Arrived on site for washing machine that is not finishing up a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that per unit is not spinning out the clothes leaving her clothes whether the end of the cycle. Placed in a in-service diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (oversuds) error code. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the drain pump not draining out all of the water. The customer does have a high drain pvc pipe. I checked voltage going to the drain pump and found proper voltage. Replaced drain pump and tested the unit in an auto test again. The unit did drain out fully. I did advise the customer that it is possible during towels and washes as she may still have a problem due to the high PVC pipe and did advise her to get her to shorten her drain. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Found that the water filter was frozen solid causing the issue. Advised customer to replace filter. Upon arrival I was able to confirm unit was receiving 120 volts proper from the hardwire and breaker. Found ui unresponsive. Found main controls leds diagnostics light was flashing non stop indicating a issue within the main control. After getting approval for control. I installed the new main control kit assembly (including harnesses and float switch,etc) I found unit was still giving the same main control issue as before. Unfortunately after inspecting the entire unit I found that there were no loose wires or connections, and the wiring diagram was removed and missing from unit. Without the tech sheet there was no way to properly test unit further for what is causing the main control issue. Arrived on site for dryer not allowing door to stat shut properly during use. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that not only is a dryer door opening during use but if you shut it and wait a few seconds it will pop open on its own without even running. I didnt found that the hinges were not holding the door probably in place and this is caused warping inside the door strike and catch assembly. After replacing both door hinges as well as the strike and latch assembly I was able to reassemble and test the dryer door and found that it is snapping shut tightly and not opening during use or outside of the dryer running unit now functioning as designed call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator that still leaking water and ice onto the bottom of the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customer complaint and check the drain tube in the back. Down the drain tube had no water in it. Attempted to steam out ice buildup in the freezer section and found the unit not draining the water. Use a flat head screwdriver to open the rubber seal underneath the drip tray and unit water began to flow into the drip pan underneath the unit. Tested the unit three more times just to confirm water with drip into the drip pan. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit making noise still during operation. Tested unit. Customer did show me previous video after last visit from previous tech replacement of parts. I couldn?t hear anything out of the ordinary for the unit making noise from the video other than the clothes that were in the unit. Listened to the unit with nothing in it. Could not hear anything from the unit as far as noise. Called tech line. Let them know that the unit are on a bench made for the units to sit on and Said that the unit not being on the whirlpool brand pedal stool may cause slightly more noise of the unit is not stable. Because we could not duplicate the noise issue said they cannot recommend any kind of fix at this time. Got Sr#7730504325. No issues at this time. Job complete

After testing the dispenser after emptying the ice bucket I heard the motor turn 15-20 seconds after the chute closes. Called tech line and talked to TJ, SR7729906026. Engineering says this is normal, to keep the ice moving and is easier to dispense next time. This can cause a couple cubes to fall out depending on position or blades and arm.
