"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is washing fine, but near the end, it will leak water at the bottom of the door on the left side. I inspected the tub/door gasket and found the upper left corner of the tub/door gasket is pushed inward when it should be pushed outward with the door open (photos). I found the right upper corner is pushed outward as designed. Also found a dry water streak down the left side of the gasket. Using the tub gasket from call 386476, I removed and replaced the gasket and tested and unit is operating as designed and no further leaks from that position. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Upon inspecting the unit i found that the door frame was misaligned causing the door to not make contact with the cabinet leaving the FC door open and a damaged trim. Placed the unit into diagnostics and ran the ice maker harvest test and the unit passed. Ran the ice maker water valve test and the unit produced an FF code. Removed the ice maker to inspect and turned the ice maker fill tube heater on and gave it a few minutes and ran the valve test again and water was produced. Reassembled the unit and ran all tests again and the unit passed. Ordering trim for the door. Office to contact customer for return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11299811 (Trim) and 1 GCO (GCO)

"Arrived on site to diagnose wine cooler that was making loud noises when in use. Customer had 2 wine coolers ordered at same time, one of them was abnormally loud. I examined and listened to the unit for 15 or so minutes with the compressor running. Towards the end of the time I listened to it i could hear a slight popping that was refrigerant moving through lines and expanding, but that only lasted a few seconds and stopped. Customer will capture video if the noise returns and provide to the office. At this time I found no faults with the unit and it was working as designed. Repair completed."

Customer stares he had a fan error. During disassembly found ui was incorrectly installed causing a connector to fall out of place. I was able to temporarily repair the connector. "Ive done site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that they had an F8 E4 (float switch open) error code pop up when they went to wash dishes one time. They looked online and found troubleshooting tips online and found water in the float switch housing. She advised that she had completely unplug the unit and removed the waterline connection under in the sink. I checked underneath the dishwasher for any water residue and could not find any. I re-seated all connections and plugged the unit in. I ran the unit through diagnostics and could not get the unit to leak any water. During the operation I opened up the door and found excessive sudsing happening inside of the dishwasher. Did explain to the customer that it is possible that the issue came from her over sudsing inside of the dishwasher, causing it to leak. Found all connections, secure, and no water leaking through another cycle. I advise the customer to switch to a liquid based soap. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Ive been on site for a dryer that has a burning smell. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit did not smell from behind the unit or as soon as you open the door to the dryer, but seem to smell afterward like five minutes later. He just wanted to have the unit checked out as the unit is still working, but he didnt want there to be any kind of fire hazard. I disassembled the unit and checked all wiring and individual components. Could not find any evidence of any burnt wires or failed components. Tested the unit and the unit is working as designed. I did advise the customer what they were potentially smelling is the length of the backside of the heater element housing. I called Whirlpool safety team and spoke to Bianca SR# 7737000950. She advised to make no repair and the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

The customer advised think the issues with the door switch because when they press and hold the switch itself, the unit will dispense ice, but when the door is closed by itself, the unit will not. Did confirm the customers complaint, and found that the cover for the icemaker was not making proper contact with the door switch. Adjusted the cover and added a door bumper on top of the panel. Could not find any issues with the cover itself. I tested the unit several times in the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."
