We put the unit into diagnostic and found fault code f6e3 communication error acu to ui, f3e1 water level system error. We ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found it working as designed. We gained access to the pressure line and found it blowing clear. We found the washer connected to a spliter sharing power with another device. Whirlpool recommended have the washers in there own outlet. We removed the additional device and advised the customer to run a cycle and see if there is any change. The unit is working as designed. Looked at the Ice maker and saw that the ice maker was worked but checked the temperatures in the freezer as it was set to negative 6 but taking temperatures with thermal coupler was 6 degrees. Looked at the evaporator and it looked good with no issues. Upon further inspection found that the compressor fan where the air blows was clogged with a bunch dust causing the unit to not breathe efficiently to help cool. Removed dust. Let customer know to keep the areas clean because of the issues it can cause. No other issues at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for fridge not cooling in the rc section. We gained access to the fc evaporator and found it full of ice. We tested the defrost heater and found 107 ohms. We put the unit into diagnostic and forced a defrost. We found good voltage at the cabinet. We inspected the harness and found several pins not seated properly. We repeated the pins and retested the unit. It is now coming on and defrosting. I advised the customer to leave the unit off for 24 to 48 hours to let the system fully defrost. Job complete.

Tested resistance at the valve harness and it was out of range. Made sure customer understood to load washer in loose heaps around basket to ensure the washer does not get an unevenly distributed load which will cause the washer to cancel the wash cycle completely. Explained having a load with only one or two items even a small load can cause the wash to cancel."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned on at the breaker but the unit was non-responsive. I turned the power off at the breaker and disassembled the unit and found one of the relays burnt out and one of the fuses blown. Module is covered under one year parts warranty; therefore, I removed and replaced the module and programmed it. Once programmed, I tested and unit is operating as designed. Also, I found unit is on a dedicated circuit as it wasnt last service call. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for microwave with hood light that wont turn off. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I accessed the light socket and found one of the connectors black. I inspected the connector and it did not look damaged. I accessed the control and found the chipset for the light had broken or popped and was constantly feeding voltage to the light. I replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found some cubes in the ice bin and the freezer temp set at 4 on the door. Inspected the harness at the bottom left door hinge and it was good. Placed unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed. Tested the fill tube and it failed. I checked the fill tube at the bottom left door hinge and found the tube frozen. Once I took the unit out of diagnostics, I set the temp settings to 2 and recommended that the customer allow the tube to defrost over the next few days and if they continue to have issues to schedule service at which time a new door will need to be ordered. I advised the customer that placing the FC settings above 3 will cause the tube to freeze. While inspecting the unit with the FC door open, the fill tube had already began to defrost. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in either section. Upon arrival unit was unplugged. Before plugging in connected unit to amp meter. Powered unit and recorded 7 amp while running. High amp draw suspected of sealed system issue. After about 15 minutes compressor was warming up. Checked RC evaporator compartment and found coils developing frost. Unit seemed to be cooling. Valve switched to FC and began to cool. Still running at 7 amps. Told customer that temperature would have to be monitored to confirm a sealed system issue or possibly electronic issues. Placed a bottle of water in freezer to monitor. Customer will call in the morning/afternoon to verify of bottle froze. If not a sealed system repair may be needed to replace the compressor . Ordering parts that may be needed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator FC lights and ice/water dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, The customer advised that at the previous service call, there was a pop and soon after the tech left, the FC lights and the dispenser stopped working. I tested voltage to the left FC door switch and found none. Tested the switch and it is good. Removed the main control and found a burn out spot in between the P4 & P5 connectors (photo). I removed and replaced the control kit and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

We gained access to thebice maker and put it through a harvest and fill cycle. We found the ice maker working and filling as designed. We preformed a temp test in the freezer and found it at dropping below 2 degrees. We found the freezer packed full. I recommened setting the freezer temp the the coldest setting and to monitor the ice production. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.
