Arrived onsite for washer leaking seemingly while on hot or warm. After inspection I found the fabric softener dispenser would overflow pretty quick into engaging the valve and would leak out the top and front everywhere. As I was removing the dispenser I broke the securing tabs so I will need to return to replace it. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. The unit is no longer overfilling the softener dispenser and no leaks are present at this time. I am ordering the dispenser (W11175629) and top bezel (W11094976) but only bezel may be needed. . ; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site for a washing machine that was making a loud noise in spin. Upon further inspection I found the unit very unbalanced. I balanced the feet and it was now no longer wobbling. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E5 shifter fault. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it ran through as designed. I then manually activated spin and agitate actuating shifter. I found no issues with shifter and no noise during high spin. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and found no visible issue. I found harness connection fine. I put it back into manual test and actuated shifter again. This time I could hear the actuator slip and not work. This indicates a cam slipping and possibly a bad actuator. I replaced both parts and tested the unit again in diagnostics.

Also found a 6-7 inch deep mass of lint and other foreign debri in lint chute as well as inner cavity of unit causing major air flow issue with heat as well as leading to dryer heating issue.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that they are having to place the unit into a rinse and spin and then a drain and spin at the end of each cycle to finish the load. Found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected) error code. Around the unit through an auto test and found the water pressure low on all water valves. The customer advised that his whole home has very low water pressure. Once the unit went into a drain, I noticed the drain hose connection is a part of a closed drain hose assembly. I did advise the customer that either his low water pressure or the closed drain pipe issue may cause either one of his issues filling or water siphoning back into the unit. I advise the customer to run a small load and drain into an open bucket to figure out if the issue is with his drain or his water pressure. Customer is going to run a cycle to figure that out and will make necessary changes depending on what his issue is. Call complete."

Upon arrival I found the unit was unplugged upon further inspection was able to verify the unit didnt do you have a bad salt system and need repairing I was in able to install a new compressor UV dryer and access valve. After Running a 15 minute vacuum I was able to verify there are no leaks on either the lower high side Ive been charge the system with 5 ounces of Freon per the manufacturer and then ran the unit for another 15 minutes and verified the prices were stable at 150 on the high side and zero psi on the low side. Informed customer will take 24 hours to properly cooling unit before sticking items back in call complete

"Arrived at site to diagnose sealed system issue we gained access to the compressor and tested voltage to the start device found good voltage, we ohmed out the compressor windings found them good, installed spare start device and powered the unit on, compressor tried to kick on but shorted the start device. Punctured filter drier and found system full of refrigerant. Evacuated system and installed new compressor and access valve, used refrigerant to clean out excess oil from the system. Installed UV drier and pulled vacuum for 15 minutes and monitored pressures, vacuum held. Put a measured charge into the system and measured pressures found pressures holding, powered the unit on and monitored operating pressures, found operating pressures within range, inspected freezer and found it dropping in temperature, no leaks detected. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. When I tested the compressor & condenser fan, they both came on and the compressor showed 2.99amps and I could hear a hissing noise inside the unit. When I tested the heat valve, I could hear the hissing noise much louder and could smell refrigerant. I found that the evaporator had a small leak in the line.I disassembled he unit and removed and replaced the compressor, drier, access valve, & evaporator and vacuumed the system. System held the vacuum. I installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures held and were good. Reassembled the unit and continued to monitor pressures. Tested unit in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system (new 3way valve needing installation) repair. After evacuating and recovering 4 and a half oz of refrigerant I was able to uninstall, then reinstall a new 3 way valve and non dyed dryer. After running vacuum I found unit held negative pressure with no leaks. Charged system with 4 and a half oz as designed by manufacturer. Found after 15 minutes of run time once power was restored that unit held 150 high side and 0 low side for psi readings. Informed customer to keep close eye on the unit for next 24-48 hrs to see how unit cools before returning items back into either compartment. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with water left in the tub after cycle is finished. Upon inspection I found water droplets collected on the inner panel of the door and sides. The customer is on a water softener and using pods so as I ran a diagnostics cycle I explained the importance of using liquid detergent and rinse aid for a better quality dry at the end of cycles. The unit passed all tests in diagnostics and is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

We could hear the washer motor humming but no spray action. We replaced the motor assembly. We also found the unit missing the retaining clips and the friction pads for the door hinges. We are ordering those to complete the repair. We ran the unit through another test cycle after reassembling the unit. It is now working as designed. Found bulb housing connected properly, but when bottom cover was unscrewed and moved ever so slightly up and down the light would flicker on and off. Inspected interlocks and they were mounted properly on the facia of microwave. Removed bulb housing and installed new bulb housing. Light no longer flickers when bottom cover was raised and lowered. Customer was using an LED bulb for replacement. Recommended he buy one of the normal filament bulbs to install to prevent complications with microwave. Job completed."
