"Arrived on site for dishwasher that drains intermittently. The customer also stated that sometimes you turn the machine on lights will come on but nothing happens, and it leaks at the bottom corners of the door sometimes. Tested the machine multiple times finding it starting and draining every time, found a piece of debris in door switch assembly which could cause the intermittent starting of the machine. When I went to close the door, it was difficult to close and the outer door panel would pop and buckle inward then pop back out. Customer advised their builder attempted to correct the door closing/opening issue by adjusting the hinges and they advised it opens and closes better than it did before. When I close the door and push where the strike and catch are located, the door closes but takes some force to get it to close. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is not cooling and not making ice. When I opened the FC door to test temps, I found a large amount of ice/frost built up on the FC evaporator cover (photo). I placed my flashlight at the bottom of the FC section and found a small gap in the gasket/mullion area. I placed my flashlight at the top of the FC section and closed the FC door and found a very large gap in the top right corner of the FC door gasket and center mullion (photo). I adjusted the top mullion and center mullion and filled the gap between the liner and chassis with manufacturer approved silicone and tested door operations. I was able to get the gap closed (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost function and the unit began to defrost as designed. Tested thermistors through the controls and found they are operating as designed. I had my customer sign the Waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator and recommended that they place towels around the unit to absorb any water that might overflow the evaporator pan and to leave the unit unplugged for 48 hours to allow the unit to defrost and then plug the unit in and allow it to cool for another 24 hours before placing food items back inside. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and if they find it not cooling again or find frost/ice built up on the freezer evaporator cover (back wall of freezer) to call our office to schedule service, at which time, returning tech will need to contact techline to report their findings. The customer stated the left front burner will not lite, when the right front burner is used the back two burners continue to click, the downdraft motor will not run, and the last service company cracked the cooktop. I found voltage to the down draft motor and it will not run. I found orifice holder screws broken out of the burner heads and all the screws broken out of the right front burner causing it to not sense ground and continue sparking on the other burners. I found a crack in the top from the right front burner to the right side of the cooktop. I found two burner knobs cracked and the fan knob broken. Arrived onsite and installed fill tube extension to correct possible backflow leak. If there is a fill tube leak we will need to call techline to document as the fill tube is foamed in and not directly serviceable. WP2174755

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the door not staying closed. The customer stated the issue was the door would not stay open or cracked open without falling down. I found the left door hinge causing the issue. I repaired the left hinge and tested the dishwasher door. The door opens and closes properly now. Call complete. INSTALLED W11712995 HINGE.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the air tower again. I found moisture in the center at the top at the mullion due to an air gap and the moisture was running on the ceiling of the liner to the air tower. I found the door gaskets good. The issue is the mullion spring is not stout enough to snap the mullion all the way closed if the door is closed to easy. I explained to the customer that the right RC door needs to be opened first and closed last. I also explained to close the left RC door with a little force so the mullion will snap closed and allow the right door gasket to close the gap. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for an ice machine thats making thin ice again. The machine was almost thru with a harvest cycle when I arrived and the ice slab looked good. I inspected everything and found the condenser a little dirty with lint but the fan was working good. I removed the lint and watched it finish the harvest cycle. The reservoir filled up properly. I could find no other issues at this time. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Arrived onsite for concerns about the noise generated by normal compressor function. Also explained that variance in handle height is within design specs at less than a 16th inch.
