"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating properly. Upon arrival entered diagnostics, found no error codes stored. Engaged bake and broil element, both engage when manually selected to. Started a 350? bake cycle whilemonitoring with a thermocouple. During preheat unit reached 375? initially. Unit then began to cool and stabilize at 350?. At 330? elements reengaged and unit began to heat up, at 370? elements disengaged and unit began to cool. Unit then cycled between 330?-370? for 15 minutes consistently. No issues with heating. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the last time she ran the washing machine, the machine did the same thing as last time we were out and started flashing an F9 E1 and would not drain completely. She advised that she had to leave the machine for a while before the unit would unlock the door. I did find the unit completely free of water and clothes. I gained access to the drain pump filter and found two nails stuck in the drain filter, causing the issue. I removed the obstructions and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Maintenance director did inform me unit had been in a vacant unit for several months now with no opening of the door . "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he ran two loads that both leaked water all over the floor. He advised that they were on quick washes, and we're enough to have to use a full towel to clean up the mess. He advised that he is not used the machine since. I checked underneath and did not find any evidence of water residue. I ran the innet through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed without leaking until the unit came to the drain portion of the cycle. I found that I could not hear the water draining out of the machine but found water pouring out of the drain due to an overflow and water pouring down the wall and onto the floor. I showed the customer before the drain completely stopped and it did advise him. It looked like his drain pipe head a restriction, causing it to overflow. I checked underneath the washer and found all portions of the machine were dry. I did advise the customer that he will need to clear out his drain prior to any further use of the machine, but that the unit it is working and operating as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that won't drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is still full of clothes and water and will not drain out. I did confirm the customers complaint in attempted to run a drain cycle on the machine. I heard the drain pump running, but barely any water trickling out. I used a shop vac to drain all the water out and removed the front panel. After removing all the water, i found massive amounts of rug debris inside the drain pump filter. I removed all the debris and reassembled the unit. I ran the innet through a quick wash cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer against running washes with rugs in this machine due to this issue. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inpsect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured 4 degrees FC and 60 degrees RC. I gained access to the evaporator found that it had not been defrosting. I checked the harness for the heater and found that one pin was out of place and not making contact with the connector for the line voltage. I corrected the connector pin and reseated. I verified that the heater is good and measured 79 ohms across the heater leads. I placed the unit into diagnostics and ran a defrost and verified proper voltage and verified that the heater is operating as designed. I defrosted the evaporator and emptied the condenser drip pan to prevent overflowing. The refrigerator is now operating as designed. No parts needed. No water leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for unit tripping breaker. Customer stated breaker was replaced and I tested the unit. I found the unit to be tripping in broil and went to the back to inspect the element. I found the old style broil elements installed which causes bleed through and the breaker to trip on it. I replaced the broil element with the revision element and ran unit on broil. Unit doesn't trip. I set the unit to 500 degrees and advised the customer to shut it off after 2 hours and I also set a cook time. Splutch/belt is the only remaining item that could make noise. Replaced splutch, belt, Actuator. Ran quick wash and did not hear noise again. Arrived onsite for ice build up in the fan space from an icemaker fill spout leak. Cleared ice and inetall3d proprietary splash shroud. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good. No parts.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not illuminate or run through a cycle. inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, the customer advised that the machine does seem to run, but the lights wont turn on or tell the customer where its at and the cycle and will not fully complete each cycle. I went to try to run the unit into diagnostics and found that the unit would not enter diagnostics. I press start on a normal eco-wash cycle and found the unit begin to fill with water. I attempted to cancel the cycle and found that the unit would not cancel. Checked incoming voltage and found proper voltage and polarity. Ahead and replaced the control and calibrated the unit. "WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival home builder verified range tripping breaker I replaced the control board, bake, and broil element. I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. Cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated failed to dispense the correct amount of water. I tested the valves and found the cold valve not dispesning enough water. Upon further inspection, maintenance had moved the unit to a vacant apartment and was sitting in the middle of the apartment not connected to water or plugged in. Maintenance described the issue, and per service pointer W11766193, I removed and replaced the main control and plugged the unit into the nearest outlet, and calibrated the unit. Unit calibrated properly, and I recommended that maintenance test it once they place it back into another unit and if there are further issues to contact our office for service. "Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Upon arrival customer stated 2 months after repair on 11/21, same issues began to arise. Defrost system would fail, ice would melt causing a block of ice in the container and dripping from the ice dispenser, water is dripping from dispenser and unit is not cooling.Inspected unit, found evaporator cover encased in ice indicating a failed defrost system. Also found valve is weeping. Due to persistent issue, recommend replacing all components pertaining to the defrost system. Evap fan motor, thermistor, drip pan, main control, UI, and valve. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and RC=39 degrees. I checked the FC evaporator cover and found no ice built up. Found the evaporator with a good frost pattern and the evap fan is operating as designed. The builder arrived and advised that the freezer never stopped cooling but the fresh foods section got warm and then started cooling again. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and if it began to get warm again to call it in for service. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."
