Please do not in service diagnostics and found an F5 E2 (door lock error), F8 E3 (overflow condition), F8 E1 (no water detected entering washer), and an F0 E1 (load detected during a clean washer cycle) error codes. Ran unit through an auto test and found unit trying to lock the lid. It not being able to lock.Replaced latch and tested unit. Unit is working as designed. Unit seem to have an oversuds issue due to too much soap being put in on the cycle they tried to run prior to their call in. I advised them to cut down the amount of soap that is used in the unit and explained why.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit stopped making ice and the lights went out and then the display lights were blinking. I found water in the reservoir so I drained it and found the external drain pump operating. I turned the power on and the water began to fill the reservoir. The unit went through all of the steps and made a batch of ice. During this process, I found the water running over the spillway of the reservoir and the reservoir has a large crack in the bottom ad leaking water. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended that they watch the unit until I can get back with the reservoir and sensor and if it malfunctions again to document it so I will know what to look for when I return. I am ordering the reservoir, water level sensor, external drain pump, main control and UI and CNOTE-AUTHORIZATION for all parts. I left the unit on and operating. No water lea

Every time the ice maker called for water it would splash throughout the freezer and overflow into the refrigerator. I cleared ice buildup in fridge and most in the freezer however even with replacing the fill tube the ice maker was still leaking from the back. The evaporator cover must be removed to examine whatÂ’s going on. The top left does seem to be bulging out and may be causing the ice maker to leak. Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I put the unit into test 4 and let the system equalize. When I punctured the drier I found no pressure. I powered the compressor on and found it no pumping properly. I removed the failed compressor and installed new. I installed a UV dryer and a access valve. I puked a vacuum in the system and found the vacuum holding. I went to put a charge in the system and found my scale not working. I put a charge into the system until I found frost at the compressor. Once I saw frost in evacuated the system until the frost as gone. I powered the unit off and checked equalized pressures. The pressures are good. The unit is operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked test #56 ad found E2 error code-ice maker motor lost position. I tested the IM in test #57 and it failed to harvest. I removed and replaced the ice maker and cycled the power to the unit. Retested the ice maker in test #57 again and it operated as designed. Tested the fill tube in test #45 and the IM filled with water. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Tried to remove rotor and rotor bolt started stripping immediately. Saw rust water spots on bottom of rotor. Advised to customer we would need to replace rotor stater and bearing again. Advised itÂ’s likely that the area the bearing seals to tub is warped or damaged and bearing keeps rubbing and coming loose.

Due to the tub being diagnosed as damaged and not allowing the door to close, I removed the tub and transferred all parts except the sump/motor assembly. I installed a new sump/motor assembly ad once I had the new tub back in its space in the cabinets, I went to install the door and found it would not close. I found that both hinges are badly bent and will need to be replaced. Also found the dispenser door is broken and will need to be replaced. I am ordering the hinges and dispenser, along with a CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. as all parts are available at the office.
