Arrived onsite for washer not filling up enough. Upon inspection of the diagnostics tables I found no error codes stored in the unit. I ran auto and manual diagnostics cycles and all functions are working as designed. The customer still had concerns so we added some towels to the unit and ran a normal cycle on deep water wash. Once the unit stopped filling I found the water level well past the half way mark and all items completely submerged in water. I advised the customer if my findings. No leaks detected during time of service. I called techline to report the situation SR#7731696427 Job complete.

Arrived onsite for range with burners not staying hot. Upon inspection I found 2 of the burners buttons would intermittently get stuck in the down position causing the temp limiters to not cycle correctly. I verified good voltage at the terminal block while all cooktop burners were engaged as well as the bake element in the oven. I replaced the 2 faulty burners and tested. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer not spinning clothes out correctly. Upon inspection I found F7E6 error stored in the system. I cleared the code and tiled the unit to inspect the drive. I found the shift actuator had come disconnected from the cam or had slipped out of place. I replaced the actuator and tested the unit. The customer had concerns of a clicking noise but I could not recreate after replacing the part. The unit is now working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s frosting and not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does cool but that she?s getting condensation up near her door switch up at the front top center of her refrigerator. She also advised that her door seemingly pushes itself open when she drives her car up next to it or closes the garage door as if the seal is not strong enough to deal with any airflow movement. Checked the door seal and found the door is still out of place and re-attached the door seal. I did notice that her toe kick plate was pushing against her door not sitting away from the actual door like the freezer was (separate unit). I called whirlpool Techline in spoke to Austin SR# 7731696503. We cleared the ice from the evaporator. We installed the drip pan kit. We installed the shims into the drip pan to prevent it from warping. We used silicone to seal the evaporator housing and cover. Arrived on site for a washing machine that wall drain. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint in service diagnostics and checked underneath the unit. Arrived on site for washer not filling after previously repaired. Upon arrival found F8e1 long/no fill error. Upon further inspection I found a lot of corrosion around ACU connector to inlet valve. I called whirlpool techline and spoke with Ed Sr#7731689870. Was instructed after doing visual and resistance tests to replace ACU. After repairs I showed customer that washer was filling and cycling as designed. No leaks during repairs. Call complete.

Arrived on site for icemaker leaking into bucket. Upon arrival customer pointed out to me that whenever the icemaker is filling after a few seconds he would notice water dripping near the front of the icemaker around the motor and tray. I was able to confirm the complaint after running a harvest cycle and found that the tray with the ice is formed is separating from the motor itself and could not be repaired , replacement of ice maker. After I reassembled unit I thoroughly tested ice maker and found it no longer leaking. Call complete

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is pausing itself at the beginning of the cycle. She advised that it will lock and then unlock and then start flashing at her like there?s an issue and sometimes she can press start and I will continue or otherwise it will be pet her and she can?t do anything until she powers the unit off. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) and F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error codes. Tested the lid lock assembly numerous times and it only faulted one time. Tested the unit several times by starting cycles and was able to replicate the issue.. Ran through diagnostics again and found that F5 E1 error code. Replaced the latch assembly and tested the unit. I replaced ACU and found unit heating but sensor wasnt changing resistance in accordance to the temp changes. "Onsite for dryer taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Unit is located in an apartment. Found unit is heating and all fuses/thermostats within spec. Heating element 9.8ohms. Used vent tester to determine airflow-results came back poor for electric dryers (pic in SDQP). Also, checked blower housing and vent hose. Found no blockages or excessive lint build up. Also, advised customer to purchase a new vent hose that is more heavy duty and less flexible to shorten the hose distance allowing better airflow. Unit functioning as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that won?t spin out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does not get past the wash cycle and will stop before it goes into a rinse or drain and spin. Placed the unit and service diagnostics and found an F7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm), and F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error codes. Around the unit through a manual spin speed test and that unit spun for about 45 seconds before quitting. Went through stored error codes again and found that the motor was unable to reach the target RPM. Went through the tech sheet and tested resistance and voltage through the shifter and the motor. The motor ohm?d out 5.7 k ohms on both windings. Checked voltage going to individual components and found proper voltage. Was unable to check continuity between the harness due to the unit being an entertainment center and the control being up at the top of the dryer. He had me doing several voltage jacks through the wire harness and concluded that the issue is with the neutral wire coming from the motor and that that was probably our issue all along. "Arrived on site for LOUD BUZZING.THIS IS HOW IT STARTED LAST TIME. ICEMAKER NOT PRODUCING. LIGHTS STILL WORKING. We checked temps in freezer and found them abnormal. We gained access to the back of the unit to do a amp draw test at complete and found normal amps there. We gained access to the control and tested voltage to the control. We then check continuity through defrost element at the connectors on the control board found no continuity. We then gained access to the FC evaporator and found it incased in ice after cleaning ice we tested the thermal fuses found them good. We performed a continuity test through the defrost element at the element itself and found good continuity there.

Found a commercial detergent dispenser that is not connected to washer. A hose was just shoved into rear panel and a zip tie was put there to hold it. Detergent in bottle does not say HE anywhere. "Arrived onsite and found refrigerator icemaker was slow to produce ice following a move with the refrigerator. Set up refrigerator for optimal performance and ran a short defrost to combat any build up in the freezer that may be contributing to an issue, however ice is good and full at time of service. Temps are consistent with normal use."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the FC=29 degrees. When I went to test temps in the RC section I found the evaporator engulfed in ice. I pulled the unit out and checked the drain tube and found it badly gapped (photo). I sealed the tube with silicone (photo), but found it badly warped and will need to be replaced. I advised the customer that they will need to pull the unit out and unplug it and place towels around the baseboards to protect from any leaking water. I am ordering he drain tube and will return with all prescreened parts. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11084807 (Drain tube) and 1 W11457241 (Drip pan kit)"

"Arrived on site to replaced the gear case and lid lock. We attempted to remove the gear case and found it seized into the basket. I am ordering a new tub and basket. I found cracks in the lid, I am also ordering a new lid. The office will reschedule when we have an eta on the parts.; ordrng 1 W11219115 (Tub) and 1 W10811960 (Basket) and 1 W11259006 (Lid)"

"Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the feed tube, manifold and upper spray arm. The unit is working as designed and no leaks detect during service. Job complete."
