I checked stored error codes and found an F3E3, F6E6, & F6E3. I ran the diagnostics cycle and found the OWI working as designed but the dispenser was leaking rinse aid causing sudsing. I found the light on the door and the heating element working as designed. I explained to the customer that the leaking dispenser is what caused the sudsing error and probably caused the OWI to show it didnt calibrate. The dispenser needs to be replaced if the customer wants to use liquid detergent and rinse aid. all complete."

After verifying model and serial number I did find that there was a service Poyner for this unit regarding the F 91 error code relating to the draining issue. Technical Service Pointer #: W11482561. After running diagnostics on the unit I found that the main control was sending the proper power down to the drain pump but the drain pump in her propeller was broken and not functioning when it was activated. After further inspection of the jar I found that the two thermal limit cut offs as well as thermal fuses timer and heating element were all functioning as designed and the unit was receiving 240 V when I took the back panel off of the dryer I found that the heating elements housing assembly that mounts the heating element to the dryer head detached itself from the back bulkhead of the dryer itself not allowing the heat to properly vent into the drum of the dryer I reattached the bulkhead and made sure it was secure with a new screw and washer. I was able to determine that the power cord to the dryer had a short in it within it. Placed unit in service diagnostics and checked both bake element. Both elements were working as designed. Checked unit for Eric codes and found no storage era codes. Customer advised that the unit seemingly was about 15° off in the upper oven and they were having to cook their food for longer than they would in the lower oven. Calibrated oven to adjust for temperature change. Customer also advised that their lower oven did not work for the self clean. Accessed owners manual and found that the cell phone option only works for the upper oven.

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL ED5GTGXNQ00 Arrived on site for refrigerator that was not producing ice and was having condensation buildup in the fresh food section. Upon further inspection of the icemaker I found that the internal motor and tease assembly were stripped and not allowing for the motor to grab the teeth and rotate and harvest the Ice. Installed new icemaker and Rita sure that there were no leaks before during or after repairing the icemaker. As for the condensation building up in the fridge I checked the damper motor to ensure that it was opening and shutting as needed and I also checked temperatures in both the freezer section in the fresh food and found that the freezer was sitting at 39° and the freezer was at 1° the reason for the condensation was due to the fact that because of the age of the fridge the coils have never been cleaned out and had a thick layer of lint and debris lining the condenser coils underneath the unit I recommend to the customer that they clean those

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRF555SDHV02 Arrived on site for refrigerator diagnosed with a sealed system repair. Upon arrival We checked the temperatures in the fresh food and freezer section and found that the fresh food section got down to 38° and the freezer section dropped down to 2° and held steady with no signs of fluctuations. Because of the temperatures we decided to take apart the freezer compartment and checked the frost pattern of the coils and found that although the coils were twice as thick as the standard frost pattern the coils were still fully frosted over fully and showed no signs of a defrost related issue. We ran diagnostic Forced defrost using test 38 as well as Running an ohm test on the thermistor in the freezer which read with schematic recommended ranges. We also found that after running test seven the fridge was set to adaptive cool and we adjusted it to run on in default at eight hour defrost.
