"Arrived onsite for refrigerator has water gathering on the fc gasket. On inspection could see anything that was causing the issue. On further inspection the lower ear taps on the gasket were folded away from the unit, used heat gun to straighten them up. Sealed 95% of the air gap. Also found a gap between the fc moulin and the liner. I closed it up with clear silicone, will need a 3ft straight edge if customer calls back to see if there is bow in the fc moulin. No parts were installed during service and no leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect range buttons not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the cooktop burners werent igniting. I tested the burners and found the middle and back right burners would not ignite, but the ignitor was arcing. I found the ignitors had dropped too low to make good contact with the burners. I adjusted the ignitors and secured them to the orifice holder and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Also found the back right burner ignitor wont turn off once the burner has ignited. I gained access to the switch harness and found the switch to the back right burner is getting stuck when turning it on. I am ordering the conversion kit, spark module, switch harness and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Scheduled return service for 09/05/24 (MS). "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining properly. Inspected unit and work area. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Attached is the suspension and found the suspension was good. Around the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found that during the agitation and spin portions of the cycle, I could hear the basket skipping. I was able to remove the agitator after several minutes and found the agitator, completely stripped and rusted. I also found the hub assembly completely stripped, causing the issue. Ordering both agitator and hub assembly and rescheduled the customer to 9/5. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)"

She turned the unit on and I confirmed the drain pump running but barely any water coming out, indicating something was causing a restriction of water flow. I gained access to the drain pump filter and found a five dollar bill and a bra pad covering the drain pump filter, causing the issue. I removed the obstructions and reassembled the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Inspected and found supply voltage at outlet was variable. At times would get 120 vac, then 30-90 vac. Made recommendations to customer as a safety issue the outlet should be replaced. Not to say that this will correct the issue with the microwave but should be corrected. Called tech line , spoke to Steve SR7739824099. Explain issues and tech suggested that unit appears to be loosing power, although currently functioning. Customer will monitor and try calling in a failed state for better troubleshooting. "Arrived on site to inspect washer making s lot of noise during spin. Upon further inspection, placed unit into diagnostic and observed error F7E1. I ran a manual agitate and spin and on spin I observed a loud roaring indicating the gearcase is bad and the and basket unstable as it spins even by had indicating. That there is some damage to the basket as well. I also found a heavy amount of blockage on the drain ports on the basket that would also contribute to the customer experiencing the washer not spinning correctly while in use. Upon further inspection, I found that there is also quite a bit of noise coming from the belt and cam assembly and the cam is showing moderate/heavy signs of wear. I will need to replace the gearcase, basket, belt and cam. I am ordering a basket assembly. W11178224 and returning with prescreened parts office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11178224 (Basket)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose range tripping breaker. Customer said builder came and had tried a burnoff to resolve. I confirmed the tripping breaker and replaced both elements. I reset and disconnected ground strap. Heated to 500, and secured ground strap at 300 degrees and unit completed the 500 degree bake. I did notice that the ground strap for the terminal block was cut off, and this may be causing issues as well. Customer advised to first have breaker replaced, and if issue continues we need to replace that terminal block. At this time unit is cooking properly. Parts used - W10856603, W11182108."

Advised this is a known software issue and the cycle settings need to be checked before hitting start to make sure spin is enabled. I checked mechanical parts and found nothing broken or out of spec. When I ran a clean washer cycle there was a good amount of suds, which could be causing some issues. Also advised unit needs some balance, and cycles too small may stop due to being unable to balance. Customer can run drain and spin on those cycles. No failures found. Unit working as designed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on dryer making some noise when in use. Customer showed me a video and the unit was squeaking when it had some towels in it. The noise sounded very much like an exterior movement squeak, and nothing internal. When I ran the unit with a load of wet towels I could hear the noise after a minute, and once I physicsly touched / shifted the unit the squeaking stopped. It's likely from moving the unit out / shifting the structure that caused this noise. There's no damage to cabinets, and noise went away once I moved the unit at all. Advised there's no mechanical repair we can make, cabinets / structure needs to settle and unit should be fine, but there is no fixing a squeak like that. Call completed."

The customer stated that he can hear the icemaker try to cycle but he doesnt believe that any water is getting to the icemaker. I ran the unit into diagnostics and did find the icemaker motor turning but not dropping ice. When I went to go to the fill portion of the cycle, I found the valve buzzing, but no water entering into the icemaker. I gained access underneath The front toe plate and removed the icemaker filled tube from the water connector. I attempted to blow through the door and found a restriction inside the tube. I ran an icemaker fill test and found water coming out of the valve, indicating the issue was with the door. I am ordering the stainless freezer door and the office will need to get authorization for repairs as well as contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11577825 (Stainless FC Door)"

The customer stated that the unit had been having issues with drying clothes already but that now its worse and its taking them forever to dry a load of clothes. I checked the lint screen and found a blanket of lint on the lint screen, indicating a potential airflow issue. I checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose completely crunched due to the customer pushing me Appliance all the way back to the wall. I checked all heating components and found all within range. I test the unit on a time to dry heat cycle and found the unit tumbling and eating. I advised the customer her issue was with airflow, and that she will need to change her vent to a periscope style dryer vent if she needs to push it up against the wall. I showed her pictures of how that would look, but did advise that she will continue to have these issues with the current way that it is installed. The unit is working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave smoking and burning. Upon further inspection, I found that there is no wave guide cover allowing debris to enter wave guide. I found there to be evidence of overheating on the control board (photo) I ran a test for 1minute with a cup of water and immediately smelled a burning smell however did not observe any smoke. I disconnected the magnetron and retested for 1 min. I did not smell anything unusual during this test. At this point, because of the missing wave guide and burning while using running the unit with the high voltage components, I would conclude that the magnetron, diode and capacitor would need to be replaced as well as the wave guide cover. I would also replace the control as I observed what appears to be overheating on some of the components. (Photo)"
