Arrived on site for a washer MHW5630HW3 making noises. Found the model was wrong so i updated it. Inspected the unit and found the front left leg wasnt touching the floor so I leveled it. Also found the drain and water lines were banging in high spin. Pushed the washer back to pin the hoses down and the noise went away. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that was not washing dishes correctly. Started a diagnostic cycle and monitored the unit during operation. During the wash portion of the cycle, observed that water pressure inside the tub was weak and not circulating properly. Removed the lower rack and spray arm area for further inspection. Found a section of internal tubing broken, which was causing water to spray off to the side instead of being directed through the wash system and spray arms. This issue prevents the dishwasher from properly distributing water throughout the tub, resulting in poor washing performance. Arrived on site to replace the fill valve and dispenser assembly per previous diagnosis. Shut off the water supply and disconnected power to the unit before beginning the repair. Arrived on site for a dryer, not starting not powering on. On arrival ,I saw an error code F2E1 stuck button on the screen . It wouldnt allow me to test unless I cleared the error code. After clearing the code, I tested the dryer, and it was getting too hot. Then, I tested the ventilation to the clients home with my vent tester and it was in terrible condition. I recommended the client get the dryer duct cleaned. The dryer is working as its designed with no parts installed.

Arrived on site for washing machine, making a loud noise during drain and spin. On arrival, confirmed failure and found rotor bolt had backed out and fallen out of place, causing rotor not to align with slider and leading the noise. Arrived on site to inspect dryer model NED4655EW1 not heating. Upon further inspection and verified no heating and ran an airflow test. The airflow test failed showing the vent is clogged. I gained access to the rear of the machine to access components. I found that the heating element was warped and overheated, causing the coil to break. All other components, checked good. I removed the heating element and vacuumed out the inside of the vent. I installed the new heating element and reassembled and informed the customer that they will need to have the vents cleaned out before the dryer can be operated. The dryer is now fixed. 279838

Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW5100HC2 noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. I noticed during the spin test, that the tub assembly was moving more than it should and making a squeaking noise; metal on metal. Once testing was completed, i pushed down on the tub assembly and when I released it, the assembly bounced back up with a lot of movement. I removed and replaced the suspension rods and tilted the unit back and inspected underneath. All of the components underneath the unit are in good operational condition. The customer advised the unit it is doing the same thing as a year ago, where it wont drain and wont do anything else. They said the unit did drain the water out eventually, but havent used it since. I ran the unit through diagnostics and confirmed the F9 E1 (long deain) error code. I tested the drain pump in diagnostics and was able to get it to run. I shook the machine while it was draining and found it pulling on and off. I gained access underneath and found a wire split on the harness going to the drain pump. I replaced the wire harness W11643701 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the convection fan rattling during use, I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and removed and replaced the fan assembly and fan blades and tested. The unit is operating as designed. Due to the unit not sitting level, using the shims I ordered, I attempted to level the unit on the right side. However, due to a trim piece in between the countertop and unit, I am unable to raise the unit high enough on the right side without possibly causing damage to the trim piece. The left side does not need to be leveled as the unit is sitting flush with the trim on the left side and theres a small gap on the right. Once the unit is sitting level, the unit door should sit more flush on the right side. I demonstrated for the customer how the door will sit once the unit is level and explained that using a long 1/4 inch piece of trim or wood, that will sit under the front and back legs of the unit, should level the unit. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRT311FZDM02 not cooling. Upon further inspection, I found the FC section cold and the RC cool, but not to set temps. I gained access to the evaporator and found another ball of ice in the upper right corner of the cap tube/suction line area. I checked the system for any dye/leaks and found none. I evacuated the system and cleared it with nitrogen. I removed and replaced the evaporator and UV drier. I checked the system for leaks using my nitrogen at 250psi and liquid leak detector. I checked all welds on the evaporator and from previous service repairs and found no leaks. I vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored pressures for approximately 15 mins and found my gauges never moved. I installed 47g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and monitored for another 15- 20 mins. I found the evaporator beginning to get a good frost pattern as well. I reassembled the FC section and found the unit continued to cool. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing their food items inside. No water connections to the unit and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11578004, WPW10143759, WPW10384183

Arrived on site to test unit WTW4816FW3 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that was not cleaning the dishes properly. Placed the unit into diagnostics and found error codes F4E3 and F7E1, both indicating a wash motor issue. Tested the unit and confirmed that the dishwasher was filling with water and the heating element was functioning, but the sump and wash motor were not circulating water. Checked for proper voltage to the sump and motor assembly and confirmed the component was receiving correct power but was not operating. Determined the sump and motor assembly had failed. Replaced the sump and motor assembly and reassembled the unit. Tested the dishwasher through a cycle to verify proper operation. The wash motor is now circulating water correctly and the unit is washing as designed. Checked for any leaks during operation and none were present at this time. Job complete.

WRS321SDHZ11 Arrived on site for a refrigerator with loose handles. On arrival I verified the handles were loose due to the screws attached to the fridge becoming loose. I tightened the screws to refrigerator and then tightened the handles to screws. Product is working as its designed with no parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Customer had unit pulled out,found water in air return line on external drain pump indicating pump has failed,turned on water source ran diagnostic pan not filling fully and damaged grid cutter. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a washing machine model WTW4307SW0. Inspected the unit and work area. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the basket and found the basket was not wobbling on the drive shaft. I gained access underneath the top and found some of the holes in the basket did not seem to be punched through fully. I took a flashlight to the outer tub and checked the basket. I found multiple areas where the basket had not been punched through, causing the off balance issue. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model WRX735SDHZ00 not making ice. Upon further inspection, I checked the temperatures and measured -4 FC 35 RC and 3 icebox. I tested the icemaker by jumping the terminals t and h and the icemaker failed to run. I verified proper voltage valve operation in water supply. I replaced the defective icemaker and tested. Arrived on site for a refrigerator JFFCC72EHL03 not dispensing water. When I pulled the unit out i found a large spot sweating from an insulation issue. I called techline and they deemed it nonrepairable. Advised the custometo call trade care for the next step case # 22814827

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW8127LC0 that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it had been making some sounds for a little while but finally, it just stopped working. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure) error code. I gained access underneath and found evidence of a gear case oil leak under the machine. It looked like its been this way for a while. I removed the rotor and found the inner gearcase shafts completely rusted to where the slider wouldnt slider off the gearcase. I gained access above and tried to remove the agitator. I found that was rusted as well. Ordering the gearcase W11449841, wash plate W11510461, and spanner nut W11551646, but am returning with the slider for repair.
