Arrived onsite for range RF burner not igniting. Upon inspection I found the burner intermittently lighting. I found grease build up on the burner head. I cleaned off as much grease as I could but still got the intermittent lighting. I replaced the burner head (WPW10515455) and the RF burner now lights every time. Advised customer on techniques for cleaning the burner heads. Job complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator that had a icemaker that was intermittently working. Found that upon arrival icemaker had a full bucket of ice in it and within three minutes of my arrival the icemaker went into a harvest and then filled back up with water on its own automatically I checked Tips in the refrigerator and the freezer the freezer temp was at 1° and the refrigerator temp was at 37° the actual temperatures that were set in the programming were set at three for the freezer and 38 for the fridge so I set them to the factory settings at zero and 37. Oh I also ran the icemaker through a complete diagnostics check and everything came back passing there were no failures of any kind are in the process there also no water leaks of any kind and no ice blockages informed the customer that it would be best that if we are going to find a permanent solution and probably the icemaker that it we would need to come back when the icemaker is not working.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer with no power. Performed diagnostic and voltage tests. Checked unit starting at terminal block. Only found 120V at terminal block. Checked cable at wall and found L1 prong black and charred, with a Slight melting spot on the power cable. Checked outlet and found a short in the wall outlet that shorted and arched onto the dryer plug. Apartment complex will need to replace the outlet to resolve the issue. Advised customer to replace the power cable as well, since there was a slightly melted spot. Apartment complex will need to resolve outlet issue before we can diagnose if any further repair is needed.

I spoke to the customer about what the unit is doing and found out it is heating, and going through a full cycle just not cleaning everything. I inspected the filter and found the filter completely clogged with food debris. I cleaned the filter and ran the unit through diagnostics. The unit operated as designed. No water leaks detected. I spoke to the customer about using an old tooth brush to clean the filter out by scrubbing both inside and outside the filter. Job complete."
