Found center trim piece between freezer unit and refrigerator unit was preventing refrigerator door from closing properly causing gap and air leak. When leveled unit for trim piece to sit correctly unit was noticeably leaning in comparison to cabinets. Advised customer floor is uneven causing issues. Advised customer trim piece needs to be removed in order for door to seal properly and to look cosmetically flush with cabinets. Customer agreed. Removed center trim piece leveled unit to cabinets, tested unit, gap is no longer present. Door seal is now sealing as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator loaning cool and not making ice. Upon inspection I found that all functions and thermistors passed in diagnostics. I found the compressor pulling 1.8 amps while running. I accessed the FC evaporator and found no frost pattern. I let the unit run for atleast 20 mins but no frost for,Ed one other evaporator. I found the drain pan warped. I found the RC evaporator was after market indicating it had been replaced before. As per CS the unit would need a sealed system repair and possibly need diagnosis for defrost issue.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator making loud noise and having frost build up. Upon rival customer stated that the unit had gotten frost build up and made the noise recently, but they thawed out the unit and the noise stopped. They also stated that it started a few weeks ago, and recently the lights started having issues. Indicating this may have started during winter storm and rolling power outages. The unit is now beginning to frost back up again. I checked temps in the FC and found them at 42?F when set at 37?F. The FC was at -1?F when set at 0?F. I found the evap fans working as designed and the thermistors on diagnostics reading fine. I found the damper not opening or closing properly. I gained access to the HV control and tested voltage at control P2 2-5 for the damper when activating it in service diagnostics and found only 66VAC when it was supposed to open and when it was supposed to close it went to 0VAC. I also tested the voltage at the control P5 1-2 for the RC thermistor and found it at 1VDC. This is indicating a faulty HV control. .; ordrng 1 W10695459 (FC Module)"

"Arrived on site for dishwasher getting into the middle of the cycle and the stopping. Upon arrival customer stated that it would fill and then stop. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F4E3 for wash motor not running, F7E1 for no heat, F3E3 for failed calibration, and F5E1 for door switch stuck. I ran a diagnostics mode and found the unit would fill properly and the motor would hum but it sounded as if it was struggling and would skip around then stop. This dispenser opened. I measure amp draw for heater and found it working and at the end the unit drained as designed. I checked voltage at the motor during another test cycle and found the voltage to low and chattering. I then checked voltage at the wall and control and both have proper voltage. This indicates a bad control. I replaced the control and put unit into diagnostics mode and through as designed with no errors. Unit is now working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator cleaning previously diagnosed sealed system upon arrival I was able to recover the current Freon uninstall the compressor reinstall a new compressor UV dryer and access valve high then vacuumed out the system for 20 minutes and make sure that the pressure did not have any leak and stayed with the vacuum for another 15 minutes. I then charge the unit with 5 ounces of Freon as recommended by model tag at this point I inform the customer will take 24 hours to fully cool the temperature is down where they need to be call complete. Arrived on site for a dishwasher not washing properly. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E1 for low or no water. I then ran a test cycle and the unit did not fill with enough water. I found 120V going to full valve and found the water pressure at wall extremely high. I found a bad valve I installed a new valve and filled the unit several times. Unit is now filling properly.. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for washer not finishing cycle and leaking from the bottom. Upon inspection I found the cold side of the inlet valve was cracked and leaking. I explained that this can cause the unit to stop mid cycle if there is not enough water entering the unit. I replaced the valve and tested function through auto diagnostics. All tests passed. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not powering on and not operating. Upon inspection I found the unit dead with standing water. I accessed the junction box and verified voltage to the unit. I removed the door panel and verified voltage going up to the control. I inspected the harness for any shorts or burns but found none. I found the main control was not sending voltage to the console. I replaced the main control and console and was able to test the unit through diagnostics . The unit is now working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer not draining. I found the washer drained. I ran the drain pump in manual diagnostics and found it working. I found no stored error codes in the control. I ran auto diagnostics and the units completed the cycle and worked as designed. I questioned the customer about it not draining and ms stated she thought it wasnt draining because it has a rotten egg smell. I found the smell coming from the house drain pipe and went over that and explained that hot water heater diodes can also cause the smell they were experiencing.
