on in Bake mode at 400 degrees. Customer advised that its been tripping the breaker at 400 degrees but doesnt reach preheat every time. I turned the unit off and placed it in diagnostics and checked error codes and found none. Pulled unit from the cabinets and placed on my oven dolly. Turned the unit back on in Bake mode at 350 degrees and tested voltage to the elements and all are getting proper voltage. Turned unit off and tested ohm readings at the bake/broil elements, blowers, lights, convection fan, thermostat and all are within range. Checked voltage at mentioned components and all are receiving proper voltage. Inspected all wiring and Amin control and found no breaks or damage. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer have a licensed electrician inspect the breaker.
