"Arrived in site for fridge no cool. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the fridge cooling properly again. I did find some ice build up on the evap cover. I found the heating element connection separating from ice build up, I corrected the connection. I put the unit into diagnostics and found the heater coming on when called, I also changed the unit from adaptive defrost to a basic defrost. I spoke to the customer about the difference with the 2 defrost modes. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected."

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that will start a cycle but then it stops and the lights on the control panel will start blinking. I checked for stored error codes and found an F9E1 & F6E4. I found the float switch clear and working as designed with nothing loose in the tub. I ran the auto diagnostics cycle and the diverter leaking water badly. There is wood damage under the machine along with mold and mildew build up. The sump and motor needs to be replaced. I replaced the pump an motor and tested the unit. The new pump leaked at the motor seal. I went to the parts warehouse and picked up another one. I installed the 2nd pump and motor and tested the machine. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the end time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven chiming while cooling fan is on. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the cooling fan will stay on for a long time after the unit has been shut off then the unit will chime 4 times within 60 seconds. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. I tried to search for the issue in the owners manual and found nothing. I tested the unit in Bake mode at 200 degrees and once the unit reached preheat, I turned the unit off and listened to the cooling fan and could not duplicate the issue. I contacted techline and spoke to TJ and advised the complaint and my findings. TJ advised that there is nothing documented for this issue and recommended that the customer take a video of it if it happens again and forward it to our office to forward to Whirlpool. The evaporator inside the freezer had absolutely no ice buildup of any kind and was completely bone dry. The compressor was also extremely hot to the touch to the point that you could cook food on it. Unit will need a new sealed system repair. Due to the front right wheel being damaged, I was to remove and replace the roller, but once I was able to get the unit balanced on a prop and get the roller off, I found that the chassis is badly damaged/bent and the pin won’t fit properly. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making full cubes of ice and forming a block at the back of the ice maker. Upon inspection I found small cubes in the bin and the water inlet frozen. I steamed out the inlet but the water was still barely seeping by. I inspected the valve and determined it had failed. I replaced the valve and tested the unit. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dropping ice after removing their cup. Upon further inspection, I tested the ice dispenser and it operated as designed. I checked the ice door and it closed within the allotted time of approximately 7 seconds. I retested and when I moved my cup, a few cubes got wedged in between the ice door and chute. I showed the customer my findings. I contacted techline and spoke to Dave and advised of the issue and my findings. Dave advised that the unit is operating as designed and to not replace any parts. Provided file #7728440049. I advised the customer of techline recommendations and recommended that they inspect the ice chute when they get ice and when they let up on the paddle to leave their cup in place for the 7 seconds until the ice door closes. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for fridge not cooling properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the evap fan, air baffle, and condenser fan. Everything activated as needed. I inspected the evaporator and found the left side full of frost and ice, I found the sealing block on the left side deformed, i reshaped and sealed the foam piece. I also found the return vent covered in ice. I defrosted the return vent and reassembled the unit. I also reshaped the fresh food gasket. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected.
