Arrived onsite for dryer throwing F6E2 error and not operating. After arriving I confirmed the complaint. I was not able to access diagnostics from the console. I confirmed good voltage and polarity at the terminal block. I removed and replaced the console and main control. I tested the unit using the provided vent test kit. The test showed good airflow in the system. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for wall oven with convection fan issues. Upon arrival I found the issue to be the convection fan would pulse on and off while the door is closed. I accessed the main control and tested resistance of the fan. The fan showed 26ohms which is within range for the fan. I powered the unit on and monitored voltage to the van in convection bake. I found 124Vac to the fan while the door switch is depressed and voltage would drop out when the switch is released. I could not recreate any pulsating fan symptoms and voltage stayed consistent while I had the switch depressed.

"Arrived on site for a dryer not starting and with the check lint screen light not turning off. Upon arrival the lint screen light was off, but when trying to start a cycle nothing happened. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for restricted airflow and F4E4 for L2 voltage error. I cleared the error codes. I then found good voltage at the wall, terminal block, and going to the control. When I started a cycle I found no 240V going from K2 relay. I then gained access to the heating components. I found all thermostats and thermistors ohmd out good. I found the thermal fuse on the blower wheel assembly to be open and bad. (Left side fuse on assembly). "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival, the customer advised that the consortium was making a loud noise. As I was removing and replacing the compressor, the customer advised they had a video of the noise. They played the video and the noise played was the sound of an evaporator fan rubbing on ice or another object. I continued with replacing the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier. Vacuumed the system and pressures held. Installed 6oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Unit held pressures. I disassembled the RC section to find the RC evaporator motor harness thermistor was blackened and defective. Found water in the bottom of the RC section and cleared it out. Also found it positioned in the wrong place on the evaporator. I removed and replaced the motor harness and secured the thermistor to the suction line with foil tape and ziptie (photo). Also found the drip pan badly warped so I replaced it. While replacing the pan, I found ice behind the evap housing and removed it. I secured the evaporator to the back of the wall/housing with a clamp and ziptie. Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is beginning to cool as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. Recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine it?s still flashing an F2 E2 (HMI disconnected) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is only doing this sporadically but it?s still happening. He has hooked his washer up to the Wi-Fi to get updates and has done updates as necessary. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7729698101. He advised that based on the prior repairs and continued issues, he was submitting the unit to review.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling intermittently. Inspected unit and working area. The customer advised that sometimes the refrigerator isn?t even on when the unit isn?t at proper temperature. I did ask the customer if they?ve been hearing a clicking sound due to hearing the compressor clicking on and off. She did advise that the compressor is making a clicking sound. Replaced a start device with the truck start start device and tested unit. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a range that has multiple burners not working properly. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the far right in the far left infinite switch is not working properly. Replaced both and tested the unit. I did advise the customer that I would note the account but that the newly installed infinite switches were the correct subbed over parts. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a vent hood that doesn?t have power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the model and serial tag was wiped off during a cleaning done prior and can not be read. Checked voltage going to the vent heard and found no power. Checked the breaker box for any breakers that might?ve tripped and did not find any breakers in the off position. Flipped off and on all kitchen breakers as the vent hood is not marked. Checked voltage again and still found no voltage. Advise customer she would need to contact an electrician to resolve power supply issues. Call complete.

After replacement ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found the unit heating as designed as well visually confirmed the entire heating element glowing. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s flashing high temperatures in her refrigerator and freezer sections. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that initially she had an issue with frost buildup around her evaporator but after they got the high temperature code on the refrigerator and freezer, the unit defrosted itself and seem to be holding temperature. Confirmed customers complaint and took temperatures of her refrigerator and freezer section. Found the refrigerator at 36?F in the freezer at -2?F. Spoke to SW and we ran through diagnostics on the unit. All tests ran as designed. She informed me that per the text sheet, if there?s an issue with high temperatures in the refrigerator or freezer sections and that issue clears itself up, the customer is supposed to press and hold the alert reset button to clear the code for the unit to stop flashing the high temp error. Relay the info over to the customer and watch the unit for 15 minutes to ensure the error code did not come back. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on back on site for unit ,thats been worked on several times recently, not dispensing water from the door. Put the unit into diagnostics test mode test 46 and unit dispensed, but wouldnt work unless it was in diagnostics mode. Due to this, I Called Whirlpool Tech Line and spoke with AUSTIN SR#7731318100. I was told to change the UI because it contributes directly to this issue. After calling whirlpool and changing the UI the unit now dispenses as designed to customers satisfaction. JOB COMPLETE"

I ran the unit through a full diagnostics cycle and found all functions operating aside from a grinding noise coming from the unit during agitation. I checked the gearcase, clutch and slider and all appeared visibly undamaged indicating an internal gearcase failure. Arrived back on site for a recently serviced dishwasher. Customers complaint was the unit wasnt coming on. Confirmed the complaint and found the breaker panel is filled with GFCI and arch fault breakers. The one for the dishwasher was tripped and not providing power to the unit. (CH) Arrived on site to give second opinion on sealed system diagnosis. Upon arrival customer stated they heard a popping noise every few minutes. Gained access to the compressor and confirmed the sound was the start device shutting on and off. I ohmed out and took an amp raw on the compressor and everything checked within specifications. I replaced the start device and found no issues with the operation of the compressor. I let the unit run for about 20 minutes and found no issues while it was operating. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for Frig IM not making ice, Frig light dim and freezer LED light not working. Found freezer section had frost inside on top shelf / rack equivalent to door being left open for a period of time. This caused the door switch to become stuck in the off position not allowing it to switch open and turn on the light. Cleared away ice around switch and light lit up as designed. Inspected all four sides of freezer door gasket and all four sides are sealing and seated as designed when door is closed. Cleared ice off of rail to allow freezer door to open and close naturally. Found fridge led pack had one shorted led inside. Removed led pack and installed new led pack. All lights illuminating as designed. Removed ice maker and found fill tray frozen solid. Valve that supplies water to both water dispenser and ice maker is weeping water into the ice maker tray causing blocks of ice to form thus making the ice dispenser auger not turn as it should due to blocks of ice formed in ice tray. Same weeping valve is also leaking water underneath the ice bin causing blocks of ice. This makes it very difficult to remove the ice bin. Ordering valve W11043013 to return and complete the repair. NOTE: Call customer prior to arrival and ask that they remove all food items from the right side of the fridge to allow easy access to valve cover for valve replacement.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher throwing an F2E2 error code. Upon arrival the unit was throwing the code. Due to this the UI was unresponsive to anything. Cycling the power to the unit did not change anything. I gained access to the control and unplugged the UI from the control. I then plugged the unit back in and waited roughly 10 seconds. Once I closed the door the drain pump kicked on. This built in test per tech sheet indicates a faulty UI. I am ordering the UI and will return to install.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not completing cycles during autho sensing dry cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was eating even on air fluff. Tested the heater and found heater good. Replaced the cycling thermostat. Tested the unit again and found the unit cycling properly and not heating on air fluff but the timer still not advancing. Spoke to SW and ran a couple checks through the sensor and found the sensor working properly. Replace the timer and tested the unit. Still could not detect the timer advancing. Was advised again that there could be an issue with the moisture sensor and to replace that. Replaced the moisture sensor and test the unit again.The customer let the unit run for an hour and the unit still would not advance. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Sterling SR# 7731309114. He advised that I needed to check the yellow and red wires at the electronic control to chase ground. If I had an open line, the sensor is good. He then advised to check the orange and white to tan white for 120 V. Then check orange and white to black and white to see if I have 120 V. If I have 120 V at the orange and white to tan and white but don?t have 120 V from orange and white to black and white, the issue is with the control. If I have both at 120 V, the issue would be with the wiring harness. Arrived on site for range not allowing top burner functions to any burners. Upon arrival I verified complaint and found burners not working. Also inspected power from main controls to infinite switchs was fully present with 240v. Found after testing switchs that all 4 infinite switchs are burnt up and not allowing proper voltage readings. Also found all 4 burners and receptacles completely caked in grease and other debri. In order to complete repairs we will need new 4 new burners as well as all infinite switchs and possibly 4 receptacles. Opened the doors and shut the door and heard a gurgling noise coming from where the compressor and fan are. Noticed the fans were not running. Unplugged the unit for about a min. Plugged unit back in and had doors open to get some warm air in the unit for the fans and compressor kick on, after a few min, all fans and compressor was working. Opened the doors and tested the unit for the noise and noise didn?t return. Called tech line, said that there no service pointers for the current issue. Said there is nothing at this time to recommend since the unit is working as designed. Spoke with leon, got sr#7731304312"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the housing, bulb, harness, and control. The light on the unit is now working as designed. However, the turn table is now not rotating and the door seems to not be making proper contact with the interlocks. I am having to push up on the door some in order to start the unit. Upon further inspection I found the door to be sagging a little. I called techline and spoke to Austin and received SR# 7731301866. He recommended replacing the turn table motor, harness again, and to install a door bracket made to level the door. "Arrived on site for ice build up. Found moisture on upper section of freezer gasket that caused water to freezer on upper liner door,traced moisture to mullion heater,removed heater good voltage to mullion,ohmed mullion passed. Ran diagnostics adjusted mullion heater status to on."

Arrived onsite for popping noise. Identified normal gas exchange noises during first few minutes of compressor start up. Dampened with pads. Advised customer on repair. Advised customer on health of unit. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for unit leaking from the front of the door leaking. Tested the unit. Upon further inspection. Found that the dispenser drawer was leaking. Replaced dispenser drawer. Tested the unit. Uni tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for an oven that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does have power but is unresponsive to touch on the control panel. Confirmed customers complaint and ask the customer to turn on power. The customer did not know where her breaker was for her oven. Went outside and found the breaker box. I power cycled the unit and the unit began working as designed. I asked the customer if they were hooked up to Wi-Fi and she advised that they were not. Attempted to cook the customer up to Wi-Fi myself but her Appliance was not connecting to the Wi-Fi. Gave her the Whirlpool Wi-Fi service number and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with door not engaging switch properly. Provided door shim to correct switch contact for proper switch engagement. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for JUST STOPPED MID CYCLE. RESET THE BREAKER BUT STILL NO LIGHTS OR ACTION. Found UI had no lights when pressing options. Unplugged dishwasher and inspected junction box and found neutral wire not seated inside wire nut. Removed wire nut from hard wire and used wire nut to connect wires properly. Dishwasher came on. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics and completed all cycles as designed. Element heating as designed. No leaks detected.

"Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found homeowner feels middle door rails are difficult to open. Replaced both rails and force required to open drawer is better but new rails are also warm. If after rails cool to refrigerator temp they are the same as the original and this would be considered normal and no other adjustments can be made, I also stepped through all possible noises in the diagnostic cycle and everything sounds fine. Described different noises and compressor start up maybe with a customer is hearing, job complete"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking out of the front. I installed the clear door and then ran a test cycle on the unit. I found the lower spray arm not rotating, causing the water to build up and leak from the front of the unit. Per tech sheet I ohmd out the fuses and triacs at the control. I found them under 3 ohms. Per tech sheet this indicated a good control and a bad motor not allowing the arm to turn. I installed the sump and motor and then tested the unit with the clear door again. The same issue occurred. Due to this I am ordering the control and the lower spray arm to be installed. We will bring back the clear door in order to verify repair. "Arrived on site and inspected washer/dryer commercial combo and found control board is intermittently not working properly. order W11040838,

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and cancelled diagnostics and turned the drain pump on and could hear the motor but the remaining water in the sump would not drain. I pulled the unit out and removed the drain pump and found the chopper had broken off and got wedged in the empellars. I advised the customer of my findings and replaced the drain pump and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install blower fan to resolve lower cooling fan speed error. Installed left fan, for lower oven. Retested and verified there are no remaining fan errors.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is leaking. Found water line to primary valve cut at 45 angle causing leak at valve. Cut line end at 90 to ensure proper seal in Geddes fitting. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found after service was performed.

Arrived on site to replace sump and motor. Replaced part test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting water; not dissolving the detergent and shutting down during cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I retested 2 more times and it continued to operate as designed. I found some grease like substance on the motor. I contacted Frigidaire techline and advised of my findings. They advised that since the problem cant be duplicated, theres no repairs to be made. I mentioned the grease on the motor and was advised that the motor could potentially be going bad, but dont know for sure unless it goes bad while testing.No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing dishes. Upon inspection I found the motor barely pushing water and the top spray arm is not operating. I found the heating element is not engaging as designed and I can see white residue built up on the element. I accessed and replaced the motor assembly as well as the heating element. I tested the unit and it is now washing and working as designed with no leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.
