Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My temp readings were 339, 380, 343, 379, 349 for an average of 358 degrees. Placed unit in diagnostics and found error code F6E4. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the complaint and my findings. Andrew recommended replacing the UI console since the main ACU has been replaced and to check the sensor at 400 degrees. Should get a 1.75k reading at 400 degrees. Provided file #7728562192. Checked compressor and found compressor at room temperature. Tested voltage calling to unit and found proper voltage. Attempted to twist timer until it take the compressor on. Went through 34 revolutions and the compressor would still not kick on. Checked connections and made sure all connections were tight. Heard unit kicking on the defrost heater. Attempted to twist the timer one last time and within one click the compressor kicked on. Took amp draw and found unit pulling 1.31 A and climbing. Waited 15 minutes and found temperatures dropping down to 36°F.Checked evaporator for frost pattern and found a proper frost pattern and no defrost issues. Spoke to CS and was advised that the issue was going to be with the thermostat potentially not closing. Advised customer of findings

Customer advised that the unit was dispensing water but not dispensing ice and that the unit was seemingly not getting water to the icemaker. Ran unit through I jump test and unit would not jump three times in a row even with power cycling the unit. Tested voltage at the icemaker and found proper voltage. Unit began to jump itself and found the motor turning all the way around but not turning on the fill valve. Replaced icemaker due to the unit having issues being jumped and not calling for water. Unit still cycled but did not draw in water. I called Techline and spoke to Dustin (no SR#). He had me run a couple checks and we found that one of the pins in the 12 pin connector at the light assembly was loose and not connected into the connector housing. Reconnected connector and ran test on icemaker. Found new ice maker not jumping and just stuck in the heater cycle

Place unit in several wash cycles and found unit not spinning and then causing the lid lock to lock itself shut. Unplug unit and try to spin basket by hand. Basket would not turn. Lifted up washer and found severe oil leaks underneath the unit. Removed belt and tried to spin splash assembly by hand. Unit was locked up. Found drive motor had Black single marks all over the coils and tried to spin motor shaft by hand. Found friction when spinning motor. Unit will need gear case, drive motor, and a new belt. Ordering hub kit and drive pulley just in case. Office will need to get authorization for repair. If authorization is given the drive motor is out of stock and the office will need to contact customer about return date. Found unit temperature is above 75° in both fridge and freezer sections. Found compressor not running and as soon as the compressor kicked on took amp draw. Found unit pulling 7.1 A. Felt condenser lines and found no heat on condenser. Spoke to CS and was advised that they have a failed compressor. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW2 "Arrived on site for a washing machine thats intermittently tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit sometimes will trip the breaker and the rinse cycle or the spin cycle but that the problem is not consistent. She advised that she is already replaced the breaker three times. I checked the breaker box and found the unit still on a GFI breaker. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and unit ran as designed. Placed unit in a manual fill and then ran the unit through an agitation and finally a high speed spin with the water in it. Took amp draw on the unit as it went into an agitation and found the unit pulling 4.89A. Tested amp draw on the ugh speed spin and found the unit pulling 7.3A and dropping to 6.9 A. Turned on drain pump while the unit was running the spin test and Amp draw went back up to 7.2 A and then dropped again to 6.98A. I called Techline a

Added water to the unit and put clothes in the basket trying to emulate a cycle. Unit ran as designed and could not replicate issue. The customer stated that this issue has been extremely intermittent and that the more clothes she adds, the less likely she is to hear the sound. She indicated that the gear case had been replaced recently and that she was questioning whether that was a defective part. I advised her that that was probably not her issue but that I would contact whirlpool experts to see if there was anything else they could think of. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF757SDHZ00 Arrived onsite for refrigerator no cool in both sections. Upon inspection I put the unit into diagnostics on test 4 and the unit showed the compressor on. I also ran tested on condenser fan and evap fan and they all came on. I could hear the start device clicking but the compressor would not kick on. The compressor was extremely hot to the touch. I tested amp draw as the start device engaged and found the compressor pulling 7 amps when factory standard is around 1 amp. Sealed system repair is needed.
