Took temperatures and found freezer section at 20°F and refrigerator section at 52°F. Placed in in-service diagnostics and tested the thermistor, defrost bimetal/heater, and evaporator fan/damper door. All seemingly checked good. Removed evaporator cover and found frost buildup at the top and bottom of the evaporator with a full frost pattern. Spoke to SW and tested continuity through the heater. Found continuity. Tested voltage going to the heater and found 105.7 V going to the heater. I checked for potential air flow issues and found none. Open the back compressor cover and found no frost buildup on the return line going back to the compressor. Found condenser completely filled with lint. Was advised to replace the bimetal and advised customer about lint buildup on condenser. Replaced by metal and advise customer to completely defrost the unit before plug

In previous visits I found there has been constant airflow related issues. Leasing office told me vents have been blown out. On arrival performed diagnostics on unit and checked airflow. Unit is heating as designed. I removed the vent hose from the wall and verified we do have airflow coming out of the unit, but no airflow through the wall. I talked with maintenance and also with the manager of the property. I recommended they conTact dryer vent wizard for a professional vent cleaning as the issue is the same as before. Call complete."

I put the unit into diagnostics and found fault codes, F3E2 water temperature inlet fault, F8e1 long fill. I gained access to the inlet valve and replaced it with new. I ran the unit through a diagnostics cycle, and the unit operated as designed. The customer complained about a smell from the washer. The only thing I smelled was stagnant water. I fill the tube and drained it several times to remove the stagnant water. I advise that when the unit is not in use to leave the lid open to allow air flow so the sprayer doesnt stagnate. Job complete, no water leaks detected."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF535SWHZ02 Arrived onsite for refrigerator no cool in RC. Upon inspection and speaking with customer I found that the unit has begun cooling as designed since they called. I found some frost build up on the evaporator cover so I attempted to put the unit into forced defrost through the troubleshooting guide. I could not hear the heater turn on to defrost. I also found the control UI was not responding to temperature up and down increments. I accessed and replaced the UI control. The buttons are now working as designed but when I attempted to put the unit into defrost I still could not hear the heater turn on and start melting ice. I am ordering Heater (WP12729123) harness (W11131391) and returning with thermistors. ; ordrng 1 WP12729123 (heater)

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017HS3 "Arrived on site it to inspect microwave light burning out and unit not heating. Upon further inspection, customer advised that they had been replacing the venthood light several times and it continues to burn out. I found that the light bulb was the incorrect bulb. Customer ordered the correct bulb online. Also, they advised that the unit heats intermittently. I removed the unit from the wall and found that the damper was restricted by the vent sealing tape and the switches were bad. I removed and replaced both interlocks and when re-installing the vent cover, I made sure the damper was able to open and close. Once I had the unit back in its place, I retested the unit and it operated as designed. Job completed."
