"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave / oven combo that was throwing an F1E4 error. On arrival found UI was unresponsive. Had to power cycle UI to be able to use it. Once UI came on was able to check diagnostics and interlocks. The right interlock is stiff and needs to be replaced. You have to push extra hard on the door to trigger it, which seems replacement. Also replacing UI as it has to constantly be power cycled to work. Will need 2MAN for this job, the oven does not for the cavity well, and one side has wall next to it for a short distance making using an oven dolly hard. I was barely able to get the oven even a little,bit pulled forward due to the cavity design, and after it dove back hard. Cavity may need work from builder. "arrived on site to inspect cooktop gas leak. Upon further inspection, when the customer opened the cabinet doors slow the unit, I could smell a strong order of gas. Using my liquid gas detector, I found that the hose connection to the regulator was leaking. I turn3d the as off and repairs,of dryer connection and found nothing working with the adaptor nor the hose. I reassembled the hose to the regulator and checked again and still leaking. I removed and replaced the regulator and checked the NG setting and retested and found no leaks. Advised customer that if the leak comes back, the adaptor and hose would need to be replaced. No gas leaks detected at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for the microwave with an F4E1 error to take pics of possible damage to the cabinet because the oven fell back when the previous tech tried t pull the oven out. I found one screw hole on the bottom right side of the front cabinet trim had split out but it’s not coming out past the trim of the oven. I found no bottom in the cabinet under the oven. The oven is being supported by the face trim on the cabinet and a small board running from left to right in the rear of the oven. I talked to the builder, Josh, and explained all of this. Josh is going to get the cabinet corrected. Ms heard my conversation with Josh on her speaker phone. After power resetting the unit, I erased the F4E1 cavity thermistor error and tested the microwave. The unit worked as designed and the error didn’t return. Call complete."

Found water makers and derby around the floor drain that indicate the leak is coming from the floor drain. Spoke to customer about broken cap on floor drain and the drain being pushed to far down the drain was the cause of the leak. Insulation under the washer was dry with no markings of water under the washer.

"arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water not dispensing and unit not making ice. Upon further inspection, i tested the water dispenser and the water began to dispense then went to a trickle then stopped. I found a small amount of ice in the bin. I removed the filter and tested the water dispenser and the water dispensed as designed. I removed and replaced the filter head and retested and got the same results. I advised the customer that he would need to replace the filter as the current filter is not good. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher making loud humming noise when draining. Performed diagnostics and found F9E1 diverter error, F6E1 long fill, F9E2 diverter error. Could hear drain pump screaming loudly when draining. Replaced drain pump and retested. Unit is now operating as designed. Customer showed me lower left track is splitting and lost ball bearings. Will need to order bottom left rack track W10822165, and AUTHO since it puts us over limit. Will also request AUTHO in sump assembly. Customer had video of unit squealing but I could not reproduce. This may be tied in to the diverter errors, so if we can be authorized in the event the noise comes back we can complete in 1 trip. ; ordrng 1 AUTHO (AUTHO) and 1 W10822165 (track)"

Upon further inspection, I found a fork wedged under the float device and a large amount of powder detergent at the bottom of the tub and in the soap/prewash dispenser. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F7E1, F6E4, F6E6. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed with no codes at the end of testing. Tested amp draw to the element and it showed 7-9amps during wash & heating cycles of testing. Made recommendations to the customer for detergent/rinse aid use and use and care recommendations.
