"Arrived on site for Leaking from Underneath - Dishwasher. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Found kick plate missing from the front base of the dishwasher. Ran diagnostics cycle and couldnt locate any leaks. Pulled dishwasher from cabinet to remove slack in the drain hose and water line and ran diagnostics again. Still no leaks detected with hoses exposed. The tenant stated they also have a leak whenever they use the sink. With this, I inspected the rear of the dishwasher while it was pulled out and couldnt see any water beneath the dishwasher. I did find water standing in the back right corner underneath the cabinet. I ran the sink faucet for ten minutes and found water coming from underneath the cabinet. Explained to landlord there was no leaks from water line, drain hose, or dishwasher itself. The cause of the leak was coming from the faucet pvc piping underneath the sink or something else located underneath the interior of the cabinet. They will need a plumber to remove the baseboard underneath the sink cabinet to find the leak. Job completed."

Cleaned the filter and placed it back in its space and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the motor came on, it began to make a loud moaning noise as if it were struggling to pump the water through the sump. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had solar panels installed since last repair. I tested voltage at the outlet and git 60V. Tested each terminal and got 120V on one and 40V on the other. I advised the customer that there is not enough voltage at the outlet to power the dryer heating element, but there is enough to power the unit. I inspected the breaker box and found the new box not labeled. The old box still had the dryer breaker in it and it was on. I recommended that the customer contact the company that installed the panels and have them take a look at the dryer wiring. No lint observed during service and unit left unplugged for safety. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, the customer devised that the unit is cooling and making ice again. I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and RC=40 degrees. When I went to check the temp settings, I found the UI missing digits on the display. The customer pointed out that there is ice build up at the back of the ice maker housing along the back wall and the ice bin button is broken and the bin is stuck. I attempted to remove the ice bin, but due to there being ice formed at the bottom the bin and inside where the button was, I cant get it loose. I inspected the RC evaporator and found the drip pan badly warped and ice built up on the evaporator. Also found water in the bottom the RC section. I am ordering the UI, RC evap motor/harness, ice bin and sealant and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Office to schedule return service.

Noticed compressor did not kick on and could heat a click sound from compressor compartment. Took amp draw and found 8 amps at startup then would click off. Inspected compressor and was not running. Found burned relay. Replaced relay and tested. Starting at 1.3 amps and settling at .75 amps. Unit began to cool and was not shutting off. If symptoms persist will need compressor replacement and sealed system technician scheduled for 2 hrs. Called customer late evening and stated bottle of water left in freezer was freezing. Told customer to allow 24 hrs for temperature to stabilize. Job complete

"Arrived on site for NOT COOLING PROPERLY-VENTS DOWN AT BOTTOM OF FRIDGE IS FROZEN/HUGE BLOCK OF ICE FROZEN UP >>. Took temps. Freezer cooling as designed. Fridge cooling at 47. Took reading at thermistor from main control and it is out of range. Tested voltage from UI to thermistor and it was not sending proper voltage. Based on these two failed components we recommend replacing the fan scroll along with the UI and thermistor to ensure the issue is properly repaired. Removed UI, Thermistor, and Fan scroll and installed new UI, Thermistor, and Fan scroll. Made sure to wrap new thermistor with foil tape then secure it with a zip tie. Powered on fridge and all new components are working as designed. New fan scroll has a nice sealed placement to prevent air from coming in.

Gained access to the back of unit and access to the freezer evaporator to watch for frost pattern after repairs. Installed new compressor, dye drier, and access valve after evacuating system. Charged system with 150pis of nitrogen to test for leak at any point in the system and found none. Vacuumed system out for 15-20 minutes. System held a good vacuum. Then charged system with measured refrigerant charge. And monitored evaporator and found a good frost pattern forming and refrigerator beginning to cool. Operating pressures 1 low and 135 high side. Job complete."

Cleared the code and continued with testing. I removed the toeplate and found water leaking from the diverter housing. I advanced through testing and the dispenser, drain pump and element all are operating as designed. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed with no leaks. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a range that won?t heat. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that before they moved in, they had issues with this unit coming up to temp. Tested both bake and broil elements and found both elements heating. Tested the unit on a 350?F fake cycle and found the unit came up to temperature. The customer advised that the unit had previously not even come up to 200? before staying put. Tested the unit again after leaving the door open for a few minutes and ran the unit up to 425?F. The unit ran as designed. I did advise the customer that it is possible that they may have had an electrical supply issue.

Inspected unit and confirmed the customers complaint. Chet the lower spray arm and there appeared to be a crack in the spray arm. Replaced the lower spray arm. Tested the unit and the unit still had a leak. I checked the inner part of the door and found that the leak was coming from the dispenser. Replace the dispenser and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had a parts and labor concession given by whirlpool. Checked entitlement and found the parts authorization (KZ55S00DPL1). Found unit running but no cool. Hooked up my gauges to the unit and found the unit at 50 psi on the high side and -20 on the low side. When the unit was disconnected and idle, found the unit sitting at zero psi on both sections. Charged the unit with a little bit of refrigerant and found a leak at the lower side port. Replaced the dye dryer and coupler and ran the unit under a vacuum. The unit held pressures for 15 minutes. Charged the unit and found the unit running at 175 psi on the high side and five psi on the low side while cooling the refrigerator. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete."
