"Arrived on site for both ice makers stopped producing ice ICE MAKER-NOT MAKING ICE/MAKING ICE SLOWLY. Customer informed me upon arrival he had unplugged the fridge for two days. When plugged back in the FREEZER ice maker began producing ice as designed. The FRIDGE ice maker was still not producing though. Ran test 121, 16, 26, 31, 59, 120, and 97. All tests past except test 16 (fridge ice maker thermistor). Took resistance test and thermistor failed. Removed fridge ice maker and installed new fridge ice maker. Ran test 16 again and it passed. Ice maker now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for dryer taking many loads to dry clothes. Upon arrival I cleared the lint trap and tested the unit on air dry with the vent test kit provided. The test kit shows an obstruction in the airflow. I removed the vent hose and removed a large amount of lint. I tested the unit again with the hose disconnected and the test passed. I reinstalled the vent and tested. It is now showing a poor airflow indicator. But not heating. I found the thermal fuse showing open due to moisture getting back into the unit. I replaced the thermal fuse and the unit now tests good. I advised the customer would need to have their vents cleaned for the unit to work as designed. The unit is otherwise heating spinning and blowing as designed at this time. Job compete.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit in the process of making a slab of ice. The slab was forming well and when the evaporator froze the slab completely and the ice began to break, the heat valve came on and began to melt the ice to slide off the evaporator. I found that the slab was moving slowly and began to break into pieces then slid off onto the grid cutter in several separate pieces. I noticed the gas valve stayed on for a long period of time (longer than the 30-45 secs). I tested pressure on the sealed system and found the unit undercharged. I added some refrigerant through the low side and pressures didnt change. I am ordering a sealed system repair consisting of the compressor, non UV drier, access valve and heat valve, CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB, office to schedule return service. Arrived on site for refrigerator freezing item in fresh food compartment. Upon arrival customer stated everything in ff could freezer and there was moister and ice build up within top of ffc. Upon further inspection I found the fresh food door was hanging down on left side causing a gap between door gasket and mullion bar. I found cause was due to spacers down on hinge that had broken and worn down causing door to not sit level on the hinge itself. I was able to replace o-ring spacers and readjusted the door so that it now seals all the way around unit as designed. Cleared moister within upper fresh food interior. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles and is flashing at the customer. Inspected unit and work area. Placed China in Service diagnostics and found a F0 E5 (off balance load), F0 E9 (off balance load pause), and F7 E1 (tachometer missing or not communicating). The customer showed me a couple videos of the unit flashing at them when the unit was not completing cycles. I did notice the customer had a mixed load inside of the washer during one of the videos. I called Techline and spoke to Andy . He had me run the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. He advised that he believes the issue to be an issue with the low types and not an actual issue with the unit but did advise if there was an issue with the unit, it would be with the tachometer inside of the shifter. When ahead and replace the shifter and Andy advised me to have the customer run several loads without mixing load types to see if that fixed the issue. Customer start of the cycle and unit was working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they have found water on the floor on the right side of the unit. Unit has had recent hose repairs done. I removed the top panel and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit operated as designed with no leaks. I found a the end of testing, there was detergent suds in the bottom of the basket. I ran the unit through another test and still no leaks, but this time I found more suds. Found customer has a water softener system and also found dry water residue at the back right/center side of the unit near the vent tube opening. Customer advised that the water leak doesnt happen all the time. I advised the customer that potentially due to the water softener and the use of too much detergent, the unit is creating too many suds and the suds/water are being pushed out the vent tube and down the back of the unit onto the floor.

I disassembled the unit and found the exhaust pipe and blower housing loose. Also found the blower wheel broken. I removed and replaced the blower wheel and using the pads provided for today, I sealed off the exhaust pipe at the back of the unit and at the blower housing and reassembled the unit and tested. Upon arrival, I found that the evap cover sent with me is the wrong part in the correct packaging. The correct cover should have several connections on the harness located in lower right corner of the cover and the one sent with me only had 2. I notified my parts thread of the issue and advised the customer of the issue. I found ice on the evaporator and removed it with my steamer to help the RC section cool until we can return with the correct part. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Once control was installed I placed in diagnostics to start a manual cycle to get the washer to drain the standing water inside washer. Drain pump did not respond. Placed on cold water cycle to ensure the washer would respond and cold water began to fill. Stopped cycle to place in calibration for new control and the washer would not respond. Tested lid latch and pump at the control and both were getting good voltage. Tried placing in auto diagnostics and washer would not respond. Called for tech support and DS and CS agreed the drain pump was faulty based on how the washer was not responding. Will return with pump, control, lid latch, and UI to complete the repair. The pump and another new control should correct the issue with the washer not responding the way it is. Returning with lid latch and UI just in case. I used my wet vac to remove the standing water inside the washer. ; ordrng 1 W11394572 (Latch) and 1 W11413337 (Console UI)"

Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained access to the compressor. When I punctured the system I found full pressure. I homed out the compressor windings and found the open. I replaced the compressor and installed a access valve and non-uv dryer. I installed a new Orion board as well. I pulled a vacuum for 15 minuets and found no vacuum leaks I charged the system with 4.5 oz of refrigerant. I found the system holding and building pressure appropriately. I found a restriction in the original dryer. The unit is now cooling as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for WATER LEAKING DOWN FROM THE MIDDLE DRAWERS--OR COLLECTING FROM THE MIDDLE DRAWERS--FREEZING UP>>>. Removed back cover and removed drain tube to check for clogs. Drain tube was free of any debris or clogs. Found drain pan was bowed in the center and full of ice. Used steamer to remove ice build up. Once ice was melted water still wasnt flowing down the drain tube. Steamed drain tube in drain pan and whatever was clogging the drain released and water from drain pan began to empty into drain tube. Used shims to create a permanent slope towards the drain tube. Used a cup of water to test slope and water went directly towards the drain as it was designed to do. Found thermistor in wrong location. Moved thermistor to correct location, zip tied, and foil taped.
