Upon arrival I checked units error code section of diagnostics and found no codes present indicating any hardware/software failures. I ran a manual and automatic tests on unit and still no signs of issues occurred. I then ran a quick wash and was eventually able to verify that the main control at random points in cycle would flicker and caused a miscommunication issue. I replaced main control and reset unit to its factory setting. Unit now working as designed no leaks before during or after repair. Call complete.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS970CIDM00 Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly on the freezer section upon arrival I took tips of the freezer and found that it was sitting around 2.4° and I checked the frost pattern of the freezer and found that the frost pattern was perfectly even it was not too thick or too thin. The fresh fruit side was also registering right at 37° indicating that it was also OK and I did not see any unusual for us patterns in that side as well. I ran multiple diagnostic test on the freezer and refrigerator thermistors and could never get them to fail. I did fine however that the unit was set to an adaptive cool setting and found that occasionally the defrost heater was being turned on prematurely I went ahead and replace the main control you why in order to prevent the unit from going to defrost too soon and I also set the new UI to a standard eight hour defrost to ensure that the units cycles properly through its cooling in defrost mode. As well as not syncing with touch and the microwave timer starting on its own. Upon inspection I found stored error codes for low fan speed and microwave relay. In diagnostics I went through the component activation and I found that when I tried to activate the microwave light it would turn on the fan. On fan activation in high speed the fan sounded whirling and not consistent. I also noticed the right side interlock felt very weak when closing the door. I was able to recreate the touch syncing issue as well. After further inspection of the area of concern, I was able to determine that the the discoloring on heating elements ventilation mounting box was was from the normal wear and tear of heat damage that is release from element and passes through vent holes in box and into the drum of unit itself. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRMF706ESS01 Arrived onsite for refrigerator with no cool in both sections. Upon inspection I found the compressor on when I arrived. I tested amp draw on the compressor and it tested good . I went to test 4 in diagnostics and could not hear the 3 way valve change position. I tested the resistance at the valve coil and got a faulty reading on one of the pins. There is no frost pattern on the evaporators and none of the lines are cold. I am recommending a sealed system repair. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL KRMF706EBS01 Arrived on site for refrigerator making constant loud sound. Upon arrival customer stated unit had been plugged in that day since 9am (same day as service). I inspected the units 2 evap motor & coil areas as well as condenser fan/compressor area for any sign of non functionality. All hardware. Was running with no visual issues. I checked frost patterns and though little to no ice was on each coil after running most of the day I found that the low side return underneath unit connecting to compressor was condensation/freezing quicklyduring process. Sealed system has no access valves of any kind installed. Customer also mentioned unit was having a cooling issue in freezer when noises started. Freezer at 14 degrees upon arrival. Office to reschedule after TG contacts WP tech line on following morning for further instruct on symptoms of unit.
