Checked voltage at the icemaker and fun 0 V going to the unit started to remove icemaker and found the L one connection unclipped from the harness going to the icemaker. Plugged in L1 connection and tested unit. Unit began to harvest and fill with water. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer with door locked. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. Plugged it back in and the drain pump came on. Placed unit in diagnostics and and attempted to test. Showed error code F8E1. I found the hot water valve at the wall turned off. Once I cleared the code and began testing, the unit would not go beyond C00. Removed the control and tested the door lock and found it good. Tested the control and found that it’s not sending voltage to the door lock and will need to be replaced. I am ordering the main control and door lock and scheduled return service. I ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I found the machine failing as soon as the vent fan was energized. The vent needs to be replaced. I replaced the vent and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed. I found a couple of the digits on the display not working and the light wash light not coming on but the selection working but mr stated they could live with that and didn’t want to replace the control panel. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found plugged in, but no power going to it. I checked the breaker and found it tripped along with two other kitchen GFCI breakers. When I turned all three breakers on, one the kitchen breakers tripped and then the refrigerator breaker tripped. I was able to get the refrigerator breaker to hold long enough to test amp draw at the compressor. My amp reading was .73amps. I unplugged the unit and when I plugged it back in, the refrigerator breaker and both kitchen breakers tripped again. I recommended that the builder have someone check the breakers and also advised that Whirlpool does not approve of the GFCI breakers or outlets for the refrigerator or dishwasher. I was able to get the breaker to hold again and at the end of service, the refrigerator was still powered up and operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer advised that the unit was making extremely thin ice and ice was melting before it would build up. Ran unit through diagnostics and found the water valve barely pulling in water and timing out before filling the reservoir. Replaced valve and tested unit in diagnostics again. Unit filled properly but did not feel completely. The water level sensor would only let the unit fill up a fifth of the way into the water reservoir. When recirculating the water, there was not enough water to continue to recirculate at all times. Replaced recirculating pump (with water level sensor) and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. I found the ignitor no glowing when calling for heat. I replaced the ignitor and the flame sensor. I tested the unit and the ignitor came on and ignite the flame. Unit is operating as designed. Upon further inspection, I tested the water dispenser and found the water coming out but not like it should. Removed the filter and tested again and same results only less water. When I removed the filter, I found the filter head housing leaking water.. I removed and replaced the filter head and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect front load washer errors.Found the following codes F3E1, F6E3 and F9E1 long drain error.Disassembled and disconnected the pressure hose and cleared it.Found the drain hose to the wall was in the drain approximately 3 feet with little to no air gap for an idea draining.I ran diagnostics test mode and unit tested as designed without errors.I zip tied the drain hose to the hot water valve with enough room for an adequate airgap.Ran a quick wash cycle and unit tested as designed.Cleaned out the drain holes in the front of the bellow to allow proper draining after wash cycle.All water lines were dry at the end of service.Job complete"

Arrived onsite for a dryer that after it was moved and installed it started making a loud screeching noise when turned on. I found the drum hitting the sheet metal on the blower housing causing the noise. I inspected the base in the front under the motor and blower housing and found it dented up causing the issue. The upper bearing assembly is worn also. The unit will need two men and scheduled for 2 hours to make repairs.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with no water dispensing. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit isn’t making ice or dispensing water. I removed the toe plate key the wiring at the bottom left hinge and it was good. I tested the water dispenser and could hear the valve working, but still no water. I disconnected the water line at the bottom left hinge area and tested the dispenser and a little bit of water came out but then stopped. I removed the filter and tested the water dispenser and water came out. Customer advised it’s a new filter. Due to the prescreened part I was sent with wing defective, I am ordering another housing and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service No water leaks observed during service and water to the unit was turned off for safety.; ordrng 1 WPW10238123 (housing)"
