Found compressor, condenser/evap fans all running. Both compartments wee over 45 degrees. Upon further inspection I found the high side line around the compressor was shooting oil bubbles from weild point. Both evap coils had no frost build up. Disassembled the unit and removed and replaced the compressor, non-UV drier, access valve, and evaporator. Vacuumed the system and added 6.5oz of R134a refrigerant. Tested the unit and it held pressures. Reassembled the unit and retested the unit and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not filling and running cycles properly. Ran diagnostic and found an F7E4 error for shifter failure. Unit has a clutch that isnt nagging for spin. When running in diagnostic the agitator will run, but the basket barely moves. Called tech line SR7730440778, and discussed with Chris. Only real causes can be bad clutch / wiring / control, likely a failed clutch. Didnt see any wire breaks in harness. If unit cant spin it cant properly sense in sensing part of cycle. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon inspection I found the ice bin full of ice but no function to the auger motor. I began removing the motor cover and I could smell electrical burn. I removed the motor and found the connector slightly charred and the motor smelled very bad and burnt. I accessed he main control and found the main control outputting 122VDC to the auger motor when 130 - 140DCV is the correct output. I am ordering a Motor(W10822606) main control(WPW10675033). Returning with the UI just Incase. I reinstalled the auger motor but left it unplugged in a attempt to prevent any thermal event that could happen at that connector. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival I found the condenser fan motor not running as well as a compressor but the evaporator coil fan was running. Upon further inspection I found the start device on the compressor is receiving 120 V but the compressor was not turning on and then replace the start device and found that the compressor ran for 30 seconds four times in a row before failing each time and the amperage to the compressor fluctuated between .3 and 7.83 A on each test. On the fifth test the compressor did kick on and run and the amperage was at 1.45 A but after one minute of run time even though the compressor had not filled the high side line had gotten so hot that you couldnt even touch it but the dryer was ice cold. Arrived on site for icemaker customer stated wouldnt dispense ice and they werent sure if ice is even being made. Upon arrival I was able to eventually remove the ice bin and confirm the ice was indeed being made in the bin had a full bucket of ice. Upon further inspection also found that the icemaker was harvesting on its own and the temperatures of coming up from the freezer around 2?. after some time I was able to narrow down the issue to the icemaker itself being mounted in slightly off-balance and causing water to leak out of the icemaker every so often it was run and falling into the ice been causing it to freeze up and allow the bin to turn I was able to uninstall and then reinstall the icemaker ensuring that it was probably mounted and not going to cause this issue any further also cleared any frozen ice from the ice bucket and was able to reassemble and verify the icemaker is dispensing ice through the door as designed with no leaks before during or after repair.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is having a hard time starting. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that her dryer will take anywhere from 5 to 7 seconds to turn on when she press the start button. Confirmed customers complaint and checked the motor windings. Found the start windings out of range. Replaced motor and tested unit found the unit still doing the same thing only quicker. Spoke to SW and was advised to check voltage. Tested voltage at the wall and found the left side line voltage to neutral going from 123 V to 200 V as soon as the unit start button is pressed and the right side line voltage to neutral going from 123 V to 50 V. I was unable to get a photo of the voltage due to limited hands. I told the customer that they will need an electrician to come fix their electrical and not use the unit so that the new motor does not get burned out as well. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer not staying balanced and upon arrival the customers husband stated that the wife had noticed a grinding noise but during diagnostics and repair I could not replicate the issue although after running diagnostics upon arrival I found there was no error codes stored but I did however find the dinner tub and out of tub or leaning to far the back left one facing the machine indicating that the back left suspension rod had gone bad. I ended up replacing all four suspension rods and was able to reassembled and tested unit and I took before and after photos of how the tub was leaning before repair versus how it stable after unit is now fully functioning as designed call complete

"Arrived on site for a MW not heating. I tested the MW with a microwaveable cup with water for two minutes and no heat was present. I checked voltage at the wall and it had proper voltage. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I activated all individual components and they all functioned as designed with the exception of no heat. You could hear the mag initiate and run. I gained access to the mag, diode, fuse, thermostat, cap, and transformer. All of them ohmd good. I reinserted all of the connections and tested he unit again while monitoring amp draw. The unit was drawing proper amperage. The unit was now heating however. I advised the customer something may have come loose in the unit and needed adjustment. The unit is now working as designed. I ran it for two minutes several times.

Arrived on site for SAME ISSUE WITHIN 45 DAYS Not Dispensing Ice - Refrigerator. Found ice was in production as designed. Removed ice bin and tested auger. Ice bin auger working as designed. Found impeller was not threaded onto the motor. Removed impeller and found threads stripped on impeller. Installed new impeller onto motor and tested for ice. Ice dispensing as designed on crushed and cubed. Last visit there was no ice to test the dispenser with. Now that the new ice maker is producing ice I could test the motor and impeller to ensure the auger spun as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Found all assembly screws are rusted and cooktop cannot be disassembled to complete diagnosis. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps and ice melting in the bin. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees & RC=40 degrees. I found the unit was in defrost mode when I arrived. I tested the unit in diagnostics and all components passed and are in good operating condition. I found the ice door gasket is crimped in the upper and lower right hand corners allowing warm air from the RC section to enter and melt the ice. Using a 1/4 cup of water, I tested the ice dispenser door by pouring the water into the chute and the door held the water; therefore, no warm air is leaking into the ice bin from the dispenser door. Customer questioned about freezer burn on the items in the freezer and I advised that the door had to have been left cracked open by possibly a package of food but the FC section is operating as designed. I recommended replacing the ice bin door due to the gasket being crimped, but customer advised that they would keep an eye on the ice for now. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
