"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Removed deli control, hv control, ice maker, dui control, and UI. Installed new deli control, hv control, ice maker, dui control, and UI. Controls all replaced due to the fridge cooling for 17 days as designed then on the 18th day fridge begins to fail. Freezer temps would get to 30s and fridge was getting up to the 50s. The only way to get the unit to function again is resetting the power. It will run anywhere from two days to seventeen days and fail. Fridge is cooling as designed at this time."

Arrived on job to replace control. After replacement test operation compressor started up. No leaks detected at time of service.

Arrived onsite and found harness connection loose to CCU causing inconsistencies in selection response. Cleaned and secured connection. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

Found 120v from L1 or L2 to ground, but if you run combined voltage you get 0. Checked voltage at the outlet and found same result. Customer will need an electrician to resolve, L1 and L2 appear to be sharing the same leg, which is resulting on the unit getting 120v total. Customer will follow up if issue persists after electrician repair."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Removed spark module and installed new spark module. Powered up and still no ignition from bake or broil. Tested bake and broil harness at the spark module and I was getting 120v on broil but nothing from bake. Ordering a new control W10885069 to return and complete the repair. Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the valve leaking and the supply hose rusting. I replaced the valve and the supply hose. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed. No water leaks detected.

Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine that is over producing ice. Found bin thermistor out of range at low temps. Replaced thermistor and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service

Arrived onsite for washer with foul odor coming from the bellow. Upon inspection I found the bellow has black splotches around it. I cleaned out the bellow with bleach and water. After cleaning i put a cup of vinegar in the unit and ran a clean cycle. I advised the customer to use her afresh tabs once the vinegar clean is done and run a clean cycle again with just afresh. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was leaking. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit was leaking bad enough to be going through the cabinet on the right hand side. He also stated it is an intermittent leak and it makes a loud sound as well. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and could see water marks everywhere indicating major leakage. I found a very very small amount of water buildup in the drain area but no active leak. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F2E1 for stuck key and F5E1 for door switch open. I ran a diagnostics cycle and monitored the bottom of the unit and observed no leaks. I heard the loud sound at the start of the cycle when the motor initiated and it was a loud hum. I then gained access to the inner door and again observed no leaks. I used my mirror and walked around the sump seal and found no sign of leakage. Although the water marks indicate a potential sump leak. He unit was working as designed and I could not recreate the leak.; ordrng 1 WPW10531320 (Drain Pump) and 1 W11223838 (Toe Plate Insulation)"

Arrived onsite for washer leaking. Upon inspection I found the unit is working as designed. I ran a auto test and found no leaks. I ran manual and let the unit fill up as much as possible to try to recreate any leaks. I found the inlet valve would spray and droplets would form on the back wall and fall down. I noticed the front feet were all the way up and the basket was leaning forward slightly. I adjusted the feet so the basket leans back a little. I could not get the valve to spray anymore. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed door switch. Removed failed part and replaced with new. Tested unit and all operations are normal. No other repairs are needed at this time.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice bin stuck and freezing underneath. Upon arrival customer had already thawed out ice underneath. The customer stated it has been making ice fine, but there is a slow drip into the IM. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found the IM had an E2 error code for IM lost position and couldnt find home position. I ran a harvest and it harvested s designed. I then ran an IM fill it filled as designed. Upon further inspection I observed water dripping from the water dispenser as well. This is indicating a weeping valve. I gained access to the valve and ran fill test to make sure there were no leaks. No leaks observed at the time of service. The valve is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for the microwave not turning on. During testing found that there is no power coming from the outlet. Found that the breaker was tripped. When I reset the breaker it tripped again with nothing plug into the outlet. Advised customer to call an electrician to check the breaker. Complete

Arrived on site for oven making popping noises when doors are opened. Upon arrival customer pointed out some screws had dropped into cavity of lower oven. Upon further inspection I found I could not replicate popping sound and customer also pointed out that just a few days prior unit stopped making sound on its own. I did however find that few screws holding the broil element had fallen out and/or come loose from broiler mounts. I was able to apply new screws that were able to hold broiler in place better. Found unit functioning as designed. If customer finds popping noises reoccurring tech recommends replacing hinges.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher not working. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F4E3. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit doing nothing. I checked voltage at the motor and it was getting sent intermittent 80V. This indicates a bad control. I installed a new control and tested the unit again. It was now getting proper voltage. However the apartment does not have water and I cannot properly test the unit. I advised the office of this. Call complete.

I gained access to the thermostat and fc thermal fuse. I found both open and out of range. I replaced both thermal fuse and thermostat. I reassembled the unit and tested it. It is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site for has a bad burning smell when trying to run. Not cleaning thedishes and the wash pods don't get used when going through the cycle, the soap dispenseris closed even once the dishwasher is done/SOAP DISP DOESN'T OPEN DURING CYCLE AND LEAVE MORE THAN HALF THE SOAP INSIDE/RIGHT IN THE BEGINNING WHEN SHE START IT HAS A BURNING PLASTIC SMELL-HAVE CLEARED THE FILTER. Placed in diagnostics and didnt get any errors. Placed in a normal cycle and only got water filling the dishwasher then clicks. After a period of time the dishwasher would drain then fill again and make clicking noises. Tested wash motor and it failed. Removed wash motor and installed new wash motor. Resumed diagnostics and dishwasher tested good. Placed in a normal cycle wash and once again the dishwasher would fill with water then youd hear a series of clicks then drain. It continued this exact process for ten minutes filling clicking and draining. Found main control was faulty. Removed main control and installed new control. Dishwasher is now running as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator ice on bottom of FC and dripping. Tested and inspected unit and found failed extension tube allowing water to flow into FC. Arrived onsite for washer that wont power on. Upon inspection I found the unit had a stored error code of F6E2 for ACU not heating UI. I replaced the main control and console. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher leaking. The customer stated it will for, a puddle in the front right hand side. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and observed the bottom of the unit for leaks. I found no leaks coming from the sump and motor. I observed a small drip from the front right back of the door. I gained access to the inner door and found the unit leaking from the vent wax motor. You can visibly see the vent gasket and vent deteriorating. They will need to replace the vent and gasket. I also found the heating element rusting and the dispenser starting to deteriorate.

Temp probe reading 53? ran diagnostics weak air flow from vents,ice build up on evaporator cover diagnosed defective thermistors,removed cover assembly,defrosted evaporator,installed new cover assembly secured evaporator thermistor to correct location on suction line,ran diagnostics good air flow changed defrost setting to basic.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced interlock kit and tested unit. Unit was still doing the same thing. The customer advised that the unit will heat for over a minute and then will shut off the heat. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I tested several functions of the unit including the thermistors with all seemingly checking out fine. I called Techline and spoke to Scott SR# 773045999. He advised that he believe the issue to be an issue with the cooling fan not cooling down the magnetron and thus leading to the magnetron overheating and opening the magnetron thermostat. He advised that he did not believe the magnetron thermostat was the issue due to the fact that the thermostat it opens and closes and if it was stuck open, it would not heat again. He advised to return with the magnetron thermostat, the cooling fan, and humidity sensor just in case.Ordering parts in office will need to contact customer about return date due to limited parts availability.; ordrng 1 W10833858 (sensor) and 1 W11230994 (motor-fan)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed UI control as well as high-voltage control. Upon arrival I was able to confirm prior diagnosis and that the unit was having a miscommunication between both main controls after speaking with the office and getting further approval for both parts I was able to reinstall two new controls I then reassembled and tested the unit and verify that everything is fully functioning as designed the unit immediately went into defrost upon repairs indicating that boards were sensing the temperatures accurately now and working call complete

"Arrived on site for an icemaker that is not making ice still. Inspected unit and work area. I called GE Techline and spoke to Don (no file number). Do you advised that all the normal possible repairs have been made to the unit to make the unit function properly. He advised that he needed me to replace the control one last time to ensure we covered all bases Replaced control and tested unit. Unit did the diagnostic cycle but advise customer to call back if the unit does not make any ice. Call the customer back after an hour and she advised that the unit is about to drop the second batch of ice. Advise customer to call back if there are any further problems. Call complete."

Arrived on site for dryer making a loud screeching noise upon arrival I was able to confirm noise after disassembling the unit I found that the noise was coming between two different areas the first area was the rollers inside the unit and the second was coming from the blow will come and detach from the motor. I was able to install a new blower wheel and then I also re-greased the roller wheels because they did not show any signs of physical damage but the metal bearing was slightly rubbing against the metal shaft sat on due to grease being heated and removed from the unit during use after making the repair I was able to reassembled and tested unit and verify that theres no longer any sound coming from the machine and customers happy with repairs. "Arrived on site for freezer icemaker spraying water everywhere. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the ice maker covered in ic and none in the ice tray. I removed the ice try and cleared out all the ice. I rigged the freezer door and preformed a fill test on it. I could see the water spray out the fill tube in a pin stream instead of going down the funnel. I inspected the fill tube and I found the fill tube pinched almost closed. I used my screw driver and reshaped the fill tube. I retested the ice maker fill several times.p, and it operated as designed every time. Job complete. No water leaks detected."

Removed drain pump and did not find any obstructions at in the drain pump area. I did have a drain pump on hand from truck stock that I was able to replace. Arrived on site for range giving a burning smell and customer also stating that they are trying to get those scratches inside the oven cavity repaired. Upon further inspection of the unit I could not find any signs of charred wires burnt elements thermostats or any other hardware in the unit Ive been called whirlpool techline and advise them of my findings and after discussing with Butch at whirlpool he advise that we reassemble the unit and verify whether or not the unit does give out the smell once unit is reach 400? or higher as the customer stated. After reassembling the unit and I ran the oven at 450? but I could not get any replication of any burning smells that the customer stated and while on site customer also stated they couldnt smell it either. I then called back to whirlpool techline to report new findings and spoke with Scott who informed me at this point to send him photos of what the inner bake element cavity looks like for further review but this time they recommend no further action with the unit call complete. "Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival I was able to confirm r134a refrigerant was completely leaked from system. After installing both compressor, uv dryer as well as a low side access coupler, I was then able to reassemble and pull a vacuum on refrigerator for 15 minutes. After that I was able to hold the vacuum for an additional 15 minutes with no signs of leaks. After that I charged unit with 6.0 oz of refrigerant as recommended by manufacturer. Ran unit for additional 20 minutes to verify sealed system repair was working. Informed customer unit would take 24 hrs to cool before its safe to put items back in. Psi levels were 13L/148H upon completion. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that?s not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found no stored error codes. The customer advised that the unit just does not completely dry their dishes and they?re having to dry them by hand. I did notice no rinse aid in the rinse aid dispenser. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed and heated at the end of the cycle. I did advise the customer that due to a plastic tub, they will have difficulty drying dishes especially with plastics being inside the unit. Arrived on site for a dishwasher that?s flashing an F2 E2 (No response from the UI) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The unit was flashing that error code as soon as I walked in. Replaced user interface and tested unit in an auto test. Unit began working as designed. Call complete.

I gained access to the terminal block and found the harness and block visibly burnt. The terminal block, harness, and nuts will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the compressor failure, I removed and replaced the compressor, hv drier, access valve and inverter board and vacuumed the system. Once pressures were equalized, I installed 4.5oz of R134a refrigerant and allowed the unit to pressurize. Turned unit on and pressures were good and unit was beginning to cool. Unit is operating as designed. Repositioned the water supply hose and re-leveled the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose oven that is running lower temp then it should be. Ran unit and calibrated bake. Found temperatures were about 20 degrees off. Calibrated +22 to correct. This dialed in the bake cycle. Customer had me check the lower end temps like keep warm, and found temp was 30+ degrees hot. Called tech line and spoke with Cathy, SR7730456239. Cathy said there is no way to calibrate both, and that the temperature swing was within design parameters with no repair that can correct. Advised that the customer can remove my calibration and / or adjust it to the low end, and just compensate by raising temp above what its normally set for to resolve. Tech line has no recommended repair at this time. Call complete."

Arrived on site for Humming or Whirling Noise - Top Load Washer. Found washer full of water when I arrived. Placed in diagnostics and drained. No error codes displayed. Ran automatic diagnostics and washer was running as designed. There was a small noise coming from underneath. Inspected cam and found damaged dust cover. The dust cover was bent upwards into the cam allowing the plastic dust cover to make contact with the cam wheel. Removed dust cover and molded back into shape as best as I could. Found a thick unidentifiable plastic piece underneath where the dust cover was bent upwards. This piece of plastic was not associated with the washer and was causing the dust cover to be pushed into cam. I also lowered the legs on the washer because the legs were adjusted all the way up leaving no gap between floor and dust cover. Now the washer has good distance between the floor and the dust cover to prevent anything underneath from getting lodged into the dust cover. Job completed.

Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts.Replaced the valve and ice maker.Cycled the ice maker and customer witnessed the unit fill and was harvesting at the completion of the repair.Job complete

Arrived onsite for lock stuck on the door. Looked at the door. Found that latch was stuck closed. Was able to get door open. Upon further inspection found that the unit may have been tested unit a clean mode. Causing the lock to keep the door shut. Put unit in cleaned mode. Lock was able to reset. Door will open like normal now. No issues at this time p. Job complete

Arrived on site for WHEN DRAINING - WATER IS COMING FROM UNDERNEATH UNIT. CHECKED DRAIN HOSE- WATER LEVEL DOESNT GET>>. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran manual diagnostics and set to drain. Found water coming through the wall underneath the drain tube and hot / cold valves. Informed customer of my findings. Job completed.

Arrived onsite for the dryer not turning on. During testing found that the door switch was broken causing the issue. Replaced door switch and dryer tested good. Its heating properly. Complete

"Arrived onsite and repaired unit by replacing oven blower, all checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site and found no ice production, and water will not dispense. Found fill tube is frozen and icemaker will not cycle. Replaced icemaker and cleared fill tube and it is operating properly. Arrived on site and set range to pre heat and convection fan does not immediately turn on. Spoke with techline and they it does not turn on until preheat temperature is reached. Took a short video and sent it to KB/AHS of fan running when it reached preheat. Job complete SR7730438851

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not drying dishes. ran through diagnostic cycle and found no codes present. When cycle completed I did not find the heater turned on. Pulled front panel and checked resistance on element. Found one of the pins pushed out of the connector making a poor connection. Depinned and reseated connection. Retested and all is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher not washing properly and a little bit of water being left in the tub. The customer pointed out some water is left in the filter area after a cycle. She also stated she feels it hasnt washed well the last two to three cycles. I advised the customer this is normal operation and why the unit drains before the cycle actually starts. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and monitored amp draw. The unit ran through the cycle fine with no error codes. I called techline and spoke to Leon and received SR# 7730444266.

Arrived on site for SAFETY MICROWAVE LIGHT BULB EXPLODED. Bulb housing not getting proper voltage from the control. Will return with control to complete the repair. Customer has their own bulbs to use once new control gets installed. Returning with all parts I had today just in case. ; O-emld tckt

Arrived on site for refrigerator ice maker not making ice in FC and ice buildup in ice container in RC. Tested and inspected unit and found failed gasket on ice bin door allowing warm air in creating ice buildup. Removed failed part and replaced with new from stock. Tested ice maker in FC and found ice maker turned off. Turned back on and ice maker cycled properly. No water leaks present at time of service.

Arrived on site for a visibly broken terminal block. I found the terminal block cracked and unusable. I installed a new terminal block with truck parts and the unit is now working as designed. Call complete.
