I inspected the front bellow and some of the drain holes were clogged. I ran a diagnostics cycle and when in fill water began to leak from the back left side of the unit. WASHER GE GFW450SPM1DG "Arrived on site to inspect washer asking squeaking noises during spin. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit will squeak when there’s clothing in it and in the spin cycle. I pulled the unit out far enough to get the top panel off then placed the unit in a rinse/spin cycle and started it. While pulled the unit out, I find it not leveled as it rocked from back left to front right corners. When the unit began to spin, there were no unusual noises being made. When I rocked the unit from back left corner to front right corner, the pedestal/drawer began to make a squeaking noise that the customer identified as the noise they were hearing, I stopped the cycle and put the unit back in its space and put the top panel back on. I lowered the front right leveling leg and tested it by rocking back and forth and the unit did not rock, but the pedestal/drawer continues to make the squeaking noise. I installed the new bushing and it would not go all the way down on the right hinge causing the door to be raised higher than the left door. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker cover sagging on the right side and the cover bracket not fully mounted on the right side. I tightened the screw on the bracket and tested the ice maker and found it operating as designed. I tested the ice dispenser door and found it operating as designed. The door remains open for 10 seconds after dispensing. I advised the customer of my findings that the ice maker cover was getting caught/stuck on the ice bin and not opening to allow the ice to drop into the bin; therefore, when opening the freezer door, it pulls the bin away from the cover and the ice drops onto the floor. The customer pointed out a scuff mark on the right RC door near the handle and also discoloring the left FC door handle. I am ordering the left FC door handle and the right door skin is on order. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFC704FSS00 Arrived onsite for ice maker not producing ice. Upon inspection I found the FC evaporator cover had frost built up on the outside. I tested the thermistors and defrost heater through and all tests passed. I accessed the drain tube in the back of the unit and found it had a clog. I cleared the clog and sealed the drain tube. I then accessed the FC evaporator and steamed all the ice off the evaporator. With the evaporator clear and the drain tube clear I advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit as it may still need to have to HV control replaced due to an updated version of the software.I advised that if the HV control needs to be replaced then we would have to return and charge for the part.No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Used 2 different types of gas sniffer and all purpose gas leak detector. Inspected incoming gas line with all purpose and inspection mirror. Disassembled unit and looked for possible gas leak. No gas leak was found. Assembled unit and tested all operations. All cooktop operation tested good. Still found smell coming from underneath unit in cabinet. Turned gas back off to unit. Recommend to replace incoming line going to unit and retest for gas leaks.

Upon further inspection of the unit I cannot find any error codes are indicated any hardware or software failures but after disassembling the unit I found that the culprit had been the front right infinite switch itself. The infinite switch had blown internally I was trying to send power to the front right burner I ended up replacing the infinite switch and found that the unit is not functioning as designed and the burner on indicators have turned off. I installed a dye dryer and low side service tap. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30 psi vacuum. I charged the system with 7.50 oz’s of R134A. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. I replaced the UI and the UI started functioning but the separator door is not closing or functioning. The smart valve is also not functioning with 120VAC to it on one side and 14VDC to it on the other side. The smart valve could possibly need to be replaced. After testing the water dispenser and the ice dispenser the UI started acting up. I couldn’t get service to open the schematic and tech sheet but after talking with CS and looking at the wiring schematic I believe there is a voltage issue with the niagra control.
