When I opened the FC door to test temps, I found it very warm inside and same with the RC. I removed the back panel and tested amp draw to the compressor and got 1.29amps. Compressor was very hot and both the high and low side lines coming out of the compressor were room temp. I checked both evaporators and neither had a frost pattern.No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Unit left unplugged for safety."

DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDTE334GPS0 "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water at the bottom of the door. Upon further inspection, I removed the outer door panel to inspect the reservoir at the bottom the door in the tub. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Once the water dispensed into the tub and the motor turned on with water moving, I found a small amount of water flowing into the reservoir. Also, I found that the vapor barrier insulation was tucked into the reservoir soaking up the water and eventually dripping onto the floor at the bottom the door. I felt the insulation and it was wet. I advised the customer of my findings and corrected the issue. Retested and inspected the reservoir and no water was overflowing. Reassembled the unit and inspected under the unit and found no other leaks. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED5000DW2 Arrived onsite for a dryer that the previous tech left the vent disconnected and has venting issues causing clothes to not dry. After talking with the customer mr stated the builder checked the vent and there were no restrictions. I tested the dryer with the flex line disconnected and had poor air flow from the blower. I removed the lint screen vent and found it packed with lint causing the air flow issue. I cleaned the duct out and tested the dryer. The unit had good air flow and proper temps. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

I turned it on and I found the compressor turning on then back off after about 1 min both ways. I found the start device loose and not seated all the way. I replaced the start device and the compressor kicked on and stayed on. I waited to see if I could see a frost pattern. I noticed the refrigerator and freezer getting noticeably cooler but I could not see a frost pattern at the bottom of the FC evaporator. I could hear the refrigerant moving through the coils. I advised the customer to leave a glass of water in the FC section for 24 hours to see if it freezes. If it does not freeze after 24 hours the unit will need a SS repair. Job complete.

I spoke with customer about cleaning the vents and the last time it was done. I removed the vent hose and inspected for obstructions but found none visible. Tested the unit and the compressor test and found the compressor not running and starting device not starting the compressor. Replaced starting device with truck stock and compressor kicked on immediately. Took amp draw and found compressor only pulling between .530 A and .570 A. OVEN WHIRLPOOL WFG540H0ES0 Arrived onsite for the oven leaking gas or carbon monoxide According to the propane company. Upon arrival found that the gas was turned off. Turn gas back on and started to check for leaks and carbon monoxide leaks. I did not find any gas leaks or carbon monoxide leaks. Turned burners on and the front two burners worked just fine and the RR burner worked fine as well. The LR burner and middle burner did not work correctly because they are extremely dirty with grease build up and need to be cleaned. Turned bake on and it worked just fine. After turning all burners and bake off tested for gas leaks and carbon monoxide leaks and found no leaks at all and no signs of carbon monoxide leaks detected. Stove is working good. And no leaks detected.

Also found the water dispenser line was frozen again. I removed and replaced the left FC door and using my steamer, I removed the ice build up from the fill tube. Tested the unit and found the valve is not functioning. Removed and replaced the valve and retested ad the unit continues to not dispense water. Removed the filter and the water began to flow. Recommended the customer purchase a new filter. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR GE ZISP480DXBSS "Arrived on site to diagnose built in fridge with icemaker / dispenser that’s freezing up often. On arrival Was able to see ice buildup in the bottom dispenser hole of the ice bucket where the auger is. Request from the business was to replace icemaker. When I inspected the unit I saw no evidence that the icemaker is over or under producing, nor is it leaking. This fridge is in an office with a good number of employees, and gets heavy usage both for ice and getting in the freezer. The constant usage allows ice to melt and form up into ice blocks in the bottom of the bucket and dispenser chute. I recommended that they empty that ice bucket more often, as they will be fairly often melting ice with large usage. Could not find any failed parts.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX986SIHZ00 "I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Scott and the Auston SR# 7728167300. He had me run a few tests and found the filter head not leaking when the filter was not engaged. He advised to replace the filter first to ensure it wasn’t a filter problem. He advised that if that solved the issue, the filter would be defective and would be covered by warranty. If not, he advised we would need to replace the filter head again because it wouldn’t be fitting correctly on the filter. Want to removing the top cover, found leak from both sides of the filter head where the water lines connect onto the filter head. I called tech line back and spoke to Austin at that point. He advised to replace the filter head and have the customer contact customer service if further issues persist. Replaced filter head and waited five minutes for any water drips to form. All lines were dry. Got unit back together in unit is working as designed. Call complete."
