"Arrived on site to inspect venthood not working and is loud. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that there is Sheetrock flakes falling from the venthood and it has no suction. I tested the unit and found the blower to be loud in the high setting. Tested the suction with a piece of paper and found that there is no suction when the blower is on. Inspected the blower and found that there is blockage in the vent tube going up to the ceiling to the roof and that this issue would be an installation issue. I advised the customer that they would need to contact their builder to resolve the issue as its an installation issue. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator thats not cooling good in the RC but the FC seems fine and its making ice. I found the FC temp at 6 degrees and the RC temp at 55 degrees. I tested the thermistors and fan from the control and found the fan not running in the RC. I found frost build up at the bottom of the cover. I removed the cover and found the fan harness had come unclipped. I snapped it in and the fan turned on. I removed the frost from the evaporator and reassembled. I tested the unit again and all functions are working as designed. I explained to the customer that I must had not gotten the molex connector completely seated when I was here on the prior visit. I showed her what to look for and asked to monitor it again for a week. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found both compartments room temp. I placed my gauges on the high and low side connections and tested the unit in diagnostics test 4. The unit equalized at approximately 30/30psi. In steps 3-5 the Low side was in a vacuum and the High side ranged from 180-220psi. I checked both evaporators and neither had a frost pattern. I checked for any leaks (dye) and found none. Pulled the unit out and inspected the sealed system that was previously completed and found no signs of a leak. I isolated the system by sealing off both cap tubes and brazing an access valve on the left suction line and pumped the system with approximately 130psi of Nitrogen and checked for leaks using my liquid leak detector. I checked both evaporators and all joints and all joints on the new sealed system repair and found no signs of a leak. With no signs on the outer side of the unit, my findings direct me to a leak in the cabinet as my gauges began to slowly drop after pumping the nitrogen into the system. I made contact with in house tech support and advised of my findings and they will contact the manufacturer next business day to discuss the next step for this unit. Unit left as is and placed back in its space. I advised the customer of my findings and advised that so,wine from the manufacturer and our office would contact them tomorrow with an update. Unit left unplugged and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for a washer that is making a loud noise. The customer had a video and it sounded like plastic grinding when the machine was agitating. I inspected the bottom of the machine and found the cam nut had backed off and the pulley rubbed thru part of the pulley shield. I tightened the cam nut and broke off the parts of the shield that were broken. I tested the machine and it is working as designed and not making noise at this time. There was no oil coming from the gearcase at this time. The shield and cam both need to be replaced. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they performed a cleaning cycle on the lower oven and afterwards the unit failed to heat. Using my multimeter, I tested temps in the lower oven and found the unit does not heat on bake or broil. The upper oven was warm as the customer had just used it. I pulled the unit out and tested the thermostat and found it open. I removed and replaced the thermostat and tested voltage to the bake element and found the element not getting voltage. I removed and replaced the lower oven control and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

She stated product froze in the RC and frost is building up on product in the FC and stuff thaws out in the FC then refreezes. I tested temps when the compressor turned off and had 37degrees in the RC and 0 degrees in the FC. I explained to the customer to not push product back past the shelves and against the liner in the RC because it can obstruct air flow and trap cold air causing product to freeze. I also explained to keep the vents clear. I found the freezer door closures not closing the door correctly causing a frost issue in the FC. The brackets will need to be replaced. Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed. Removed drier and isolated high and low side. Ran nitrogen through system and found low side(cap tube) drier spitting. Removed evap and and found evap was full of refrigerant after charging system with nitrogen. Replaced evap and ran nitrogen through system found same restriction present on low side from cap tube entering drier. Cut 2 off and put new drier. Vacuumed system and found no improvement with frost pattern on evap(nothing beyond top two coils) after 1hr of running. Called Techline and replaced drier again per recommendations. Ran nitrogen and same spitting happening .obvious restriction within cabinet. Advised customer to contact whirlpool as not confident no further repairs would correct issue. Job complete .

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not making ordispensing ice. Checked door harness and found broken wire in the door harness. After further testing I found no resistance through harness to pump and found harness wires broken from pump. Drain motor ohmed at 20.1ohms directly. Replaced harness then tested unit. Found washer working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is making loud noises. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advise that it sounds like the unit is being around during each and every cycle. Around the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. Ran limit through a diagnostic test and found when the unit was spinning, the drain hose off the back of the unit was banging against the wall and the cabinet. Used a zip tie to secure the drain hose and found the unit completely operational and functional."

Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. On inspection found that the cam was lose and the belt was spinning on the pulley. Replaced the cam and belt. Tested the unit in diagnostics mode and the unit had no issues. Sure that the real test will be when the washer is loaded. No water detected during service.

Arrived on site to install parts ordered. Installed new control and UI and tested. Washer is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was error code F8E4. Ran diagnostics and did find that code stored. I ran a diagnostics cycle and unit is operating as designed. Unit had lots of suds while running in diagnostics. I advised the customer to run a cycle with no detergent added and to try and get rid of the suds. No leaks where observed during service."

"John site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran unit through diagnostics and found an F7E1 (motor unable to reach target rpm) error code. I tested the unit and a high speed spin and heard the motor turning without the basket. Checked underneath the washer and found some thing had punctured the shield, causing the motor to grind and lose the piece that holds the belt. Down the belt and cam completely worn down. Ordering all pertinent parts and I am rescheduling the customer to 8/8. ; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 WPW10006384 (Belt) and 1 W11409708 (Shield) and 1 W11026785 (Motor)"

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was the ui not responding. They cycled the power and then they where able to make it start working again. I entered diagnostics and retrieved error codes F6E3 F6E2 F2E1. Im ordering a new UI to fix the issue. Office to schedule when parts have arrived. No leaks where observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11115285 (UI)"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Found water sitting at the bottom of the unit. Checked the drain pump for resistance and found proper resistance at the drain pump. Checked resistance from the control to the drain pump and found open. Went ahead and replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for fridge leaking . Found leaking from filter head . Filter wasnt fully inserted in head . Instructed on filter replacement . Customer is still having issues with vibration noise . "Arrived on site for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the ice bin chute and the dispenser door. Tested the unit, it dispensed ice and water. Told the customer to call if there was in other issues. No water detected during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling, tested unit found both compartments in room temperature, frost on evaporator, removed compressor cover and found compressor running extremely hot, unit has a failed sealed system, will need to replace compressor, access valve, dye drier and potentially evaporator and pre cooler if leaks are found in there ordering all necessary parts for repair office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 W11644054 (Pre cooler) and 1 W11546692 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (Dye drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen) and 1 R600 (R600)"

Arrived on site to diagnose oven that inspector said was too hot. Performed a calibration on the unit and found it averaging at 343 degrees. Customer did not want to adjust calibration at this time. Advised on proper way to measure temps. Unit working as designed. Repair completed.
