Arrived on site for washer leaving soap and brown spots on clothes. Upon arrival I entered diagnostics and found no error codes and all components passed testing. I inspected the bottom of the unit for any failed parts and found no issues. I then removed the agitator and wash plate to find a lot of dirty build up from powder detergent. I cleaned the area of any build up and advised the customer to switch to a liquid detergent so that the unit will completely break it down during a wash cycle. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with a lot of moisture, upon arrival the customer explained that the issue is that there is mold caused by the vent not being sealed above the microwave, the customer also explained that the builder is replacing the cabinet due to the mold cause of the improper installation and replacing the microwave due to mold in the microwave. I found no issues with the vent or the operation of the microwave only that the vent above the microwave was not sealed properly. Job complete."

Arrived on site for unit that?s not draining properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the issue that he saw was with the wiring being cut. He advised that he put electrical tape over the wire connectors for the time being to allow his unit to work properly but he just wanted to have the wires reconnected and fixed properly. Confirmed the customers complaint and used wire connectors to properly secure the wires together. Tested the unit several times and now the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had another technician come out and advise that it was an issue with the hot water coming to the unit. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Test of the unit in manual cold and hot water valve I called and found the hot water not being drawn into the unit. Checked the water valve at the wall and found that it had been turned off. As soon as I turned it on, found water leaking from the water valve on the handle. I did advise the customer that their issue is with the unit not being able to fill with hot water and them using a cool washer cycle that will pull in hot water. The customer wanted us to test it in a normal cycle with his clothes. Tested the unit on a normal wash cycle with tap cold water. The unit began to run as designed. I did advise the customer that he could potentially try to use it on top call but could not verify whether it would still try to pull in hot water at various points. I called whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Kathy SR# 7731588467. She advised that the plumbing needed to be fixed prior to any further repairs made to the unit. She advised the hot water valve can always be energized depending on the wash temperature setting and incoming water temperature. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for unit humming. Upon arrival the unit was unplugged and locked. Upon plugging the unit in the drain pump began to hum loudly. I entered diagnostics and began to cycle through error codes finding f9e1 drain pump, F1e2 motor drive over voltage, F8e6 water hazard, F3e3 inlet water temperature. When I finished checking error codes I tried to activate the lid lock and the unit would not unlock. While attempting to unlock the unit the f9e1 error code returned and the unit was then stuck trying to cancel a cycle. Upon attempting to check voltage at the outlet with my multimeter the outlet blew out. I advised the customer to seek an electrician before continuing with the repair. The unit will need a new drain pump and I will also order a new control to be install on return visit just in case. The customer advised that they think the issue was that the unit was never switched over from natural gas to LP and wanted to figure out if there was any other issue with the unit since the builder had parts missing on the cooktop from the jump. Confirmed the customers complaint and found all burner flames extremely high. He advised to follow the conversion chart. Spoke to PR and was advised that a plumber would have to be the one to change it and convert this unit to propane gas. Gave the customer all pertinent information for the plumber to swap over from natural gas to LP on the orifices and the gas regulator. credit card. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making gurgling noise. Upon arrival the customer informed the that the installers layed the unit on its back before installing. I found the FC=-1 RC= 37 I ran diagnostics and all functions passed. I ran test 3 and 4 but could not recreate any abnormal noises. I explained my findings to the customer. I leveled the unit. The customer had concerns with the ice maker turning off on its own after installation. I turned the IM on and it harvested a batch. I also heard the IM fill. I asked the customer to monitor this to make sure it doesnt turn its self off. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

We may have to adjust the holes or pins in the kit to fit this door. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that?s flashing four times than three times. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complain and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. Found the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Tested the unit and a normal dishwasher cycle two other times and the unit filled and started washing as designed. The second wash around for over five minutes with no issues. Advise the customer to call back if he has any other problems. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Found the refrigerator section sitting at 35.7?F. The customer advised that the unit was hovering in the 30? area. She also advised that while the unit was freezing items, the icemaker was not working. Check the freezer section and found the freezer section sitting at 18?F. Did it temperature reading on the thermistors from the main control and found the refrigerator section reading 5.48 K ohms while my temperature probe read 39?F. I took a freezer there Mr. check and found the unit reading 13.14 k ohms in the freezer. I checked an amp draw on the compressor and found the compressor reading 1.17 A. Call Techline and spoke to Robert/Andy SR# 7731549899. He advised that the issue was with the thermistor based on the reading of the thermistor showing the unit at 47-48?F when the refrigerator was at 39?F. He did advise that there?s a known issue with freezing items in the refrigerator section on this unit. He did advise that engineering is updating software version on newer controls but that the software has not been fully updated and developed. He advised to replace the thermistor for now but if the issue comes back, we would need to wait for the main control to be released. Replaced the thermistor and tested the unit. The unit began to cool. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with frost building up on ice maker, water dispenser not working and missing shelving. Upon further inspection, I opened the FC door and found ice built up on the side of the ice maker housing and inside the FC section. When I closed the FC door I found the gasket with a gap and not sealing properly. I attempted to correct the gasket by heating it with my heat gun and reshaping it. Doing such failed and I found that the when the unit was filled with insulation, the center mullion was pushed out away from the top of the cabinet causing the door to not be able to close all the way. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a range with visibly missing parts. Upon arrival the customer stated the interior bulb cover was missing. I informed the customer that on this unit the bulb does not have a cover. I also referenced the part break down to confirm this. I found the unit as designed. I I iformed the customer on what a customer instruct entails. I let her know she has used hers today

"Arrived on site for fridge not making ice . Found unit is making ice but not dispensing it . Found auger motor is not rotating . Ordering coupler and motor . Please call customer No water leaks detected at time of service. ; ordrng 1 WPW10169511 (Coupler) and 1 W11310391 (Motor)"

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is leaking. Found suds leaking from air vent and small leak at door due to hair accumulation. Advised customer on findings and advised to clean washer every 30 loads with affresh washer cleaner. Also advised to keep inner glass on door as clean as possible. No further repairs needed and all is working properly at this time.

Arrived onsite for front panel having damage to unit. Looked at the unit and found damage to the panel. Replaced panel. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for the bottom start arm being melted. Looked at the spray arm and spray arm was melted. Replaced bottom spray arm. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for range cooktop not functioning. Upon inspection found all burners to be functioning as designed. All are cycling heat with temperature setting. Customer is not satisfied with cooktop performance when cooking. Unit is functioning as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site for a defective led module. Replaced fresh food led module power cycled unit led working as designed .

"Arrived on site for washer not spinning out. I put the unit into diagnostics and found fault code f7e6 motor fault. I put the unit through a high speed spin a heavy agitation cycle. I found the unit weak to agitate and spin. I tested the winding to the motor and found them within range from the control. I am ordering a capacitor to complete the repair, and returning with the control, motor, and actuator just Incase. .; ordrng 1 W11124710 (Control) and 1 W11158830 (Capacitor) and 1 W10890624 (Motor) and 1 W10913953 (Actuator)"

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not draining properly. Found multiple obstructions in drain lines and pump not able to fully open check valve. Replaced pump and both lines and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the main control and tested the unit. The lights came on. The compressor and fans also came on. The unit is working as designed at this time.

Arrived onsite for unit frosting the food in the freezer. Found tracks sticking open. Replaced tracks. Unit is now closing as designed.

"Arrived on site for loud noise in freezer area, and not cooling in refrigerator properly. Removed evaporator cover and found harness sticker tag had fallen into the fan blade causing the noise. Repositioned the harness sticker tag and reassembled the evaporator cover. Plugged fridge back in and noise is gone. Fridge cooling as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for NOT DISPENSING ICE OR WATER FROM THE DOOR--NOT EVEN MAKING ICE EITHER--VALVE WAS REPLACED AND THE FILTER AND STILL NOTHING--UNIT STILL COOLING AND FREEZING OK IN BOTH COMPARTMENTS. When pressing the water dispenser pad you can hear the valve actuate, but no water comes out. Inspected the water filter and gaskets / o-rings looked good. Removed filter and tried to dispense water without filter. Still no water. Customer provided a brand new filter. Still no water from dispenser. Removed water line from the valve and turned on water at the wall. Water is coming out fine from the water line with good pressure. Tested housing base and it is working as designed. Explained to customer based on items attempted and tested that the water line inside the cavity of fridge that sends water to the ice maker and water dispenser must be frozen over. Recommended they unplug the fridge for 24 hours and allow any frozen lines inside to thaw out then test the water dispenser again.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that is not cleaning dishes. Ran unit and found no water is entering the unit at all. Motor comes on, but valve never triggers. I checked under the unit and found both the drain pump and hose associates are leaking water consistently. Need to replace drain hose and pump, as well as inlet / flood switch, possibly control. Ordering drain pump to do all repairs at one time since unit is leaking. Office to schedule when all parts present. ; ordrng 1 WD19X25187 (Drain pump)"

Arrived onsite for the top right hand door having dent. Looked t the door and saw the dent. Replaced door. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was not starting or resetting cycles. Installed new control and retested unit. Found no change. Found console is the brain of this unit, and is not properly running the cycles.

Arrived on site for microwave light not working. I inspected the unit and work area. The customer provided a new bulb. I tested voltage to the socket and it didnt matter if I set it to high it low light I was showing 120 vac no matter what. I gained access to the microcomputer and found the relay for the vent hood light split. I replaced the microcomputer. I reassembled the unit and tested the vent hood light. It is now working as designed. And changing brightness depending on the setting. Job complete.
