During quick wash could see a small trail working it’s way between the bellow and the door. Checked bellow and found hair / fur buildup keeping door from sealing. Cleaned seal and door and retested. No longer leaking from there. Also found washer drain trap cap lose. Tightened cap and retested. No further leaking found. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose icemaker not producing much ice and also dripping from the front. Performs diagnostic on unit. Found water freezing on bottom of ice bucket in the front, and some drops coming from the vent on the icemaker front slow. Ran test 56 and found error E2, for icemaker lost position. Ran cycle test and icemaker errored out. Found some cubes that did not eject. Removed cubes and retested. Icemaker now will not cycle at all. Replaced icemaker and retested. Unit is now cycling properly. Judging by where the water is, seems likely that the ice door seal is leaking, allowing ice to both melt and allowing moisture to for, by mail slot. Advised customer if water issue persists past icemaker replacement to have ice door replaced.

When opening the RC doors, I found the gasket badly gapped at the top. Using my heat gun, I reshaped the gasket and tested the door. Gasket is sealing properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the dispenser was replaced but when she filled the rinse aid, all of it dispensed out in one wash cycle. I removed the outer panel and console and found that the main control had shorted out and melted the control housing, the inner door mastic and the relay to the dispenser was shorted as I found a burnt spot on the control which would explain why the dispenser isn’t operating. "Arrived on site to inspect range gas smells. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the last time they used the unit, they could smell a strong odor of gas coming from the unit. I tested the unit on bake at 350 degrees and allowed the unit to operate for approximately 30mins and could only smell the residual gas odor from being burned. I removed the ice using my steamer and attempted to clear the drain tube. I removed the back panel and removed the drain tube and found it clogged with debris. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Customer advised that unit periodically will show error code OL. I tilted the unit back and checked components underneath and all checked good. I continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I tested high speed spin in manual test mode and demonstrated to the customer that the unit is operating as designed. I filled the unit and tested agitation and again the unit operated as designed. Due to the OL error code, I recommended that the customer wash small loads and use less detergents due or possible over sudsing. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
