Then activated motor sequence and functioned good. Tested ice level sensor and found good. Tested ice maker fan and found it was not initiating. Gained access to harness and found 12V DC to fan. Gained access to fan and found it ohmd out as open. Installed new ice maker fan and tested unit. Unit working as designed. Put unit into max ice setting. Advised customer on max ice setting per user care guide. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit will start and they wont hear the motor operating and the dispenser door wont open and after a little while, the unit shuts off. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed. Started the unit in a cookware wash and the display showed 4:38. Periodically during the wash, the display would blink/flash and show dashes and no numbers. When this happened selection lights would blink also. When the unit got down to 3:54 I heard the dispenser door open. When I opened the unit door to verify the dispenser door open and then I closed the unit door and pressed start, the display time jumped to 4:16. DISHWASHER GE GLD4650N10CS Arrived on site for dishwasher not functioning properly. Upon arrival customer stated that the dishwasher sounded like it was constantly trying to drain and never cleaning the dishes. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the issue was due to a power supply shortage that was being caused in the door switches of the unit occasionally the door switches inside the door of the dishwasher would shake loose internally causing the dishwasher to lose power temporarily then when the dishwasher is turned back on it resets not allowing the customer to use the dishwasher or any functions until its done.I ended up putting a new door switches and reset the dishwasher after the 92nd cycle I was able to verify that the dishwasher is now functioning as designed I informed the customer that if they ever see the dishwasher going to that cycle reset again to let it finish all the way out because it is GE dishwashers way of saying that power was cut off too soon befor

Upon further inspection I was able to verify that the auger motor self is functioning and trying to shut off the ice through the bucket and the icemaker is filling and harvesting as it should inside the ice bucket itself the spiral auger arm is broken in certain areas not allowing the ice to be pushed up through the bucket from the back as well as it should be. Upon arrival customer stated that the ice started forming not only on the back wall of the freezer but also the same snowy ice that was noticeable upon the first initial repair at the front of the door was starting to form back indicating hot air was seeping in through the door. Upon rival I inspected that the door gasket was still intact and sealing designed and was able to verify that it is functioning as intended. Upon deeper inspection I found that due to the prior leak with the door gasket being bad overtime it had allowed water down in between the door in the top of the dishwasher and has caused a crack in the tub due to rusting from prior leaking.
