"Arrived on site to inspect freezer no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged the unit in and removed the evap cover to inspect evaporator frost pattern. Customer advised that the evap cover had frost built up on it and the unit constantly running so they unplugged it. Frost began to build up on the coils, but stopped a third of the way and would not frost any further. Tested the thermostat and it is operating as designed.
