Upon inspection I found no frozen food in the RC the customer advised me that they had removed some food and rearranged the placement of items. I ran diagnostics tests and all passed. I could not see any frost build up and I could hear the air diffuser closing as designed. The freezing of the food must have been an intermittent failure due to placement and amount of items in the RC diverting the air to concentrate on one spot. No repairs needed at this time. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit stopped cooling and the fan was making a loud noise, but now it’s cooling again. Upon arrival I found that the freezer itself had a major defrost issue and was not being told to go in to defrost mode to get rid of the ice and had built up a considerable amount of ice in the freezer section blocking airflow to the fresh Food side. Running a diagnostic test I found that the defrost thermostat in the freezer was stuck open and after removing the back panel in the freezer I found that the thermostat was also miss placed on the coil. I ended up installing a new main harness to the thermistor as well as the thermostat itself and the UA main control in the front of the fridge that controls what mode the fridges in and after installing all necessary parts I was able to re-tested unit and found everything is functioning as designed with no leaks before during or after repair call complete

Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic but found that there was no error codes indicating a hardware software issue and then disassemble the dryer and found that the activation switch to the motor relay that the idler pulley is supposed to activate whenever the belt is installed was not properly being activated because of the fact that the pulley fell out a place from the belt breaking prior. Unit sounded like it was trying to drain but was extremely slow and not pushing out much water. Unplugged unit and removed drain pump. Found sand buildup and drain pump causing the impeller to bind replaced drain pump and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. Advised customer to be careful about not having too much debris inside their clothes due to problems like these. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRX735SDHV02 Arrived on site for refrigerator that was not making ice properly. Upon arrival customer stated that they noticed the ice bucket was empty on Sunday prior to day of diagnosis. When I arrived on site I opened up the bucket and found it it actually had a full bucket of ice and appear to be making ice since they originally called in complaint on Monday. However I did find that the ice cubes look much smaller than they should indicating that the water valve is not letting up the water in so I harvested the icemaker and watched it fill a few times and found that the icemaker was not filling to the correct level. I didn’t replace the water in the valve unit found that water is now feeling to correct lvl. Inform customer they would take between 24 and 96 hrs. for bucket to fill completely up with ice. Freezer temp was at 1.3 and fresh food was at 38° upon arrival as wellunit now functioning as designed call complete.
