Arrived onsite for washer making clicking and clicking noises. Upon inspection I found the unit would click or pop when shifting from agitate to spin. I ran a auto diagnostics test and found no abnormal or loud noises during the cycles. I accessed the drive system of the unit and inspected all components. I did not find any visible issues called techline and spoke to Scott SR#7730501786 we determined that the noises are normal shifting noises. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete

Arrived onsite for range not igniting in the oven section. Upon inspection I found the unit would get up to preheat but then when it would go back to cycle on it would just click and gas would release but no ignition or flame. I found the ignitor was slightly warping away from the burner and was discolored. I replaced the ignitor and tested the unit. The unit is still not igniting when cycling. I spoke to CS and he advised adjusting the shutter on the burner. I adjusted the shutter so that less air was entering the assembly (choked) and tested the unit again. The unit is now working and cycling as designed and no gas leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Upon further inspection, I found a block of ice in the bottom the FC section and frost built up on the top of the FC section and on the evap cover. I found the small sliding drawer was not seated correctly keeping the FC door from closing properly. I removed the ice from the FC section reassembled the drawers and the door is closing properly. I pulled the unit out and found the drain tube duckbill clogged. Per service pointer #W10632338E, I removed and replaced the drain tube and tested and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found the evaporator housing pushed away from the cabinet, I also found the thermistor corroded. I replaced the evaporator harness, and evaporator cover. I also found insulation stuck behind the housing. I removed the insulation and secured the housing to the cabinet with longer screws and silicone. I reinspected the cabinet and found no more in leaks. I reassembled the unit. It is now working as designed.

I gained access to the main control and tested the fresh food section evap thermistor. I was showing the thermistor at 60 degrees when invaded in ice. The thermistor is out of range. I cleared out the ice in the evaporator and installed a new thermistor. I retested the thermistor at the control and it is now showing proper resistance. Job complete.

I turned the unit on to test and immediately I could hear the bearing making the screeching noise. I disassembled the unit and found the bearing in badly worn. Also found the idler pulley badly worn. I removed and replaced the both parts and retested and unit is operating as designed without the unusual noises. Cleaned lint from the unit, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s flashing at DEN code. Inspected unit and work area. Took unit out of demo mode and attempted to run a cycle. Found the unit seemingly trying to drain and would not start the motor. Placed unit in service diagnostics and attempted to run the auto test. The unit would not turn the motor and was stuck in the C3 drain cycle. The unit timed out and gave me an F3(drain pump) error code. Spoke to CS and was advised that the unit ost likely had an issue with the main control as that drives to motor and measures the resistance from the pressure switch. Replaced control and tested unit. Unit began working as designed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly. Upon arrival I found unit was unplugged. After restoring power I found evap and condenser fan turned on as well as the compressor. I found no ice forming on coil in FC. Theres was little heat exchange from high side line after 20 minutes of run time. Also found amperage to compressor was between 1.89+2.00 amps. Also found a lot of the sealed system lines around compressor compartment showed a lot of rust where they feed into inner cavity of insulation. .
