I gained access to the drain tube in the back and found the duck bill extremely clogged. I cleaned out the duck bill. I cleared out the ice and steamed through the drain line until it was clear. I then tested the tube and found water now going through as designed. Unit is working as designed. No leaks observed at the end of service.

"Arrived on site for washer making grinding noise. Upon arrival leaned the washer back and gained access to the gearcase and inspected the motor, cam and actuator. I noticed a lot of white dust covering the area around the cam. I disassembled the cam and found the teeth rubbing each other down. I replaced the cam, reassembled the unit ran a diagnostics test. Every component functioned as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for cooktop not igniting any of the burners. I accessed and removed the gas line from the regulator and confirmed gas was getting to the regulator. I removed the regulator and found it clogged and no gas able to pass through. I replaced the regulator and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=23 degrees & RC=40 degrees. I found a large amount of ice/frost built up on the FC evaporator cover. I tested the unit in diagnostics and found the defrost thermistor shorted. Tested defrost and it is operating as designed I recommended that the customer unplug the refrigerator and leave the freezer door open at least 24 hours before I return in order for the frost to defrost. "Arrived on site for rain is not allowing the right side oven to turn on properly. Upon arrival I just assembled unit and tried to test oven and found that range was kicking on as design in the oven allowing both bake and broil functionality but during diagnosis I found that the bake igniter although was receiving 120 V was not getting hot fast enough to let the gas in. After customer approval I made repair to bake igniter reassembled and tested unit multiple times and found that igniter was igniting the gas quickly and efficiently as designed, call complete."

Due to the ice dispenser motor failing, the solenoid sticking and the right RC door gasket torn, I removed and replaced the motor, solenoid and gasket. Using my heat gun, I shaped the gasket before installing. Tested the unit and it is dispensing ice and the door gasket is sealing properly. I advised the customer of my repairs and demonstrated the dispenser working. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon arrival found ice maker had been receiving 120 volts, but motor was stuck mid harvest not allowing completion. After installing new ice maker I also was able to verify that inlet valve was getting full voltage as well but not allowing water to pass into ice maker. After replacing valve I was able to get full functionality and water both to ice maker and dispenser. No leaks during repairs. "Arrived on site for an ice machine not making any ice. Upon arrival the reservoir was full of water. I tested the unit and found all it would do was fill and drain. The compressor, recirculating pump, or condenser fan never turned on. I tested voltage going to the recirculating pump and found not 9V going to it, and I never heard it hum. This indicates a bad control and possibly a bad pump. I also gained access to the bottom of the evap and found significant corrosion on the cap tube and drier. You could also visibly see the tube from the recirculating pump to the water dispenser was extremely clogged. control, recirculating pump, tube, and dispenser. I also advised the customer that due to the corrosion he may also have a cooling issue.

Only about 3/8 of tube from cabinet left from previous sealed system repair. Replaced compressor and attempted multiple times to solder new drier but was unsuccessful as insulation was melting and dripping into solder joint preventing proper seal. Attempted to solder a thinner wall coupling but heat was still causing insulation to melt into joint.

I inspected the ice bin and found very little ice. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test #56 and found no errors. In test 59, the ice maker harvested; test 58, the heater came on and the thermistor was reading that temps were warmer than harvest temps (due to customer having the FC door opened for a long period of time loading the FC section with food); test 57, ice maker harvested and in test 45, the ice maker filled with water. I opened the deli drawer and found the deli control not operating. I removed the deli control and found the harness not fully connected. I inspected the deli harness and it is good. While placing the unit into diagnostics, I found the UI not chiming when pressing the buttons. Due to the issues with the ice maker, I am ordering the UI, hv control. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit making noise ose, found repair kit needed, I replaced repair kit, unit tested good.

"Arrived on site for oven broiler exploding. I inspected the unit and work area. I spoke to the customer and found out the broiler is intermittently not lighting half the burner, and when the unit does this it will fill with gas and light after three attempts. We turned the broil on and found it lighting on both sides but it has a yellow flame around the whole burner instead of it being blue. The broiler and the broiler fitting have been replaced once already. We tested the unit multiple times and found it yellowing every time.

"Arrived on site for a range with the steam setting not working. Upon arrival the customer stated they had previously had it on a 40 psi RO system and had found it worked when they bypassed it. They now have removed it off of the RO system and have it on its own line. Although it is still not working. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E1 for boiler oven temp limit. I manually activated the valve and boiler. I found both activating. I gained access to the back of the unit and ohmd out the pressure switch, boiler element, and the boiler sensor. All ohmd out good. I then manually activated the boiler and found proper voltage going to it and the water began heating up. I removed the line from the valve and found water coming from the reservoir. I then ran a steam bake and could hear the reservoir begin to fill and feel the water reservoir get hot, but no steam. I called techline and spoke with Rich and received SR# 7731136235. Rich recommended replacing the boiler assembly and the appliance manager just in case it was not reading the correct temp. He also stated that he believes the customers RO and water system are fine, for they are so close to the recommended 45 psi. I am ordering the boiler assembly and the office will need to reschedule. "Arrived on site for CSI MW not heating correctly, light and fan not working. Found light working and microwave heating. Found blower fan not spinning on either setting. Microwave would heat for approximately 3 minutes then you could hear the magnetron stop running. Went to install interlocks and found the secondary interlock leads were too big for the wires connectors that are connected to the current interlock. We will need to order the correct interlock kit that goes with this microwave. I explained my findings to the customer and advised they monitor the unit to see if the issue was intermittent. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for range not maintaining temperature. Customer stated that unit will show its at 350? but will cancel cycle and restart bake temperature will be lower. Inspected unit and work area. Measured amp draw on igniter and found at 3.4 amps, within range. Performed temperature test and measured first 3 cycles. Found after preheated igniter was only drawing 2.9 amps. Will need to replace igniter.

"Arrived on site for washer giving f2e2. Upon arrival I confirmed error but found no other codes stored in control memory. After testing connection between ui and control I found ui was not responding to input properly. Ran recommended f2e2 error tests on ui, control and harness, I found main control not detecting I put from ui or harness. I then replaced main control and found ui still not responding. After replacing all 3 parts I found u it was fully functioning as designed and cycling through customer selected functions when needed. Found no leaks during or after repairs. Call complete"

Arrived on job for complaints of vent doors broken. After replacement test operation.

Arrived on site for bake/broil not working. We inspected work area and gained access to the igniter. Found igniter not spliced in properly. Checked resistance to igniter and found good resistance. Reconnected igniter properly. Plugged in the unit and tested bake/broil to find it functioning properly. Call complete.

Arrived on job for complaints of tripped breaker. Ran test cycle and motor got very hot. Replaced motor and test. No leaks detected at time of service
