Gained access to the ice maker and found that the fill tube was not set in the ice maker properly causing water to spray the inside of freezer. I gained access to the control and found all harnesses in good shape. This indicates a possible flow meter issue. I called techline and spoke to Robert and received SR# 7731900492. The customer advised that when they pull on the left-hand side of the freezer door, the door comes out at an angle and the only way to correct the door is to push it all the way back. They advised that if they pull from the center or from the right hand side of the unit pulls out straight with no issues. Confirm the customers complaint and replaced both slides and brackets and tested the unit. The unit still did the same thing. I did find on the right hand side adapter had some notches missing in the back that seemed to make the roller on the right side slip when pulling on the left side. I checked the part number to make sure that was correct but all photos of the part showed the same thing. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7731906226. He advised this is normal operation and that if the door opens and closes properly when you pull on the right side or the middle of the door, it is working properly. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not cooling. On arrival checked pressures and found low at -20, high at 80. I checked all welds, and evaporator for Uv dye to verify a leak. Found no dye anywhere. System was likely undercharged last visit due to bad gauges. Talked with PR who advised we charge it until pressures are good. Bumped refrigerant until low was at 0 and high was at 120 and holding. Customer will follow up if cooling does not pick up, and nitrogen will be needed next visit if no leak is found again. I gained access to the blower assembly and found the noise coming from here. Per the service pointer W11378591A I installed the noise kit W11401018. Arrived on site for a washing machine not spinning and clothes being soaked at the end of the cycle. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the actuator had popped off. I replaced the actuator and then tested the unit. I found the unit now actuating between spin/agitate. The unit is now running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with an ice maker not working. I tested temps and found the FC at 9?F. I found the unit overfilled and restricting airflow, which was causing the lack in temp. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and tried to harvest the IM. The IM threw a 3 in the second digit when trying to harvest. This indicates a faulty IM motor or switch. I gained access to the control and tried to harvest the IM again while checking voltage. I found the correct 14VDC going to the IM. This indicates a faulty IM needing to be replaced. Upon further inspection I found the harness at the bottom of the FC door split and the wires cut. This is why the IM is faulty, and the door would need to be replaced to fix.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher with a dented door. Upon further inspection I found the bottom left side with a big dent. I installed the new outer door panel and inspected the panel for any damage. No damage present at the time of install (pic in SD). Call complete.

Upon arrival I found FC= 0 RC=37 I put the unit into diagnostics and ran tests 1, 2 and 3 both thermistors showed pass and I could not hear any abnormal noises from the baffle. I accessed the compressor area and monitored noises. I was not able to recreate and noises. I called techline to report. As I waited I began hearing a slight knocking noise consistent with refrigerant flow through the evaporator SR#7731884366 Liam agreed. No repairs needed at this time. And no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete"
