Arrived on site for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed sealed system. Upon arrival I was able to reconfirm that all the refrigerant had leaked out of the system I was then able to uninstall the compressor Then install a new UV dryer and compressor and after Ran a push cool Tess and verified unit was functioning and then ran a vacuum for 15 minutes and waited an additional 15 minutes to make sure there were no leaks. I then charge the system up with 5 1/2 ounces of refrigerant as designed by manufacture for this specific model and after I was done I reassembled unit and tested to verify that the pressures were sitting at zero on the low side 150 on the high side inform customer will take at least 24 hours to cool back down before saved for items in the fridge. Call complete

Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking from the bottom. I checked the temps and found the RC at 40?F after it had been opened for a little bit and the FC at 10?F. Upon further inspection I found a thick layer of ice on the bottom of the freezer. I gained access to the back of the unit and found a duck bill drain hose. I removed 5e duck bill and water instantly started draining. I found the duck bill clogged with debris and cleared it. I removed he ice from the freezer and then steamed out the drain line to make sure here was nothing else clogging the unit. I poured a cup of water down the drain and found it was now draining properly. I vacuumed up all of the excess water. I found his condenser also very dusty and cleaned that. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, customer advised that when they out fabric softener in the dispenser, it leaked out from the bottom. I inspected the dispenser and could not see any cracks in the drawer. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and when the unit began to spin, the basket began to shake vigorously. I contacted techline and spoke to Andrew and advised of the dispenser issue and that it has once been replaced and the basket assembly shaking. Andrew recommended replacing the dispenser and all four shocks and provided file #7730618841. I removed and replaced the dispenser and all four shocks and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for CSI DW leaking from door. Last visit I replaced the wax vent. Notes are not updated in this ticket from my prior visits. Ran diagnostics and no error codes came on. Found top rack spray arm was spraying directly at the door causing excessive moisture to form in wax vent. Removed spray arm and installed modified spray arm with two ports. Ran through diagnostics again and there was much less moisture forming on the wax vent. This should solve the water trail customer has experienced prior. No leaks detected. Job completed.

Arrived on site for a microwave that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Tested unit and confirmed customers complaint. Found the unit making a vibrating grinding sound as it was attempting to heat. Check door switches in all door switches checked good. Checked the magnetron and found no evidence of a burn out or improper resistance through the magnetron. Replace diode and tested unit. Unit still would not heat. Replaced capacitor and tested unit. Unit still would not eat. Spoke to CS and was advised to replace the magnetron as well to ensure the transformer was not at fault. Replace magnetron and unit begin working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site and inspected dryer ran it empty and it heated for 3 minutes then paused for 1 minute then on for 1 minute off for 1 minute. Dryer reaches 150 drops to 120 and then turns back on. After several cycles it dropped slowly to 90 degrees and stayed at that temperature without igniting again.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that won?t clean dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (no heat) and F6 E4(float switch open) error code. Found a plastic top under the float switch and removed the obstruction. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit not heating during the heat cycle. "Arrived on site for dw not drying dishes. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through diagnostics cycle without issue. All components activated as designed and heating element was hot at end of diagnostics cycle. Found rinse aid dispenser was completely empty and rinse aid dial was turned all the way to five. Customer provided their own rinse aid, so we topped it off. Adjusted dispenser dial to two instead of five to work with customers water softener for best drying performance based on that water softener has salt and is being utilized as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for washer having a burning small. Customer stated fault only happened once and has done 3 loads since then with no issues. Also stated that it was a heavy load. Beach towel that were left out in the rain. Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and checked fault codes. Found F7-E7 motor not able to reach target speed. Ran automatic test mode and tested all components. Ran manual test mode and ran high spin to attempt to recreate motor fault also switching to agitation back to high spin. Tested motor resistance and found within range. Inspected gearcase and cam. All tested good, no water leaks detected. Spoke with customer on user care guide and operation."

I pulled a vacuum for 15 minuets and found the vacuum holding. I out a measured charge into the system and found it holding. I powered the unit on i and found good pressures.
