"Arrived on site to inspect no cool refrigerator. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. I plugged the unit in and could hear the start device popping. I pulled the unit on using my floor protector and tested amp draw at the compressor. I found it showing 4.81amps. Removed the start device and installed a tester device and nothing changed. The compressor and start device both were extremely hot. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering a sealed system repair consisting of the compressor, access valve, drier, evaporator, CNOTE-2HR JOB AND CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION. Unit was left unplugged for safety. Upon inspection I found that when either pad was pushed I got no response from the ice motor to dispense and no sound from the water valve. I replaced the control to try to remedy this. The issue still remained. I removed the ice bin and the motor worked. I found some of the ice in the back of then bin had formed into a block. I dumped the ice and replaced the bin. The ice motor worked as designed and the water dispenser also works now. Job complete.

Arrived for microwave intermittently not functioning when door is opened or closed. Upon arrival I tested unit to verify if it still heated and unit functioned well. I did find that the inner door switchÂ’s were not always connecting internally and allowing the main control to read that the door was opened. After installing the door switchÂ’s I found unit no longer heated. We will need to order a new main control as well as ui panel. Due the heat from range underneath unit it has caused some of the plastic mounting brackets on ui panel to break not allowing for it to mount correctly to unit. The fuse on the noise filter also blow during repair and needs to be replaced. The main control is still not constantly registering the door is shut and will need to be replaced. I found compressor oil all in the bottom pan and under the compressor from the broken capped off line coming out of the service port on the compressor. I cleaned all of the oil up and replaced the compressor. I installed a UV drier and low side service tap on the compressor. I vacuumed the system and it held a 30psi vacuum. I charged the system ozÂ’s of R134A. I found both the high and low side equalizing at 58psi. I tested the unit and both the high and low side went to 20psi and the compressor sounded like it was in a bind when it reached these pressures. I tried to remove the refrigerant but the complete charge would not come out. I tried isolating the condenser and yoder loop but while unsoldering the high side line at the compressor I found the remaining charge coming out. "Arrived on site for oven not working properly. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the oven not installed properly. The oven is not sitting on a shelf and is resting on the front edge of the cabinet leaning backwards putting undue stress on the console. The home builder is going to need to come out and fix the cabinet for the double oven if any more repairs are going to be needed. I found fault codes and symptoms for a failed UI, and the unit not being updated properly. I replaced the UI. The customer will have to call the WiFi team(1-866-333-4591) to setup the WiFi and whirlpool app, and ensure all controls are running on the same software version. Job complete."

I removed and replaced the ice maker/fill tube kit, hv control, drain tube and placed permagum around the fill tube at the back of the unit. Also used silicone to seal gaps around the drain tube. Tested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice and slow water dispensing. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and water dispensed as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 120. The ice maker failed. I tested the fill tube in test 97 and the valve was humming but no water was coming out. I disconnected the fill tube at the top hinge and tested again and water dispensed. I am ordering the fill tube assembly, CNOTE-LSO FOR TRAINING and will return with all screened parts. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11223012 (tube-water)"
