"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replace the water valve at the back of the unit, the water line from the valve to the filter housing, filter housing, reservoir, tubing from water box valve to hinge, and tubing from hinge to dispenser. Tested the water dispenser and water continued to make a long drip after dispensing water. I sprayed silicone on ever water line connection and allowed to sit and the retested the water dispenser and it continued to have a long drip after dispensing. I contacted Techline and spoke to Chris and got disconnected. I called back and spoke to Kathy and advised of my repairs and issues and she advised that the customer would have to wait at least a second for the control to close the valve then removed their cup. Provided File #7725927576. I advised the customer of techlines recommendations. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for no cool condition. Plugged unit into outlet and all operations started except for the compressor. Checked unit to find that the compressor had a defective start device. Replace start device and now all operations are normal. Within a few minutes the air off of the evaporator was at 47°. Customer will allow ample time for the unit to reach normal operating temperatures. There is no water hooked up to this unit.

Arrived on site for fresh food door not closing properly. Found that the door would not close completely on its own. Inspected and found that the right door needed adjustment. Adjusted door and unit now closes properly. The customer is aware that the right door is a little bit out of alignment with the left door at the top. She’s trading that for a door that works properly. All water connections are dry.

"(DZ) Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave that was not powering on, with the door unable to fully close. Performed diagnostics and found interlock switches welded causing the MW to short. "Arrived to inspect ice maker issues.Jumped ice maker and unit began cycling and added water to ice maker, however the amount of water is not even enough to fill the ice maker.I even jumped the fill valve and water level never overfilled until the third attempt.Customer will seek a plumber to change out piping from supply to the refrigerator, she has copper pipe for approximately 3 feet, which may be obstructed not allowing the proper amount of water into unit.All water lines were dry at the end of service.Job complete."

"arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed the RC shelving and removed the reservoir and water tube that goes from the valve to the filter housing and tested the unit. The original complaint was that the unit was leaking from the back around the valve. Customer advised that they replaced the valve and still leaked. Once I removed/replaced the reservoir and connected to the valve at the back of the unit, I tested and it operated as designed with no water leaks. I advised the customer of the repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Tested operation and found same failure occurring, cooktop losing flame on low simmer. Found unit had been converted to propane and simmer orifices are incorrect. Replaced right front burner with correct orifice (TS). Will need to replace orifice for left burner. "Arrived on site for oven screen having 3 lines on screen. Customer stated that after cooking when in cool down mode that screen will freeze and will not respond until resetting circuit breaker. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Performed component activation and tested cooling fan on high and low, checked air flow. Called tech support and spoke Stearling. He recommended closing off all openings to the UI sensor from the rear to stop heat from entering the UI panel. Sealed off all openings and tested unit. All tested good. (SR# 7725890592)."
