"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will wash but will not spit out the clothes. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error code. Around the unit through diagnostics and tested both valves. I found the cold water valve, barely trickling any water in. The customer stated that a few weeks ago, they had trash come through the line and they cleared it out and it seem to work. However, it stopped working about a week ago. I went ahead and replace the valve assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11210463"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making a buzzing noise. The customer stated they turned the icemaker off and after a couple of days the noise went away. I found the fill tube leaking at the water chute allowing water to run down the back onto the fan shroud causing the fan to hit ice. I removed the ice in the unit. A fill tube extension will need to be installed to prevent this from happening and the chute could possibly need to be replaced. Ordering WP2174755 fill tube extension & W11645360 water chute. RS for Tue 5/9/2024 per the customers request. NO PARTS INSTALLED.; ordrng 1 W11645360 (Water chute) and 1 WP2174755 (Fill tube extension)

"Arrived on site for washing machine thats not spinning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised finishes motorcycle but it does not spin out the clothes properly. They advised they have to run it through an extra drain and spin in order to get the clothes completely dry. I ran the unit into diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit for an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I tested the unit and manual diagnostics to check all components and found all components working and operating. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Kurt SR# 7738973127. He advised that based on all those checks, nothing would indicate that there is a problem with the machine, and that the issue would most likely be with the spin settings or the loads that the customer is washing. He advised Magno repairs at this time and that the unit is working an operating as design. Call complete."

The FC drawer required MFG approved and provided lubricant applied to the upper drawer and normal operation resumed. During final inspection, I found the FC door was missing-molded and will require replacement to prevent current and future failure and icing. I advised the customer of my findings and of the door being ordered and that the office will contact them to arrange return service. Further inspection revealed the wave guide cover damaged by significant over-temperature and burned completely through front the inside-out. I contacted the MFG tech line and advised of my findings. Tech Austin, SR# 7738969902. The tech recommended replacing the wave guide cover. I retrieved the wave guide cover W11193296 from the warehouse and installed it and the interlock assembly W11449274 and tested. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop gas leak. Upon further inspection, I could not smell a gas odor when entering the home. I checked under the unit in the cabinet and could not smell gas. I removed the valve knobs and smelled and did not smell gas. I gained access to the interior of the burner box and tested all gas line connections to the orifice holders and all of the valves at the manifold using my liquid leak detector and found no gas leaks. I tested all welds on the manifold and found no leaks. I tested the gas line at the wall and regulator and where the manifold connects to the regulator and found no leaks. I recommended the customer use the unit and if they smell gas again to check under the unit in the cabinets and see if they smell gas there and to call in for service. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Service test mode revealed F5E1, F2E1 as the only stored errors and I cleared for testing. Inspection of the gear case area reveled the lower seal(s) had failed and oil was spread throughout the general area. After replacement of the gear case and slider, and during calibration, I found the lid lock errored at least once. Automatic mode and manual testing showed the lock not failing again. The customer advised the machine seems to run the entire load but that the clothes arent getting washed and that they think that theres an issue with the agitator. I gained access to the agitator and found the agitator completely loose and not sitting properly on the driveshaft. I removed the agitator and found that the inner spine was completely fine. I reattached the agitator in test of the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Around the units are an auto test in the unit works perfectly. Call complete.

During the installation, I noted the condenser fan not running and further inspection revealed the lower pan to the right to the fan and the fan housing, were badly smashed up, into the fan blades and completely stopping condenser fan operation and it could be easily assumed the fan did not work since the installation. I was able to correct all metal deformation and test. The fan was fully operational and the prior contact and fan motor lockup, was corrected. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont turn on. Inspected unit and work area. I found the flooring for this unit, completely unlevel, where the right hand side of the washer was approximately 4 inches higher than the left-hand side. The unit was unplugged and immediately upon plugging in the unit, I found the unit go into a drain. I canceled out the cycle and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. I adjusted the feet on the washer to try to level it out and was not able to completely level out the washer due to the flooring. The customer advised that they had just moved the washer out from another room and that they are planning on redoing the floor in this room. I advise the customer that the flooring was causing the basket to lean against the left hand panel and was causing off-balance issues due to the unit not being leveled. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran and operated as designed. Call complete. No parts were replaced."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not tumbling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will turn on, but that the drum does not turn. She stated that they had tried to work on this previously, but I had been unsuccessful at this point. I did find the dryer not completely reassembled. I turned on the unit and confirmed that the motor was running but the drum was not turning. I spun the basket by hand and found the basket spinning properly. I gained access underneath and found that the dryer motor had completely broken apart where it holds the belt. I replaced the motor and when I went to reassemble the unit, I found that the two bottom clips on the front panel and one of the upper clips was missing. Spoke to claims and was advised to go ahead and order them. "Arrived onsite for range tripping breaker. On inspection the range breaker shares the circuit with the MW, you could not run both of them at the same time or the breaker will trip. Took the extension cord to another outlet and plugged the range in and it tripped that breaker. Gain access to the back of the range and unplugged the convection fan and the spark module. Now both worked at the same time. Plugged them back in and still both were working. Put the back cover on and the issue repaired. Took the back cover off and it all worked again. I found that the cover was found the unit out. I moved the line that was causing the ground and it fixed the issue. No parts were used and no gas leaks detected during service."
