"Arrived on site for dryer not operating correctly. Upon arrival I found no errors stored in diagnostics. I then fully disassembled and isolated each component within dryer cabinet. After multiple motor, all air flow and thermal fuse checks as well and main control and heater tests that there had been a loose molex connection on the high limiter causing main control to not detect the elements activation and runtime. I was able to then reconnect molex on limiter then reassembled and test dryer 4 times for 10 minutes each on a normal user mode high hat timed dryer and sensor dry. Found unit is now fully functioning as designed with no further issues in dryer. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with noisy ice maker and unable to remove ice container. Upon arrival I found the ice container not stuck at this time. I found the unit would dispense ice then start making a clunking noise consistent with the auger motor yoke slipping off the auger arm. I noticed the auger arm felt loose and as if it will fall out of place easily. I replaced the container but it would still make this clunking noise intermittently. I found the motor would not respond at all sometimes when pressing the paddle. I checked the door switch and it checked good. I removed the ice maker housing and found the fill tube slightly frozen. I attempted to remove the auger motor and yoke but the yoke is stuck. I will need to order the divider to replace the auger motor. I believe air is getting into the ice box from the inlet tube causing ice to form in places throwing off the auger ice container and causing the container to get stuck. We will need to replace the water inlet tube and valve for the air leak as well as a divider with new auger motor. Returning tech test functions multiple times to ensure a good repair. I opened the door and found the vent bezel not installed correctly and not locked into the vent. I removed the outer door panel and found a small amount of water under the vent. I removed the vent and inspected the gasket and found where the gasket had been previously crimped and the teeth that lock the bezel in place were broken. Eventually the microwave light will turn off and then power down. Customer showed me this as an example of the issues he has been having.

Cleared error code. Shut off power for two minutes and powered back up. Ran microwave for two minutes with a cup of water. Water was boiling and counter was present. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with continued leak at bottom right. Upon inspection I found one of the lines on the compressor would sweat and slightly drip into the bottom of the unit and slowly travel to the front. I found the RC at 36 and the FC -2. I ohmed out the 3 way valve and it checked good. I found the line would sweat in test 40 when cooling the FC I accessed the FC evaporator and found only half of the evaporator was frosted. Both fans tested good. As per JC we believe the compressor is failing and needs to be replaced. Checked pressures on unit, compressor checked good,found that the drier was very cold to the touch, when we removed the drier we checked the beads and found they were clean and we also found that there was a complete restriction at the steel line, cut the steel line to remove the restriction and put on the new UV drier and access point, pulled a vacuum pressures show good and no leaks, put a charge into the unit and pressures show good and no leaks. Arrived on site for a refrigerator or dispensing water. Upon further inspection I found water build up on the top shelf of the RC. I gained access to the filter head and found it weeping. I then initiated the valve and could barely hear it hum. I gained access to the valve and found it getting 120V. This indicates a bad valve and also a filter head. I quoted the customer for both and a new filter. I installed both parts and no leaks were observed. I tested the unit and found it still not working. I could not hear the valve initiate though. I gained access to the reservoir and found d it one solid block of ice. I thawed out the reservoir and then tested the unit again. It is now working as designed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher that is sagging on one side of not sitting on the tile correctly. I found that one of the feet on the tile but the floor drops off to concrete under the unit. I lifted the unit so that both feet were on the tiles. The customer provided some tile pieces that I wedged under the feet so if they slip a little backward they will have some support to prevent any sagging. I tested the unit in diagnostics and it is working as designed with no leaks detected during time of service.Job complete.

Arrived on site for Not Cleaning Dishes Properly - Dishwasher. Placed dishwasher in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran diagnostics cycle and valve would not call for water. Removed water line from valve and turned on water to flush out water line and test to ensure water was coming out when valve under sink was turned on. Water came out when valve under sink was turned on. A good amount of sludge and debris came out of water line into glass. Reattached water line to dishwasher valve and ran diagnostics cycle. As soon as dishwasher called for water the valve filled the dishwasher with water. No leaks detected. Dishwasher running g as designed. Job completed.
