"Arrived on site to refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, customer Ernst the unit is making a popping noise and provided a video of the noise. They advised the noise is coming from the back of the unit. I listened for the noise as the customer advised that the unit is making the noise but not as loud. I could hear a faint tapping/popping noise. I pulled the unit out a little ways from the wall and found the warning label on the power cord tapping up against the back of the unit and the wall while the condenser fan is on. When the fan is off, it stops. I was able to adjust the cord to where the label didn’t move. Also found the unit not level and I leveled it. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No repairs to be made at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dryer taking long to dry and lent catcher not collecting lent. Upon inspection I found good air flow going to the lent catch. I turned the unit on and it’s heating. I also heard what sounded like sloshing in the vent hose. I removed the vent hose and found the vent hose was full of water and lent. I emptied the vent hose and inspected the inlet tube for the hose. There is heavy moisture going all the way up the vent tube indicating a obstruction somewhere along the line. Will need a vent cleaning. Advised customer of my findings. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher that is leaking underneath. Inspected unit and work area. Checked water line connections and found all to be secure. Found drain hose to run down hill to the bottom of the cabinet, run across two other cabinets and then go uphill to the top of the garbage disposal. Ran unit to service diagnostics and was unable to replicate the issue during the fill, recirculating pump, drain pump, or fan. Customer advised this issue has been inconsistent. I called GE tech line and spoke to Tyler SR# 03990127. He advised that with the drain hose issue, that if the incoming water is not hot enough, the unit will drain and refill. He said with the incline of the drain hose to the sink, it would siphon back into the dishwasher and cause it to overflow. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to possibly replace sealed system components. I tested the temps and found the RC at 37 degrees and the FC at 2 degrees with the sealed system components all working. I inspected the evaporator and found a massive ice build up from the top of the evaporator to the ceiling of the FC and from the right side over to the right side of the evaporator fan but the frost pattern on the evaporator looked good. I removed the ice and tested the unit. The unit worked as designed and had a great frost pattern. I found a warm air leak coming from the liner where the refrigerant lines come thru to the evaporator. The leak needed to be sealed.I sealed the liner with factory approved sealant. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=34 degrees & RC=55 degrees. Removed the FC evap cover and found a large block of ic Erin the upper right corner of the evaporator. I pulled the unit out from the wall and found the back cover had been removed and screws missing. I found an access valve on the compressor, which indicates there has been a sealed system repair completed on this unit(photos). I contacted the office (MS) and advised of my findings. No record was found of our company or any other company doing ant repairs to this unit. I am ordering a sealed system repair on consisting of the compressor, dye drier, access valve, evaporator, CNOTE-2HR JOB.. I removed the ice from the evap using my steamer. Removed the evap cover and found no frost pattern due to unit just going into defrost mode. Once the compressor came back on, I monitored the evaporator and after approximately 20-25 minutes, there was still no frost pattern but there was frost building up in the upper right corner showing signs of a possible restriction. I pulled the unit from the wall and checked amp reading to the compressor and got 85amps. "Arrived on site for washer that is intermittently tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that 50% of the time the unit does not trip the breaker but the other 50% it will trip the breaker halfway through the cycle. Placed unit and service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran unit through an auto test and unit ran as designed without tripping the breaker. Placed unit in a high speed spin test for over a minute and unit ran as designed. I called Techline and spoke to Austin Sr# 7728133632. He advised that if the issue was inconsistent and we were able to run everything through diagnostics, there is not a short in the system because it would do it every single time. He advised the issue is something electrical going to the unit whether it was on a GFI or AFI breaker or the customer has a weak breaker. He advised me to have the customer have an electrician out to fix their electrical and make no repairs. Call complete."
