The customer had also pointed out a leak at the top of the refrigerator. Upon further inspection I found a pin hole in the water tube. I am ordering the tube and the filter head for the repair. Utilized a thermalcouple and measure temperature swings in oven. Verified proper preheat time and temp, reaching 350 preheat. Measured cycle temps and found an average of 350. Upper temps reached 405, with lower reaching 295 at the lowest. These units have fairly long cycle times, and when temp is measured via an IR thermometer, it may be at a low point during the heating cycles. I gained access to the door switch and ohmd it out. I found it working as designed. I then tried to run a test cycle and found nothing activating. It took me several power cycles to finally get the test cycle to start. During the cycle I found the control sending voltage to each load for a split second and then shutting off. I found the control to be bad and needing to be replaced.Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that customer says has had 2 occurrences of temperatures increasing in the freezer. On arrival I checked temperatures and found the RC at 38, and the FC at 2 and dropping. I asked the customer if they had power outages often, and they do have some surges and outages at times with the neighborhood being under construction. Advised to get a surge protector for unit to protect the electronics. I checked the contents of fridge and FC and advised customer to clear the airflow channels in the RC to make sure air can circulate, as most shelves were blocked. This would result in the unit working harder to cool the RC. Clearing airflow channels and reducing the number of times in the FC should resolve any temperature concerns. Unit is working as designed. Arrived on job for complaints of ice behind crisper drawer. Removed ice and found thermistor not allowing proper defrost.

"Arrived on site for freezer not cooling. I inspected the unit and water area. I found the unit at -3 degrees. The customer stated itll fluctuate between -9 and 30 degrees. I gained access to the evaporator. I tested the evap thermistor and found it reading 9k ohms, I did a surface temp test on the thermistor and found it around 35 degrees. I found it receiving 5 vdc. I tested the cavity thermistor, I found I removed the thermistor from the freezer and found its surface temperature around 65 degrees I found it homing out at 3.5 kohms and receiving 5 vdc. The unit went through a defrost while I was there. I gained access to the compressor and found equalized pressures at 50 psi. Once the compressor came on I found the unit at 0 low and 135 high. After a few minuets the low side dropped to 20 inch vacuum and fluctuated. I removed the dryer and flushed the system. I installed a new dryer and ran a vacuum for 20 minuets. I put a measured charge into the system. I found pressure stabilizing. I found pressures building to 0 low and 115 high. I let the unit run for 20 minuets and found pressures holding and stable. I spoke to the customer about mo into ring the unit over the next 48 hours and if the problem is still present we will need to order the control for the unit. The office will reschedule when we have the door gasket. ; O-emld tckt"

Looked at the unit from the back and saw that the water line that goes to the ice maker in the freezer was damaged. Replaced line. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time.

Arrived on job for complaints of no display. Found 120vac supply but nothing no display or oven lights. Will need control to complete. ; saved tckt

Arrived on site for washing machine showing error code f9e1 long drain. I inspected Ted the unit and work area. I found the unit full of water. I put the unit into diagnostics and code error code f9e1. I activated the drain pump and found it not coming on. I gained access to the drain pump and found it had been disconnected because the connector housing fell off. I reattached the housing and reconnected the drain pump. I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle and it is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking. Upon inspection found frozen drain tube. Cleared ice from freezer base and accessed draining pan. Cleared line and found debris in tube trap. Cleared tube and tested. Unit is functioning properly.
