I also found water in the IM. He resident stated that she had turned the cooling up to try and make ice then turned it to the minimum because they thought the lines might be frozen. I replaced the ice maker and asked the customer to monitor the unit to see if the ice production returns. I noticed the panel In the FC was turned to minimum so I changed it to recommended I also noticed there were items pressed up against the vents in the FC I advised about the importance of airflow for ice production. WASHER LG WM4270HVA Arrived onsite for washer showing LE error. Upon inspection and while in diagnostics on spin cycle I found the rotor stator or rear of the unit making a scratchy noise. I accessed the rotor and stator and found that when in set to spin it would wobble badly then show the LE error. The rotor and stator need to be replaced I am also recommending replacing the bearing as well. Since there a 10 year warranty on the drive system I advised the customer to contact LG about the warranty information on the unit to get it scheduled for repair.

WASHER MAYTAG MVWB855DC3 Arrived on site for washer that was leaking water when in use. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic check but could not get any error codes indicating a software or hardware issue and after running test one through 14 in the test cycle I could not find a leak coming from anywhere on the washer including but not limited to the washer inlet valve drain pump circulation pump hoses etc. At this point I was noticing that the cold water shut off behind the washer had a split in it and fed one cold water line to the dryer and upon further inspection the dryer I found that the Water steam inlet valve for the dryer was leaking from the plastic nozzle inside of the drum and had been steadily working this entire time causing water to pull up under the dryer and then go to the washer which is why the customer saw the washer itself is leaking. We will need to return with a new steam and leave valve as well as brass nozzle etc. for the dryer in order to prevent leaking from gett

Upon inspection I found the ice maker full of water and every time it would dispense into the ice maker it would pour water out of the front. I also found a good amount of frost build up inside the FC bins and FC roof. I ran a diagnostics test on the IM and it showed a E5 error indicating a failed IM thermistor. I accessed the drain tube in the back and found it separating from the frame allowing air to seep in. I corrected the gap. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic check but couldn’t get any other errors to show up I then checked the omer existence of the oven sensor that was being indicated as faulty by the diagnostic check but found that it was roaming at 1.12 ohms which is a safe range for the oven since it’ll be up by then did a factory reset on the oven and was able to clear the code and found the oven is not functioning as designed and preheating to 350 as needed I informed the customer that if this issue were to happen again we would need to order the main control as well as the oven thermostat sensor but as of now they can go ahead and use the oven when they need. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit stopped cooling and water was on the floor, but then the unit started cooling gain. I tested the compressor and found .83amps with the condenser fan and evap fan operating. I removed the evap cover and found a good frost pattern. When I went to remove the FC drawer door, the door was difficult to open. I found the rails were badly gunked up and some of the bearings were missing. The FC upper drawer rails were bad as well. Customer advised that due to the home being a vacation rental home, the upper drawers weren’t needed and they will place grease on the rails for now, but wanted to replace the main drawer rails. Ordering both FC rails and the drain tube per service pointer W10632338E. Office to schedule return service due to OOS parts. I attempted to placed the unit in diagnostics and the unit would turn the drain pump on. I removed the outer door panel and unplugged the vent and attempted to place in diagnostics and the unit responded. It show3d error codes F2E1 & F5E1. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. When I plugged the vent back in and retested, the unit would not respond. I removed and replaced the main control and vent and retested and unit operated as designed. After I placed the outer door panel back on, I attempted to retest and the unit failed again and started showing error code F2E1.
