Arrived onsite for a refrigerator leaking water from underneath. Inspected unit and work area. Found water in grout joints coming from drip pan area. Pulled the unit out and found the hose from the wall to the unit leaking at the crimped ferrel. The fill hose needs to be replaced. I showed this to the customer and he will replace the hose. Call complete.

"arrived on site to inspect microwave leaking grease. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they had their one year inspection and the inspector advised that the unit is leaking air through the front. I advised the customer that there will be air coming from the front as there is a filter there and not all of the air will go up the vent. I tested the fan and could hear the damper opening and closing. I pulled the unit from the wall and inspected the blower and damper and all were good. The vent was sealed good as well. I advised the customer to keep the filters cleaned. Job completed."

Mr stated he connected the water to the house wall valve and got it off the RO system and the unit dispensed water fine but never made any ice and now the water dispenser is not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that he had not checked the breaker for the unit, but he tested the disposal in the same outlet and the disposal worked. I noticed when he plugged the , the customer flipped a switch at the wall and the disposal came on. I advised the customer to plug the dishwasher into the outlet and I flipped the same switch and the unit powered on. I advised the customer of my findings. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operates as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F8E1, F0E5, F0E2 & F7E8. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed with no error codes at the end of testing. Based on the error codes, the unit is being filled with too many articles and getting too much detergent and the unit is sensing too many suds. I verified the concentration number was at 2 and advised the customer er if the unit continues to get too much detergent to increase the concentration number accordingly. I checked the bottom dispenser and it didn’t appear to be overfilled. Advised customer that when using the single dispenser to make sure to turn off the load & go function. Made recommendations for detergent use and recommended use and care tips. Advised to run the unit on a quick wash with no detergent and the load & go turned off to allow the unit to clean itself and get rid of the

I removed and replaced the FC Evap fan motor/harness and the HV control and tested the unit. I ohmed our the defrost heater and it was good. Unit began to cool and operate as designed. I advised the customer to give the unit 24-48 hours to completely cool and have ice producing. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"arrived on site to inspect built-in refrigerator operations. Upon further inspection, I contacted the owner who advised that they had a power surge throughout the home and it disabled the refrigerator. I found the unit turned off and after turning it back on, the UI display began to blink and the Evap motor/fan came on, but the compressor and condenser fan did not operate.. I tested voltage to the fan motor and got 125V and then tested ohms and got 0 ohms. I tested voltage to the inverter and got 125V. I verified ohms to the compressor and got 6.5 ohms. Using a tester inverter, I connected it to the compressor and control and powered the unit on and the compressor came on immediately, but the condenser fan failed. I am ordering the condenser fan motor ad will return with the inverter and all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 12/05/19.
