"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with no power. Upon further inspection, I found the unit plugged in. I checked the harness at the junction box and found the harness wires in. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. When the unit began to dispense water into the tub, I moved the harness at the junction box and the unit shut off. I found the harness was not wired good and the white harness came apart. I re-wired the unit and retested and the unit is operating as designed. Found that items freezing were placed in front of the air diffuser door, and being frozen by freezer air coming in to cool the RC. Advised customer that they need to move items away from the diffuser vent, as there is nothing that can be done to stop airflow since that is the cooling source. For the warm water issue, showed customer that there isn’t a reservoir on this unit. The cold water is held in a coil of tubes that does not hold much cool water, and that is working as designed. "Arrived on site for washer that would not turn on and door was locked. Upon further inspection found that the drain pump has stopped working causing the machine not to drain and not allowing it to cycle through any wash cycles. Also found at the door latch was having an issue opening and closing and we need to be replaced (F9e1: long drain, f0e1: load detect during clean cycle, f5e2: door lock error, f3e1: water lvl sensor error).

"Arrived to inspect water dripping from underneath the unit.Checked the newly installed valve and found it to be working properly without leaks.Saw the drain pan was completely dry and had cobwebs in it.Opened the freezer and observed a massive ice buildup underneath the basket at the floor or the freezer.Broke up the block of ice, and determined the unit was leaking into the freezer compartment due to a blocked drain tube.Customer ok’d the repair.Used my steamer to defrost the drain pan and made sure all ice was cleared from the drain.Reassembled and unit tested as designed.1All water lines were dry at the time of service.Customer satisfied.Job complete"

Used metal foil tape to create spacers/shims to keep it from rattling.
